Very very shocked. We have asked numerous times whether certain dishes are vegetarian. We find out today (after eating their dishes that they have said are vegetarian) that they are cooked in the same oil as meat. I feel sick to my stomach knowing that I have eaten this numerous times. I am a strict vegetarian for personal reasons (which should be respected) and for me to find out that I haven’t actually being eating vegetarian foods makes me feel beyond horrible. Every time we asked if the dishes were vegetarian, they said yes. We have also asked if they are cooked in oil that has had meat in. I am absolutely disgusted. With both, this takeaway and myself.

Just had a thin crust ham and mushroom pizza. I watched while the dough was tossed and stretched and the result was nice and thin, well cooked with plenty of toppings going right to the edge. It was made quickly and was piping hot, plus the chap behind the counter was friendly.

Ordered large kebab n chips n a small kebab. No chips, kebabs was swimming in grease, rung back to be told I’d be charged for a chips when they messed up and proceeded to tell me I was in wrong in a rude tone when I wasn’t. Not going back

Orderd last night quiet late , foods usually nice but donner meat tasted very weird , it wasn’t nice at all . every time I’ve had it it’s not been the best from here , pizza are always lovely tho, just need to get a better quality meat, cook it a bit longer and slice it thicker ! nothing worse than a nasty tasting donner ! Wouldn’t recommend the donner meat at all !!!! 🤢 the 3 stars is for the pizza 🍕

Me and the wife had a big night out at Kinsley dog track, and as I struck lucky on a woof woof in the last race of the night (a cheeky 10/1 that paid off, turning my fiver into five crisp tenners, thank you mr bookie that’ll ding dang do lol) I decided to treat her to a nibble on the way home. I bought a chicken tikka kebab and quite honestly it was so substantial I didn’t know where to begin! Normally I am not a fan of breast meat but this succulent concoction wooed even me into a sheer state of heaven! Unfortunately I had had a bit to drink and passed out before finishing my culinary treat but I was overjoyed to wake up the next morning and discover that the leftovers were plenty fresh enough to box up and take to work the next day for my afternoon snack. The wife couldn’t say the same as she had completed her nosebag the previous evening as I was knocking the zed’s out.

Ordered chicken nuggets and chips with a garlic bread. Soggy chicken nuggets that I spat out. Soggy chips. The bread was the best thing and even that lacked garlic.

Awful. Slow service. No customer care. DO NOT ORDER. When you call, it’s never their fault, it’s always yours. Terrible

Negatives first.>>> Their desserts - not worth the money, tiny pieces (about £1.50 dearer than they should be)! The pizza's, burgers and kebabs are all fantastic, super tasty. Average delivery no quicker or slower than any other takeaway at peak times. Food is usually very hot by the time it arrives. 8 months on. Rubbish customer service, make sure you order from their current working website (and you don’t know which one it is day to day) or your food doesn’t turn up. Don’t ask for anything in comments because this is too hard for them to understand and they don’t have the smarts to ring and ask for clarification. If you order garlic Mayo and that is the only extra you order then put Mayo in the comments not to be put on the burger they will add it because you didn’t specify garlic. so my way of thinking is if you ask for tomato sauce and say don’t put the sauce on the burger, because you didn’t say tomato they will do it anyway. That’s a fiver in the bin x

Its the 15 of Feb 2021..day after Valentine's and I thought I'd treat my other half to a nice pizza..they tell me half hour delivery, which was an hour you can expect this from most takeaways really but once it arrived...there was a horrible stench coming from the ham and pineapple 12 inch pizza box...my partner took one bite and immediately spat it out, we got a few other members of our family to taste it and it was honestly rancid..soggy chips aswell..defo won't be ordering from here again.. I really don't know how this place gets local legend as that was the worst takeaway experience I've ever had!!.

Order was an hour late, received no updates in this time and when I rang to chase I was met with attitude and the suggestion that I should come and pick it up next time. Then the order was passed to me thru the door with no apology for the lateness either. I'll only be going there now if I really have to, (which isn't gonna be a likely scenario tbh) the majority of my business has been lost. Clearly customer service isn't very important here.

Ordered on feed me online and got a confirmation that order would be delivered. The takeaway then cancelled the order so we found out when food was late and the guy at the other end of the phone saying we had called to cancel which we hadn’t. Then. He was told from behind that they had cancelled. He waited an hour for no reason. The Mid week treat was spoilt. It will also take 10 days to get our refund. Appalling. Won’t order again.

It’s usually a standing joke how wrong the order always is (wrong sauce, no salad, no garlic bread etc) but tonight’s kebabs couldn’t be more wrong from the order. In addition the chicken, shish and donner meat was dry and inedible so most of it went in the bin. A total waste of £30 so that’s it, we’re done.

When you’ve had a few beers watching the football, sometimes you just need a cheeky kebab. Delivered promptly via JustEat, good quality mixed kebabs. Lean meat, crunchy salad & homemade chilli sauce.

Order from here fortnightly using their app on my phone. The pizzas are superb, as are the chicken kebabs, the best I’ve tasted. Delivery service is always prompt and friendly drivers. Highly recommended food.

I don't eat a lot of kebabs, but when I do, I get them from here. Good quality grilled meat, salad &freshly baked bread is quite a healthy option for a takeaway.

When I fancy a kebab, this is my place of choice, but my latest experience wasn't as good. The meat was tough & over cooked with a chilli sauce which wasn't as good as previous? Maybe a one off??

Good old trip advisor does it again working away in Wakefield and can confirm the reviews are true will be using this place again when working in this area!

I have had two incidents in which the takeaway brought the the incorrect order, and one in which they took 2 hours longer than the delivery time. Having said that, they made up for each of these incidents through extras for free. All of the staff are very well mannered and friendly, none are ignorant or in any way unfriendly. I would highly recommend ordering from Uk Kebab and Pizza as 99% of the time they are brilliant in every aspect of their deliveries.

Ordered for 6:15. Happened to get there 10 minutes early and food was already waiting collection, if I had arrived when I expected to, food would have been stood for at least 10 minutes.

Good pizza, family size is like a bin lid. Cheese cake was still a bit frozen but still nice.

Thank you for saturating my kebab in mint yoghurt rather than putting it in a tub like most respectable takeaway services. It really made the whole meal so much more enjoyable, for the bin. Will not be ordering again.

This is about the 3rd time we have used this pizza shop, and every time it has taken nearly 1 and a half hours to get delivered! We thought maybe giving them the benefit of the doubt, but more fool us. Won't be ordering from here again, unfortunately as the food is reasonably good. Every time we have had to contact the shop to find out where our food was, and always told "it's on its way". Staff quite rude too, although delivery guy polite.
