Soggy sweaty chips and cold, cold kebab and chilli sauce was more a dry relushy

Small portions, dry and tasteless Chicken shish, miserable delivery driver who stated that we were lucky that they delivered to us as they were quiet. As we ordered from deliveroo and this shop was the closest in distance to us 2.5 miles to be exact, plus the £2.50 delivery charge on top of the overpriced sub standard food, I would have assumed that they were providing the service as advertised . Never again

Most of the toppings of the pizza had fallen off due to poor care in transit. Some chilli sauce on chicken when specified not to have any.

An hour for a delivery and on Delivroo but it's pointless no tracking order. My chicken kebab was not appealing with a salad that looked like it was scrapped out of a bin and undercooked chicken and a soaking wet pitta bread. After that wait time and maybe because I called up to find out where my order was that I got a undercooked kebab or just too busy or just bad place to order food from.

asked for delivery ASAP so happy it was early. wasn't happy with portion of chips for £4.50 as box was only half full. very unlike Twilight's as normally very generous portions.

First order from this place. We had greasy chips and underwhelming donner meat across all kebabs. The donner was dry and like had been sat for awhile

All delivered very late after us calling them and asking where our food is? It was then 35minutes after we called. Then when it arrived the food tasted nice however it was cold

The food was ok, to be honest all a little bland I thought, the app was telling me it the delivery time was 45 minutes to an hour then it said there was a delay but the food turned up in about 30 minutes. I have also noticed the portion sizes are shrinking quite a bit in my opinion

The chicken Shiah option did not give option for all the sauces. I simply asked for the sauce in the comments and it arrived- perfect.

Ordered it at 7pm for 8pm arrived at 8:40pm

Position size always used to be good here, but I was recently served by a very young man, and what should have been an XL resembled a medium in other establishments. The previous decent sized portions used to compensate for the average quality food, so regretfully I wont be returning again.

Chicken had too much pepper I couldn’t eat it. Not normally like this .Also chips could have been cooked a bit more. Lamb good pitta soggy. We normally enjoy it but not this time.

Unfortunately while they have local hero status they often get the order wrong by not keeping salad and chilli sauce separate and by adding it where it was specifically not ordered!

Chicken burger was low quality and pizza and garlic bread too doughy. Fries were decent though

Shocking portion size, got a mixed grill was wrapped in paper, how you gonna wrap a kebab in paper? If you want a proper kebab for good value go to the best kebab in Hutton.

When I Went to place the order just eat said 35-50 minutes. Then when I placed the order it said delivery 8:15-8:35 (1 hour wait) the order arrived at 9pm.

The 'Spicy' beef pizza was not at all spicy. In fact it was very bland. VERY disappointed. The Garlic bread, appeared to be another pizza? (Did you send the right thing?) It was NOT a usual garlic bread, and I could not detect ANY hint of garlic in either the smell or the taste. The delivery was good though, and on time. Sorry, but I will NOT be ordering from you again.

They always seem to forget something or make a mistake on an order. This time they left out the salad on my kebab. I checked the order to make sure. Diner with salad no chill. I just got meat. I normally can’t be arsed to do a review but it’s been too many now that they’ve got something wrong.

Food excellent as always but very rude driver who just handed over food said too far away man and never delivering here again! Even though we have always had deliveries from them with no problems. Won't use again

Ordered a selection of burgers with chips. Order was placed at 17:30 and was delivered at 17:50! Everything was super hot and super tasty.

Rubbish portion size! Lots of fries hardly any meat, Uncooked fries, never again! Avoid this junk!

Wouldn't normally want to do this but feel like it's necessary, our chicken shish was pink in the middle and uncooked - so dangerous and disappointing as it was our first & last order from here.

Twilights called me 20 minutes after accepting my order only to tell me my order wasn’t enough to warrant them delivering and I had to order more to make it worth their while. As a business their food is actually really good but the customer experience is diabolical and sadly this isn’t t the first time this has happened but I thought I’d give them another go, more fool me……

Sadly I use twilights often but never again. Over 2 hours late and three calls to restaurant where is was assured will be with you soon but we are busy….. Ordered at 6:48 not here until after 9pm…. Thrown in the bin as far too late. Claim off just eat and struck off my go to list sadly.

The best mixed kebab in Billericay

Simple kebab, but forgot the salad which is a major part of the meal. I was told it would be 45mins to deliver the salad or they would “remember” me next time. I get human error but 45 mins takes the rise, won’t order again…….

Wanted to cancel my order and called the restaurant, they told me “that’s got nothing to do with us, mate, use the app”, but the app says to call the restaurant. Food hadn’t arrived 2 hours after ordering, gave up and went to bed.

Even come back because the salad was missing 👏

Nice food, always delivered early considering I'm outside the area, driver always polite and friendly. Prices are reasonable, not the cheapest but you always get decent food and portions. One of the best in the area.

I did not receive one of my meals the halloumi kebab. I didn’t complain on the night as it was late and I had just returned from Italy.

Bit below the usual standard today. Chips were under cooked, the salad wasn't fresh and the chilli sauce didn't have its punch. Meat was still good though and arrived nice and hot. Perhaps an off day as they're usually really good all round.

A very Yummy half a pounder and chips will definitely order again
