We have ordered from this place many times and never disappoints. Excellent service highly recommended 10/10

Delivered on time, good quality pizza and garlic bread

Used to order all the time but the last two times the food quality and taste has dramatically decreased. Gave it the benefit of the doubt last time but again I’m dissatisfied it was 45 minutes late, stone cold again and just didn’t taste very nice. Pizza was swimming in oil so soggy base and all I could taste was strong tomato base, wrap tasted bland and the tortilla itself was hard and it just fell apart in my hands. Really disappointed and won’t order again unfortunately : (

Forgot salad and sauce for kebab, and the meat was burnt and inedible, had to throw it away.

Food arrived just at the end of estimated time. Pizza is just warm. Salad is not as described and I asked for no onion, it’s come with literally half an onion on it and no sauce. Shame as usually ok here.

The food was delivered 30 minutes after the delivery time and arrived cold

Food was over 1 an half hr also food wasnt what i payed for large was kids size there was no salad or bread with the mix an meat wasnt nice ... obviously changed hands an has gone down hill food was good from here. Not buying again poor quantity

Jacket potato was cold inside :( so had to put it in microwave to heat up, I ordered a calzone and a normal pizza came.

I ordered pizza when the delivery guy came I could see the pizza box almost folding in half, it was all stuck to the top of the box :(, the kebab menu states with salad, there was no salad, not the first time either, so I might not order again.

Calzone was full of salad and hardly any Donner meat and part of the order was missing said they would send out missing part of the order. Waited over an and 2 phone calls later so gave up in the end.

My order was delivered nearly 45 minutes after it was stated as delivered on website. Was waiting over 1.5 hour since ordered.

Burger was lovely although bun was a bit burnt but chips were a let down hard in the middle

Absolutely awful. Food was well over an hour late! When it did eventually arrive, there was no salad on the kebabs, hardly any sauce as if they were on rations with it. Chips were cold and soggy. Just ridiculous

This has been the 5th time now they have got my order wrong. Not good! and it's always the salad. unfortunately last time we will be dining here. The driver that always comes is an absolute hero. This review has nothing to do with him.

Burgers and fries nice. Kebab meat was a funny texture and tasteless. Such a shame as salad and the flat bread was lovely. I won't be ordering from here again.

Is this under new management ? Quality has gone down , donner meat has changed and the chicken and shish was burned and dryer than the Sahara . Won’t be back again

Chips wasn't fresh at all, barely any salad and no pita bread for the donner kebab.

Wanted stuffed crust on pizza, added it on and put it on notes to make sure it was seen, no stuffed crust and not the first time it’s been forgotten, won’t risk ordering again as I wouldn’t get a pizza without stuffed crust

Food was nice but they didnt give me the pitta bread with the kebab only the meat

The bottom buns of the burgers were solid and crunchy but apart from that it was amazing and a great amount of food for the price as always!

Previous owners were far far better, and much better menu. Since it has been taken over it’s absolutely terrible, late food, bad customer service, small portions, very unsure why they class themselves as an Italian, previous owners actually did an Italian menu and the food was great

asked for AS SOON AS OSSIBLE, took over an hour great salad. banana calzone excellent

missed half my meal. and refused to fix it because of the distance. they should not deliver to places they not willing to fix.

Food was quite a bit late not ideal with two screaming kids waiting on dinner but the customer service and overall quality of the food was really good. Would definitely order from here again the chicken wings were on point bad well as the pizza definitely satisfied with the food.

The food was like rubber and didn’t taste nice at all. The burger had no salad the pizza’s were horrible and the loaded chips were overcooked and like rubber. The wrong drink was delivered but the driver went to the shop to purchase the correct one

Before ordering, the time was estimated as 20-35 minutes. Once order placed, the time was confirmed as 60-80 minutes. I tried texting and calling the restaurant but got no response. It’s now 2 hours since I placed my order. I am canceling it and would like a refund please.

Food never arrived. Finally got through to be advised all orders had been cancelled but we’d have no notification to suggest this earlier.

Delivery was super fast and the man very nice and polite. Food was delicious and abundant. Cant fault this place I have ordered many times from them and always great. Thanks!

i am really not happy about it the attitude of the man on the phone for asking where is my food 20 minutes late and the wrap came cold and the actually bread on the wrap come not okay at all and didn’t get a coke what i payed for

Ordered food, asked for mayo in a pot for one kebab, which was being shared and one of the people doesn't like mayo and they drowned it in mayo... Other kebab no salad and all the pitta was soggy with salad water... Rang the restraunt to explain about the mayo situation only as I had picked salad off, the guy was so rude basically saying if you wanted mayo in a pot you'd have to pay extra, and order separate, they could of called , I would of happily paid the extra even tho if I was having on kebab it was no extra... I hope noone has an issue with their food as these people don't give a damn... refused to sort food, uber told me to call the restraunt, never ever will I order from here again.

Just been to the store to sort out a cancelled order please don’t order off food hub before 4 o’clock as u will most likely run into the same situation as us but after all the calls twin chef sorted this all out for us so a big thank you to the store and it’s staff on lovely lane I recommend to anyone who wants a takeout 👏

payed top price for a sad excuse for a burger, fries mostly cold, chicken strips were tiny, curry sauce was lumby and watery, the only thing they got right was the 2 cans of Coke. and when confronted about it they refused any service and said it is how their food allways is. Will not be going again. Really feel like I wasted my money.

Awesome food from this place, burgers were amazing, nice to see someone using proper beef to make them and not the pre packaged stuff for a change. Pizza was noce and fresh too! Very happy customer Will definitely be coming again 👍🏼

Don’t order the chicken. Came pink and wasn’t cooked

I don't like leaving negative reviews but the meal last night was apauling. For £19 I felt so ripped off. The doner kebab was so overcooked and dry, it wasn't nice, the large cheesy pepperoni chips was quite sad, a handful of French fries, a little bit of cheese only on the top and some pepperoni for £9. the portion was small. Also charging 75p for the most tinest tub of sauce. I understand this has changed hands but the quality has drastically dropped, shame as this was such a good place 🤷‍♂️

I ordered a 12” calzone and got about 6 slices of doner on it 🤦‍♀️ absolutely shocking don’t bother people

Arrived late, the food was cold, they didn’t take any notice of the note I left asking for the sauce to be in a tub.

No longer an Italian, just a bog standard kebab shop now. Basically got rid of the Italian food on the menu but still advertised as a Italian. Makes no sense.

fast delivery but the food that come was just a shambles. large kebab over cooked meat to the point it was to hard to even chew, wasn't even a large kebab that came was deffo a small and the chips again overdone. quality of this place has ran down the hill.

BEAUTIFUL! Absolutely stunning food, love the pizzas here they are so fresh, light and full of flavour. The carabonara was on another level, fresh creamy sauce and the pasta al dente 😍!!! Excellent service, excellent resturaunt. 5 stars, cannot wait to come back! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Order from here weekly and usually absolutely spot on, but last night the pasta dish was terrible, literally just full to the brim with onion which completely ruined the flavour

Originally meant to be delivered at 7:50pm as we ordered before 7pm. Then changed to being delivered between 7:55pm - 8:15pm and then didn’t actually get here till 8:45 at which point majority of it was cold and now my partner hasn’t had anything to eat this evening. Not happy at all. Delivery driver was very sorry and it wasn’t even his fault. I tried to ring the restraunt however took me 4 attempts to get through. Terrible service will not be returning and should be refunded for cold food!

Food was late, cold, Donnie meet like rubber, had 3 small pieces of chicken in a full wrap chips freezing cold and hard

Service was good, the food was good, apart from the coating on the fried chicken and the food was delivered on time.

Ordered a mix of pizza, burgers, kebabs, and chips for the family, everyone loved them. Looking forward to trying out the pasta dishes next time, cheers!

The delivery driver was late, called to say he couldn’t find us and then struggled to understand my clear instructions as to where we were. I eventually saw him from my window and explained to pull his car in, walk to the front door and then press No.3 so that I could buzz him in. After waiting he clearly hadn’t pressed No.3 I had to go down to the front door and collect my food. The food was warm but definitely not hot. Besides once before I have don’t usually order from Twin Chef but will not be again if the standard of food is the same. The salad was soggy with the kebab and the chicken tasted as if it was reheated, chewy and tough. The garlic mayo on my chips was sour and I’m pretty sure was out of date, it left a film inside your mouth. Garlic bread just tasted of buttered bread rather than just bread. Pasta for my partners meal wasn’t the right pasta and we weren’t informed, it genuinely does make a doffe
