I swear very good deal and delicious burger and fair price, they are so nice with customers i like Mr. Zirak much respect for him

If I'm looking for a quick meal after school or during work, this place is a good option. The service is friendly, and the staff are always welcoming. I usually go for the spicy chicken strips and fries, which are served quickly, and they have a good selection of sauces. For the family, the chicken bucket is a great choice. I personally prefer the spicier options, which are nice without being overwhelming. It’s a reliable spot for a decent meal when I’m in a rush. Also, it has good, friendly service from kind and polite staff, and the open kitchen allows you to see everything they're doing, so you can easily request anything you need.

It's a good place to eat, not expensive. The food should be accessible to everyone; anyone can enjoy it. I must say it's a guilty pleasure. I had it for the first time, and I loved it.

Their taste is good. Their service is also good and mostly their prices are quite affordable.

Ordered for delivery, spent £20+ and this is what arrived, boiled chicken with no skin on it. When I called to speak to manager, he said it's because of new oil. I'll let you be the judge. They also keep deleting this post because they know they are wrong.

Staple cheap chicken burger meal...at a bargain price.

I phoned them up to make an order, the rude man didn't even try to help me make an order, said he was busy and hung up the phone. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Will never order food from such people. And he's there saying "akhi" to me as if that makes it OK. Disgusting

Very bad service. One of the workers took my order and made me pay then, after he made it and I collected it he said I did not pay and I should pay again. When I told him I have paid and he can check he accused me of stealing in front of everyone and kept repeatedly calling me a liar. He's a grown man and I'm a young teen the behaviour was disgusting. I told him to check the till and the cameras but he refused. Extremely rude and disrespectful.

Slightly below standard fried chicken shop. They also sell burgers. The chicken is hit n miss. Sometimes it's dry. Sometimes when I order a family box meal and I ask for legs and thighs, they fill the box up with dry breast pieces! The place is not clean. Proper dirty, grimey, ghetto spot. The food is kind of cheap, but the quality is a bit poor.

This place is honestly incredible. I have tried so many different restaurants but this is by far one of the best. This is just mmmhhhh. The fries are crispy and no one, i mean no one can defeat the classic chicken burger. It is literally out of this world. I would go back any day. I recommend this place 100%. The sauces and the crispy fries with the crispy chicken burger and a drink. The prices are sooooo good. Even with inflation in the U.K. this is still one of the best ones out there.

This place is definitely the best of the UK branches in brum ! It is not overly priced as other shops and is quite filling and appetising. Never disappointed. Fries are crunchy & chicken is fresh. You are able to put in your own sauces acquired to your liking. Staff are lovely & friendly and service is usually quick however there are certain times to avoid coming into the shop as the queue is so long, so the waiting time is just 😵‍💫. I usually order for takeout but I have eaten in before as it is quite clean. Definitely a place to try !

This place will lie about not having a card machine. You ask them they will immediately say no and later when you see the main owner he is like yes we do have one and they pull it out. Then they have the nerve to call to have Nasheeds playing. Is that what Islam teaches you lying with a strifht face? Because that’s not Islam.

Staffs are amiable, generous and good hearted. I never got rude behaviour from them although they are all the time going through pressure. Foods are good enough.

There are times in life (thankfully not many) where one feels the urge to coin a term, “go dirty”. The connotations are greasy, fast food, with total disregard to calorific values. UK Fried chicken delivers on that front and beyond. Not only can the “food” be considered an ideal candidate for “dirty”, but the very premises itself makes good on that promise. As I stepped inside, the squelch of the soles of my shoes wading through the by-product of slathering of residual harden fats and ineffective cleaning products on the floor, reminiscent of my tour of duty in ‘Nam ‘66 trudging through the saltwater marshes of the delta, within the infamous Sac Forest near Saigon. Only this time instead of evading the Viet-Cong soldiers, I was circumventing discarded serviettes. Behind the counter stood one lonesome server. He made my presence known with two words “Yes, boss?”. Now under any other circumstances, I would retort with a greeting of sorts before placing my order. But his lacklustre and monotonous voice, alongside his deflated body language signalled that he was perhaps contemplating his very life choices to end up in such a dire place, that I passed on any salutations. I asked my server for a chicken burger meal. A staple in 99% of all food establishments. Behind him a plethora of different catering equipment utilised in the different stages of food production was evident. With the efficiency of a well oiled machine, he loaded up my burger container with a shovel of fries and placed the aforementioned burger inside. I asked for a water as my beverage. Choosing not to season it, I duly paid and left. The burger was edible. Nothing to write home about. The breading was crisp, and the bun itself soft. Whether this was due to the heat from the chicken, or fresh bun, could not be determined. In summary, if you want “more bangs for your buck”, UK Fried Chicken certainly fits the criteria. But you do get what you pay for. If on the other hand you value your health, I would advise you take your business elsewhere.

Amazing food & service. The cleanliness of the restaurant is pretty good, the service is actually fast, a nice change and finally, the food, top quality and made in an open kitchen so everything is observable. The sauces here are amazing and you can put the sauces on your food yourself. The taste is 10/10 and staff friendliness is top notch, very professional. If you need a bite to eat and are in the area, give this place a try.

My boys actually love their chicken burgers and wings, best thing now is they also accept card payments.

One of the best takeaway shops going... Delicious chicken Delicious fries When people complaining about food was given to them in less then 60 seconds LOL it’s one of best things going... PLUS IT WARM AND FRESH You go there you order and as the fries come out of the oil your burger bun is heated up for 45 seconds and a chicken fillet is placed into it... fries in on the counter... WITHIN 2 MINUTES YOUR OUT THE SHOP... Works perfectly fine for me because I don’t like standing around for my food TAKE AWAY... Best service in Birmingham better then dixys McDonald’s etc Only one thing if some one needs a hand with putting in chilli mayo help them out we do know your service is fast fast but honestly 5 seconds on pouring in the mayo or chili will not harm your service... They don’t need a card reader machine just go to Lloyd’s and take out cash... it’s a takeaway shop not grocery shop £2.50 at most you’ll spend if your alone
