Always great pizza and lovely friendly service

my food was never delivered my house it was delivered to the next street where luckily the woman brought it round as the delivery driver just left the food. food was cold.

Absolutely delicious pizza and fries were actually delivered crispy which is a rarity. Will be our new go to!

usually exceptionally good food. the calzones were undercooked and very doughy. went in the bin. driver said they were v busy , so i think it has been rushed.

Very poor customer service. Unable to comment on the food as despite the website allowing me to pick a time for collection, and processing payment and completing my order, when I arrived to pick it up at the time chosen it was closed. The door was locked and the owner didn't even have the courtesy to come to the door, just stood at the counter saying they refunded my payment, no apology at all - like this made up for no food. Avoid, they really don't deserve your custom. Pizza Pranzo it is from now on.

Ordered online through their website. It allowed me to pick a collection time of 21.55hr, process payment and confirmed. Went to collect at 21.55hr, door was locked, the manager stood at counter and rudely said we are closed. I explained I had ordered, he didn't have the decency to even come to the door, appeared to not care at all and just said your money will be refunded. He was very arrogant and dismissive. They don't value or deserve your custom, go to Pizza Pranzo.

The kebab was very tasty even though it was cold I really enjoyed it. The cheese chips weren't on par with the kebab and were also cold. However I would definately order the Mediterranean style kebab again. Lush!

We order regular and never had a complaint. Today was different the cheesy chips which cost 4.50 each had very little cheese on. The burger I ordered was with no salad but was delivered with salad which in turn had turned the bun soggy and horrible. Rang up to just to let them know the girl who answered the phone said please wait I will get the owner to talk to you he couldn’t be bothered and wouldn’t come tso after a wait the girl answered and said sorry she did offer to re cook the food again

Just ordered some food for collection they got my order wrong! They picked the salad off the burger and cheese of the chips in front of me. I was stood there waiting for 20 mins waiting for fresh burger and chips to get home and realise the burger is freezing with remains of salad on bread cake and chips fresh. The staff need to communicate more!

Awful food wont be returning anytime soon. Chicken like rubber and pizzas like cardboard

I wasn’t too keen on the pizza base tbh I don’t think it was hand made as both pizzas were exactly the same on the underneath. Was nice but didn’t wow me.

Delivery was very, very quick. The pizzas we ordered we're doughy and undercooked. Not the first time either. They were a little over topped and the cheese was industrial and hadn't crisped up. Pizza Italia used to be so good but the pizzas seem to have gone downhill. They still do great burgers and pasta but We're going to have start looking for somewhere else to order pizza from. Real shame.

Gave fries with burger rather than salad

Didn’t get notifications that food even left shop. It would’ve been helpful but we got food early. Excellent food lovely unbelievable portions. Enough for tomorrow’s dinner. Deffo expensive but soo worth it.

Very disappointed no dips with any food ordered, chips were soggy food was stone cold. Very expensive food for very little satisfaction. Best bit was garlic bread but even that was stone cold. Don’t expect to pay this much for food that doesn’t come with what you order & is cold. Will think twice before ordering again. This used to be very nice takeaway but now standards have dropped so much, shame really as Pedro is such a nice guy. He doesn’t deserve to be known for bad food.

Thought I’d try a different pizza this time so decided to try the Sardinian it was absolutely delicious! It was full of flavour and packed with toppings!

Meal was dry, ordered same thing a week ago and was lovely, last night terrible, went in the bin.

We have been ordering from this place for years and it has never let us down. The pizzas are always cooked on fresh bases and the ingredients are always in generous quantities. My personal favourite is the Sardinian with extra anchovies. The salads are also very good value for money. Best pizza place in the local area.

2nd time its been delivered 15 mins or more early

First time ordering and it was all lovely! Chips were really nice which usually get overlooked at other places - staff all really lovely and friendly too xx

Haven’t ordered for many years due to moving out of the area, we tried tonight as a treat with being local and although it was piping hot and collection time was early it just wasn’t as great as I remember, very oily/greasy and the lasagne was left and not eaten. Shame as used to be fantastic

Usually food is top quality.. this time worst we've had, flat cold and almost stale like it had been ready along time before being delivered. Not often it's bad from here though to be fair

Ordered just two burgers to which took over an hour and a half and when we did finally receive the food it was cold!! Really disappointing for the cost and compared to previous orders from this takeaway. When I did ring to check if food was on route they confirmed it was ...then took another 30 minutes for the food to arrive but should only take a couple of minutes. Usually can't fault this place but really disappointed tonight!

Ordered 3 pizzas, salad and fries at 5pm on Saturday, collected them in 20 minutes, staff were friendly and cheerful and thanked us for our custom. The food hit the spot! It was all hot, fresh and tasty. I’ll be happy to use them again 👍😋

Absolutely disgusting 1st time I've ever ordered and I will never order again. Bolognese pizza and it look like someone had just chucked up on it. garlic butter sauce was like water worst £26 I've ever spent. Worst TAKAWAY Have taken photos and will be taken further can't get away with giving customers this as I would not have given it to my dog. W

Great food nice and fresh ingredients and delivered well early

Spent £51 pound on our order and the quality was not the best. One of the pizza boxes was squished so a lot of the toppings had stuck to the inside lid. Pizzas weren't cut properly and didn't taste that good. We've previously ordered and had really enjoyed the food but tonight it hasn't been nice at all.

Items were missing for a second time in a row. No apology and it took another call and over an hour to bring missing items. Manager is rude and doesn't know how to treat customers. I won't be ordering again.

Shocking...absolutely shocking! 3hrs and still no food! I was told lies after lies for 3hrs and then was told what do you want me to do???? Spent some money in this place but I promise you never ever again!!!!!

Had items missing from order, rang restaurant no apology was given. Missing part of order was received eventually.

2nd time of missing items, contacted restaurant once again no apology was given. Still waiting to receive missed items. Dip missing from mozzarella sticks along with an additional dip and drink. For this to happen 2nd time in a row is not acceptable certainly with no apology on each occasion I wont be ordering from here again.

I ordered my food 3hrs ago and still hasnt arrived, I have called and called to be told 5 mins, on it's way, and 2.5hrs later just making it to then it not show at all??? I called them and explained i have 2 children waiting to go to bed, I was returned with well what do you want me to do about it? I'm absolutely fuming the cheek out of this restaurant that has has alot of money out of us in the past. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!!

£60 of food ordered for the regular customers in the pub. Ordered early because the England match was on TV. Delivery estimated at an hour, after 3 phone calls (the first call had the response "its on its way) the food arrived over 2 hours later, cold (although still tasty, but cold isn't what we ordered). Food arrived after the game finished, and the original customers were ready for leaving. All in all a massive disappointment. If the restaurant had been honest when we called it would have been helpful, however when they blatantly tell an untruth it makes you more annoyed. I tried to shop local rather than go to a chain, I won't make the same mistake again when ordering for a larger group.

Food was great as always, but was really late

I asked for cheesy chips which I expect to be melted on. It was cold cheese placed on top. The chips were cold. The burger was average temperature so can’t complain but was not happy.

Great tasting food as always. A bit let down by it being lukewarm, as the app said driver on way at 18.53 but arrived at 19.20. As we are a 6 min drive away at most it meant the food was no longer hot because of the wait.

Delivery must be an F1 driver as all the topping had slid to one side on receiving pizza
