So overpriced for what it was. Burger was okay, chips were shocking 🤦🏼‍♀️

Burger was nice but the cajun fries were cold and dry, but not just 'cold dry' - like they'd been reheated in a microwave 8 times kind of dry.

It said before I ordered delivery was free i was charged 99 pence ?

There were items left off the order so I actually went to Five Guys Festival Lesisure Park to follow up, the manager Anna there was brilliant about the missing items and replaced the whole order without any fuss or hesitation, really good customer service that should be commended, food was good as well

the food was freezing cold and all un eatable and it was all squashed and out the wrappers

No cheeseburger they called me said I get a refund still waiting days after .

Didn’t even receive order but says it’s been delivered. Called the restaurant and they said they haven’t even made my order because no driver has been submitted. I have been scammed out of my hard working money I want an automatic refund with more

Didnt recieve my milk shake costing £5.95. Now have to see if I get the refund back onto my card. Drive said he wasnt given it and store says they dont have it in store????

Amazing and friendly staff. They were busy as it’s holidays but still saw smile on each crew. Special thanks to Ana who’s manager there and her colleague also who was in the shift. Great service and was nice to see you Ana again after years 🫶🏼❤️

A bit late but worth the wait milkshake was the best burger was better chips weren’t the best

food arrived cold, & over an hour later than the given arrival, total wait of nearly 2 hours, not happy at all

No lettuce or tomato in the burger despite being on the order and grill slip.

My meal was freezing cold, the packaging is packed loose so it just goes cold, milkshakes are melted and like water and to top it off, the toppings are not in the burgers that we asked for. not happy… I don’t pay £50 for cold food and wrong orders

Saturday 2 -3pm - Normally love five guys but today it was awful ! Milkshakes like water, chips not salted and had been double cooked ! Staff on a slow go and only the lady on the tills seemed to want to do her job.

Really love a burger that looks Mufasa after the Gorge scene 👍

I have just had my milkshakes delivered which I ordered both caramel. I have had one that is peanut butter , lucky somebody else tasted it before me as I am allergic to peanuts which is very dangerous

I didn't get the milkshake nor the optional ketchup and mayo

I explained to Just Eat that the food wasn’t fresh and they don’t want to refund me just because I didn’t take a picture but why would I have to take a picture when I’ve explained to you guys and I told you as soon as I received the food and it was on my birthday

If the driver left five guys and came to us everything would of have been fine but he didn’t he collected from another restaurant as well so he was late and our food was cold not a good delivery service

So over priced for a small soggy hot dog and limp chips

Didn’t get over half order. Bag wasn’t sealed properly. Food I did get was cold. Contacted just eat and wasn’t refunded for what was missing.

Never been so disappointed by take away food, chips cold and mushy, burger was moist and cold and the grilled cheese was a giant mess than was inedible, first and last time ordering from five guys, £30 utterly wasted 👎

fries over cooked, hot dog was ok, when booking a time for delivery I don't expect it to be changed. so I would call that a late delivery.

Much nicer and friendlier than lakeside even all the staff are happy and smiling great food even better people..Well done very impressed

Visited after an evening at Cineworld on a Saturday. This being my step son's first Five Guys visit after having praise heaped on by my lady & I. Quite a "cosy" Five Guys this branch having visited various other establishments throughout London and home counties. With this prior experience in mind I have a reasonably good basis for my opinions. The seating is all on the left upon entry with the obligatory red & white interior with music playing overhead. Quite a hectic & closed quartered restaurant, all is on show upon entry. Clean presentation with a member of staff regularly circulating to clear tables and sweep the floor. The lady who served us, the grill staff & supporting members, ran a veritable conveyor belt of food to satisfy all the evening diners.

2 milkshakes missing. For the price you’d think they would make sure. Delivery drivers have one job. Not hard is it! Very frustrating!

Visited on a Saturday evening. The place was busy, but our food was made fresh in front of us in no time. Never been here before, but would come again, yes the food is pricey, but its fresh and better quality than the other fast food burger joint at bas Vegas.

Need to change how the chips are packaged they get squashed into a lump which ruins otherwise nice chips

gone right down hill ..under cooked fries.. incompetent staff ..do yourself a favour and use the mc donalds down the road .

Absolutely rubbish - shame I couldn't include pictures. Clearly the driver had made multiple drops before me. The food was cold, the bad sodden with grease from soggy fries. Am fuming to spend £45 on two cheeseburgers, one kiddies burger and two fries for that quality and only to be chucked in the bin - Burger King next time

I do not get the fuss about Five Guys. The burgers are greasy and the fries can be rather stodgy. I know many will disagree, but a double whopper is far cheaper and tastes better imo. But their milkshakes... I'm addicted...

driver rude and food messed up in bag no respect taken for order

Went for a spot to eat and was appalled. Food was mid at best and staff were atrocious. The manager a tall man I heard referred to as Connor and another staff member I heard called Louis were rude and I could hear them mocking customers and other staff members. Never going back they should be embarrassed as should the company

Took 15 minutes for my order only to find out it was sat there the whole time. Never called out the order as I stood at the collect section the whole time.

Really lovely hot food and milkshakes sealed and separated from food unlike some establishments. Was very impressed with my first order. 🍔🥤🍟

shocking , didnt deliver my milkshake... driver just said there wasn't one but it was clearly on the order and unable to contact the store to get it sent out.

I ordered little cheeseburger and fries and my burger came without vegetable, they put only jalapenos inside. I was very dissapointed with my dinner tonight.

Delvery there are out chips and was rude to us had a moth of food greasy hand the chips where out the cup the bar was slightly open what else ????

Used to love getting a 5 guys but the past two times we have gotten it been pretty disappointed normally quiet generous with the chips but both time recently been quiet stingy not sure I will be getting one again in while

1st time here ...heard loads about it ...staff were great ...very helpful ...was expensive...3 burgers 1 large 🍟 3 milk shakes ...but must say it was defo worth the wait .....would have love it to all be bit hotter ....chips luke warm ...burger just the same .....

Burgers look smaller than previously

Didn’t end up having dinner tonight. Ordered at 7:20 over an hour later get a bag delivered by a driver who couldn’t be arsed to get off the phone to deliver my food that was late. Opened the bag and there were no fries. Raised this as a missing item and then found the burgers were lukewarm. I then checked the receipt on the bag and it wasn’t even my order it was someone’s order from Uber Eats. Phoned Five Guys and was assured the order would be remade and delivered in 15 minutes. Here I am 45 minutes later and 2 hours since I ordered my food and have no food and am out of pocket. It had to be Basildon that ruined Five Guys didn’t it.

Overpriced nothing. Please don't even bother and keep your money for something tastier...

Always nice but they have stopped doing the Reece’s milkshake

Ordered my food via just eat, waited an hour for my food, which was missing the chips, and burgers were barely warm. Upon looking further, it's the complete wrong order. Was promised by the restaurant I would have my order within 15 mins. Called back half hour later, only to be told that they do not have a driver to deliver the food. So my food was sitting there going cold again! No contact with me at all. Worst five guys I've ever ordered from. Will be contacting just eat about this as well.

Food was amazing as always, lots of ketup for my chips. Everything was warm and delicious.

We are just eating and the cheeseburger was just warm & very disappointing, haven’t finished it. I normally love five guys. The milkshake is warm too. The chips were fine after re-heating as recommended. Will never order again & cannot recommend at all. Very disappointing I have completely wasted £35. Should have just cooked myself.

Burger was excellent but the chips were really disappointing. Half of them were undercooked and bland .

Id never actually had a five guys before so thought I'd give it a try and have one for lunch today, I really wish I hadn't of bothered! I've brought a box of 4 frozen burgers from Iceland for £2 and they are miles better than these extremely overpriced ones, I ordered a double bacon cheese burger chips and a drink and it was a few pence short of £20, most of the cheese was melted and stuck to the inside of the wrapper and it looked like someone had sat on it to make it fit in the wrapper, the un generous serving of onions were bootsale burger wagon quality and the even less serving of bacon was tiny, crispy and tasted of nothing at all, I've never seen chips like that either, soggy and mostly skin from the potato, very unsatisfying not appealing to look at and definitely not worth the money, not quality whatsoever, if I had to sum it up in one word without swearing it would be EHHH, worst £20 I've ever spent on food, ridiculously stupidly over priced for no quality whatsoever

Lovely, fresh, large burgers, chips were nice and the shakes were perfect. My only criticism is the price, why is it so damn expensive?!?

The food here is to die for!! It is really expensive (£35 for two people), but trust me, it is worth getting every once a while. the milkshakes are insanely good

Ordered collection takeaway Sunday evening. Spent just under £30, got home unwrapped our order, the patties was a lot smaller than we have previously had, and was totally tasteless. Due to being so hungry we ate them. Early hours of the morning both myself and my husband had a very bad stomach. I emailed and complained, had a reply to say as no one had reported they was ill it must have been coursed by something else. I can assure you we will never be visiting one of your stores again. Very over priced for the amount you get!!

My milkshake was completely spilt all over everything else in the bag and the chips were overcooked.

Absolutely first class right across the board! A large fries was enough for two, I’ve had to save half a portion to have with lunch! Very pleased, really enjoyed all of it - milkshakes were brilliant.

I went with my 5 year old daughter. She was desperate for a milkshake and loved her banana shake. Unfortunately she dropped it almost immediately but the server came straight over and told her he would make her a fresh one! They didn't need to do this and it really made her day as she was so upset. She's now asking when we can go back.

First time ordering from Five Guys. To be honest, i was expecting the hit dog to be a bit bigger. But it was tasty. Very generous portion of chips. Very nice. Will order again

Definitely not an extra scoop of fries in the bag. The first burger in the bottom as really disgusting. It was so soggy squished and cold. Definitely won’t order again as it’s a waste of money if the burger is just going to be so soggy! At least take some liquid off the salads before putting it on the burger!
