The worst food ever they keeping food from 2 days old and then sell it to you, I would not recommend to waste your money, and the old man was very rude and aggressive when I asked is the diner fresh , I would really not recommend this place

I've came to visit twickenham and this was where i got my dinner. Very tasty food, great staff and quick service. Couldn't recommend more!

Used to be the place to be once the pubs ended... And it was rammed and hilarious. But everything still the same except no one goes out as much 🫤

Missing food and when we contacted the restaurant the person on the phone was incredibly rude and hung up on us very quickly. When used in the past never any issues so extremely disappointed and will not be taking my business there again in the future.

I have lost count of the amount of times I have ordered from this place for delivery to my home in Lichfield Gardens Richmond. I know across the many apps its over 70 times & likely close to a 100. I tend to order the same Lamb Kebab, onion salad & a side of fries. I know the meat will be tasty, the salad fresh & the chips will not have been cooked in old fat. Its a very solid & very reliable place to buy food. If your thing is gourmet then this may not be the place but if you want a decent kebab & don't mind the price being a bit high its the best in the area.

Overpriced and tiny portions and Ive had way better kebabs at £9/£10 from far friendlier places. £12 for a Lamb shish which the meat was stringy and bitty and the old man was genuinely quite rude and obnoxious while I ordered. The son has at least some manners and customer service skills.

This is our local kebab shop. It is convenient whenever we crave for a quick grill. It will become more popular if they can do some redecoration.

I came here a few years ago and wrote the same review with pictures but it looks like they got my review removed! This place is disgusting serving grey meat for burgers and when asked about this they turned on me and threw my money at me, also the barber from next door got involved they all threatened me, the old guy held up his knife like he was going to stab me. Please avoid this place like for your own health and safety. I will add these pictures again if I can find them. Shame on this business and the owners also the barbers next door should mind his own business

Ordered delivery via Ubereats which was eventually delivered over an hour after the later end of the estimated delivery window(90 mins after the earliest estimate) called 4 times during the hour, everytime I was told that it was out for delivery and would be 10 mins on each occasion. They hung up on me twice when I asked why they had lied on the previous calls. When food arrived, driver was really apologetic, but he wasn’t his fault. Food was stone cold! I have had great food here when I have picked it up, but never ever order an delivery!! Absolutely shocking service and very rude on phone and lied about being out for delivery when chasing late delivery.

Ordered via just eat. Lamb doner is like rubber. Chicken doner is shocking like its been sitting for 2 days, dry and hard probably the worst kebab ive had in the area. Pitta bread no even warmed up just took out of packet and thrown in the box. Will not be ordering again.

Food was cold and they kept push back the time for delivery.

Always a bit wary of local kebab places and walked in to be pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and friendly service. The chicken kebab, beef burger and chips were all fresh and tasty. We're so glad the chips weren't re-fried that sadly is a standard at most places these days. We discovered a nice local place today and will definitely go back!

I find that my order costs 50% more for delivery. Which is not acceptable.

It says no delivery fee for items over £10 I ordered a Laban and chips and it came to over £10

Wouldn't bother! Burger was ok. Lamb shish was overcooked and chewy. Portion size was poor for the price. Mozzarella sticks and cream cheese jalapenos were both cold in the middle. Overall disappointing. We actually cooked something else as we were still hungry.

Food was delivered to the wrong adress then the driver collected it and came back but it is now cold.

This is my first time here after looking at reviews, thought I try somewhere new. I'm disappointed as the kebab does not have much taste and I specifically said twice no chilli, no chilli sauce or chilli peppers and when I got home, there was chilli sauce in the kebab... the kids couldn't eat it. I also asked for the large chips to be split in two as kids don't like salt and vinegar but I do but they asked me to buy two small! Istanbul kebab place in Teddington taste better and caters to our needs more. I will not be coming back.

The food was excellent, quality very good. Sadly the delivery driver was hopeless.

For a start , I asked for cabbage on the side , but the whole thing was covered with it so my wife who has a allergy to cabbage could not eat , the pita was hard and dry , the whole thing was cold , I took a few bits then did not eat the rest , it’s about the worst kebab I ever tried, very unpleasant and very unhappy

Been coming to Charcoal Grill for the past 15+ years (not everyday of course) and always has been great portions, nicely flavoured kebabs, wraps and burgers. Always friendly when I call up or walk in - would recommend over the other kebab options in Twickenham

If you are in the Twickenham area it is the best option you have. Recommend the shashlik skewers with the garlic sauce. A 10/10

Not been here before, and all the kebab shops in Teddington were closed. Not the worst kebab I've ever had. Staff were super friendly, and the portions are very generous. Pricing structure is simple and reasonably cheap. 7/10

Over priced and very small servings

I am not local in Twikenham, and I have found this place to order a food. I have called the number they provided, the person on another end was getting agitated for my questions about food and prices, bare in mind I was very polite and calm. I was not being allowed to share my opinion in regards of the food price as well, I felt really shocked. we have only spoken for 3 minutes and he said the talk is going for 10, and the talk is not going anywhere…. I was really unhappy with this kind of customer service, I feel like people stopped being professional and treat customers like nothing. I have changed my mind and I’m not going to visit this food place…..

I cannot thank you enough, the kebabs were absolutely fantastic. We ordered one of all of the kebabs except the lamb shish, and they were all delicious, well cooked and well packed. The salads were very fresh and the bread was lovely and warm. Really grateful that we still have kebab shops available selling genuinely tasty and good quality kebabs like yours. Thank you again

I love the wraps. I ordered a wrap today with chilli sauce on the side. Got no sauce on the side. I really like the chilli sauce and was bummed out to get no sauce. It is WAY too spicy to be inside the wrap (that would be atomic) I missed the sauce a lot. I wrote in for some information about the sauce but was ghosted. One star deducted.
