Twenty Twenty in Newcastle upon Tyne

After hosting a joint 21st party here in newcastle, I couldn’t recommend this venue more for a private hire event. The venue is free - as long as you reach the bar tab, you get your 25% deposit back or can spend it on welcome drinks/ drinks for you on the night. Our bar tab was £920 altogether. The staff were lovely and smoothly sorted any minor issues before any of us even noticed and the bar was well-staffed. Around 80-100 guests arrived on the night and we had so many compliments the next day. The cocktails were delicious and 2for1 the whole night which went down a treat! I’ve included a video and photo to show the venue as I don’t believe the photos on their website do it justice. We loved the fairy lights over the bar (we brought our own plug in ones to hang round the rest of the room and also brought some helium balloons). We hired a friend as a DJ but they have speakers round the room to plug in your own music. The next morning when I went to collect decorations we’d left, the staff had neatly wrapped everything back up for me to grab and take home - i was expecting to take it all down my self! Just overall I felt the staff went over and beyond and I couldn’t fault the night - we even had a great laugh with the bouncer. I’m not usually one to leave a review but felt I had to since we had such a good experience here!

Lovely brunch here yesterday! Amazing service and great food. I’m coeliac and felt super safe eating here as they explained about their food and kitchen processes in detail before ordering and when the bill came it was clearly marked as coeliac, which was even more reassuring

Food was good, pizzas were lovely, even enjoyed the service and atmosphere, but the prices were ridiculous. I think it was mainly the drinks, they charged us about £11 for a double gin and mixer, so it was cheaper to get cocktails. This wasn’t blatantly obvious anywhere so by the time we got the bill it was ridiculous! And they forced a 12.5% tip on the bill which I wasn’t happy about.

They claim it is bottomless drinks but it is not! They will purposely take there time serving you between drinks me and my friends only managed to get 7 drinks in 90 minutes due to the staff not wanting to serve us

Great pizzas in a brilliant 20 inches! Bit awkward if you're on a 2 person table as it's so big. Wasn't that fussed with the BBQ pork belly bites and the extra sauces are tiny for the price... But 20 inch pizza 😁

I usually come here with my partner or friend and they’re always great. This time I had booked a work Christmas party and it did not disappoint. The value for money in itself is brilliant for this. The pizza’s were great, everyone enjoyed them. Myself and a friend are coeliac and they brought our gluten free pizza out separately. The staff are very knowledgeable about allergens and the manager also explains extra measures to minimise cross contamination. The staff in general are great, very friendly and actually look like they love their job which is always lovely to see. We were looked after throughout the whole of our booking too. I will always return back here simply due to the vibe this place has. It’s one of the best additions to the toon!

Always our go to for a bottomless brunch. Kiera is exceptionally good and always makes sure the drinks are flowing! Love the little pop corn appetiser

Today I had the pleasure of delivering the staff's first aid training. The staff are just fantastic! They are so friendly. So much so I stayed for a drink with them. I will be back again soon! Thank you.

Kiera was an excellent host- as soon as the glass was almost empty she was straight over taking our next order. We would definitely recommend.

Thus is the second time my wife and I have been to Twenty Twenty for food. Both times we have not been disappointed. The pizza is delicious and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back.

I have a TikTok and instagram foodie page of places around Newcastle/North East so I went in to check them out and film some content. Had an amazing time when I went here, I went with a friend for their 2 for £12 cocktails and we got the ‘can’t believe it’s not fanta’ and the ‘it’s Britney b*tch’. Both were strong but not overpowering - both were dangerously delicious and fruity (forgot they were even alcoholic). The servers were also so nice and attentive and the manager even came over to discuss my dietary needs and accommodated me completely🙏🏻. Our server was called Amy and she was so friendly, 10/10 service from all. ❤️ Delicious food and (maybe even better) drinks.🤩

Both slices of pizza had hardly any cheese on them and were very spicy. The crust was thin and not nice to bite/chew. Service was good. Pineapple juice was delicious and excellent value. Didn't appreciate having a 12.5% service charge added to the bill.

Bottomless brunch worth the money 18 cocktails deep pizza was boss just make sure you go with someone that can handle there drink as the mrs couldn’t keep up ,staff were attentive and absolutely happy to get drinks as and when needed ..cocktails were nice they were also strong which is rare for unlimited drinks definetly worth the money

I love this place! I've been a few times and enjoyed every minute but this time I took my dog and he's a massive fan now too! I can't recommend this place enough. Food is amazing staff so friendly atmosphere chilled and welcoming! Definitely be back soon!

Amazing experience, very friendly staff, clean and tidy throughout. Food was absolutely fantastic, had a 20 inch pizza Italian style pizza with rocket which was truly one of the best pizzas I have had in 10 years. Highly recommend ! I'd love to go back again

Staff were lovely and very attentive (did feel like we were being pushed to order more or leave towards the end of our meal though). The decor is nice and the place is spacious but cozy. Food was tasty but my pasta was lukewarm when brought out. Our bill was wrong, with an extra item added, though this was sorted when we pointed it out. The music was too loud to have a decent conversation without shouting, and it was only lunchtime. Not somewhere I'd be desperate to revisit but I wouldn't be against going back and hoping for a better experience.

Watch out for those pizzas cause they are massive! My Girlfriend and I had a wonderful date night with two lovely slices of pizza and sides (birrata bowl & "Dill-Dough"). Menu very tongue and cheek and drinks went down a treat. Thank you to Caitlin for fantastic service and a superb night!

great place for birthday brunch! we came here as a group of 12 for 2 of our friends 21st. it is a £10 deposit when booking (this could just be because we were a big group) and then the remainder is paid after the brunch finishes, which only cost us with service charge £33, so £43 all together per person - which i say is well worth it. we got around 8 cocktails EACH and they were high quality and were full of flavour and you could taste the alcohol! the cocktail menu was full of fun choices with cool names and had plenty of variety, as well as a decent mocktail menu. for the food we were taken aback by how large the pizzas were. we got 3 massive pizzas, 2 different flavours and one half and half - they tasted excellent and heavy on quality. the slices were huge and we got 2 each, so we were stuffed. there’s music which isn’t too loud and not too quiet so it’s a chill ambiance, and the decorative aspect of the place really hit the nail on the head of making it an enjoyable birthday experience. we were also able to have free shots for the birthday occasion which i thought was such generous gesture - we were served by such a lovely girl who deserves all the recognition she can get. will deffo be back again thankyou so much!

When we went to Twenty Twenty, this place was a very homely, chill and groovy vibe. One of the workers, Kiera, was very friendly and kind to us, helped with recommendations on drinks and was all-round a lovely person! Food and drinks were good price for the size and quality, and there were such amazing deals. Great place to go with a bunch of your friends, would recommend highly!

This was my 4th time here and every experience has been different but always amazing. I took my friend for her first ever bottomless brunch for her birthday and after the 2nd drink she was already making plans to come back. We tried 7 cocktails and 1 prosecco in the 90 mins, every concoction was so tasty and very presented. The pizza was delicious and more than enough to fill anyone... drinks were served quickly and efficiently, it helped it was so quiet we had the place virtually to ourselves. Ive been at Christmas time however and its a very different atmosphere. I much prefer the quieter days when staff have time to accommodate everyone better. I would and do recommend this place to everyone... 5 stars 🌟

Went in for some food with few mates for birthday very interesting place. Food was amazing half and half 20inc pizza, kids able to make there own pizza really puts a spark for the kids. Jessica was amazing, couldn't fault anything 10/10 would come back.
