Una experiencia fantástica. Esta fue una comida de sábado por la noche con amigos utilizando el Tastecard. Desde el principio hasta el final de la noche fue impecable. Nuestra camarera italiana era genial, muy amable y servicial. Por no mencionar lleno de anécdotas divertidas. La comida era excelente, tanto en términos de calidad y cantidad. Lo que normalmente podía haber sido bastante caro se convirtió en valor de una comida maravillosa a través del Tastecard. No hay absolutamente nada de que quejarse, que era genial. Yo recomendaría este restaurante a cualquiera que visite Londres o a cualquiera que vive en y alrededor de Londres. Probar por tí mismo. No te arrepentirás.

I visited this restaurant with my boyfriend for dinner and had a really pleasant experience. Firstly, we called about 45 minutes before coming into the restaurant to ask for a table and the staff were really accommodating despite the short notice. When we arrived the reception staff were polite and helpful, and the restaurant staff made us feel very welcome. The food and drinks were lovely (we ordered starters, mains and wine), and we did not have to wait long for them at all. However, it was our waiter, Ariana, who made our experience so enjoyable. Ariana made us feel comfortable as soon as we entered the restaurant, she had a great knowledge of the menu which was helpful when we asked for recommendations and she checked up on us a number of times throughout the evening. She was always happy to help, and made us feel well looked after. After our meal, we decided to order cocktails but were unsure of which one to choose - we simply let Ariana know we wanted something sweet with rum, and she brought us back cocktails from the bar which were perfect. I would definitely recommend this restaurant, and thanks to the great food and amazing service, we will be back!

Booked a table for dinner at 5.30 before the Robbie Williams concert and we we're staying at Holiday Inn express. We tried to book on line but gave up as they never replied and we had to phone for a reservation. Firstly we would like to say that we did not have any issues with our waiter who was very efficient and polite. However he took our orders and we had to wait 1 hour before our mains arrived. The waiter was very apologetic saying the kitchen was very busy but there were several empty tables in the restaurant. After several changes to my meal. I was offered a gluten free vegetable risotto which was not on the menu. What I actually received was a risotto with about 4 cubes of butternut squash. I was also given a side order of chips. My husband only ordered a burger and chips with a side salad. He also went on to order a desert followed by our bill this took another hour! We noticed that the table next to us had issues too. It took one hour for their starters to arrive! Ridiculous having to wait 2 hours for a one and two course meal when we had booked. We missed all of the support group. On the plus side the waiter took £10.00 off our bill without us asking! Wouldn't recommend!

We had afternoon tea here on the terrace. The sandwich fingers, cakes, pastries and scones were beautifully fresh and tasty. We were offered more tea than we could have drunk! We loved the pristine white tablecloth too. Very friendly staff.

A nice resturant to visit if you are staying at the hotel and don't want to travel far from your room. The staff here are really good and make sure you are happy with the service. There is an outside decking area for those warm summers evenings in the city as well.

Living locally, we stumbled across Twenty Twelve as a recommended restaurant for the elite yet fairly priced food, and we weren't disappointed! The service by Mizan is warm, personal and dedicated. We got free warm bread in the wait for our mains which was lovely, with herby butter. Both times the food was exquisite - the whole experience felt high brow, and yet with Mizan's service, it was comfortable, friendly and relaxed. Thank you to Mizan for being so dedicated in his service, and we will definitely be regulars.

I live in the area so I have been able to try a wide range of restaurants in Stratford but we decided to try Twenty Twelve for the first time today because we came across their menu online. I have to admit the food was beyond amazing!! Every single dish was BEAUTIFUL! And the alcohol was reasonably priced as well. To top off the beautiful food and atmosphere we had Amazing customer service from Abdul!! Attentive, approachable and genuinely happy to provide a great service! That is very hard to find!! We also had Mizan serving us drinks who did so with a smile every time. Thank you both for a Lovely evening!! We will definitely be back .

Today I've came for a dinner with my girlfriend, as pictures seems nice one the page, reviews were OK.  But the whole experience was just terrible. Waitress on arrival were struggling to understand what we want for drinks, to order the food I had to point to the menu what I would like. Drinks serving time was around 10min, considering we were only table in the restaurant. Well but that was not the worst part of the evening. We have ordered sirloin(medium) and duck breast (as rare as possible). Steak- had 0 sessioning, meat had really funny smell, not that the meat is off, but really not the best. Duck - was way overcooked, medium-well atleast, though and tasteless, as chef seems never discover salt and pepper. After telling that to the waitress chef come out from the kitchen to check what was wrong and after repeating all over to him he replied: well duck was perfectly seasoned. And that only comenius I've got out of all food issues. And warst part of all it when I've asked for the bill not even that Manager didn't come to see us, they have charged us for a glass of wine and a coffee... £12.. when they have ruined our whole night...

This restaurant within the Holiday Inn was quiet when I ate there (although I was early at around 6.30), but the food was good - especially the sea bass.

We were staying in the holiday inn so decided to eat in the hotel restaurant one evening. From the outset it just seemed very disorganised as if they were not expecting anyone to eat there. The person who greeted us was friendly and ensured we had drinks etc (although I think there was a bit of confusion with the wine order). The starters were OK but the main course was absolutely terrible. I ordered the piri piri chicken which was ok but the chicken wasn't very wam and my husband ordered 8oz sirloin Steak which was 2oz steak and 6 0z fat. There was no real service. The waiter brought our main course before our starter plates had been cleared away and still tried to put them on the table. This restaurant doesn't seem prepared for anyone to eat there. Would not recommend.

I have given the restaurant quite a high rating because I think of all the places to get a bite to eat in Stratford, this is the place to go - it's close to westfield but it's quiet and cosy, just the kind of space where you can relax and enjoy the amazing view across east london from the spacious terrace and get a bite to eat. There aren't many places like this in this part of London, which has only recently seen a surge in development. the food is okay, offers a good selection - sandwiches, burgers, salads and so on. the staff are all really friendly. i will definitely head back though best to avoid match days as it gets a bit busy and you may not be able to order from the usual menu.

Been a few times now - both to the bar area and the formal restaurant and each time the food has been great - with massive portions and fast, efficient and friendly service.Mizan served us last time and was very attentive.Is a relatively quiet space in contrast to the mania of Westfield in general, so a good, alternative escape from the venues inside the main mall. Park near to the elevator lobby linking up to the hotel/casino to streamline getting up to the restaurant areas.

Abdul really made us feel at home, lovely food and great value as we have a taste card. Will be back every time we go shopping now

I was after an intimate place for an after work meal with 6 colleagues and needed to find somewhere kind of quiet so that we could continue on from a meeting we had started during work hours.Not only did we get this here but the service and food were of a very high standard.It was on a quiet Tuesday night yet there were still a few other tables occupied but we were tended to quickly and attentively.Our waiter Mizan was one of the best Waiters I have ever been served by in a restaurant and he was a credit to both the restaurant and the Hotel as we have already said about going back as everyone enjoyed their food and service.

I love coming here as it's a great place to dine when celebrating a special occasion. It is friendly, clean, the service is excellent - particularly on this occasion as we had one the best waiter's named "Mizan" who had such a lovely energy. Was extremely attentive and made the whole dinning experience lovely. The food is great. The atmosphere is relaxing and pleasant. The view from the restaurant is spectacular of the olympic city and it's like a world away from the hustle and bustle of Westfield. This is our go-to place for a really nice dinner and catch-up. I ALWAYS enjoy my dinning experience here.

we went for dinner at the twenty 20 restaurant not expecting much but as soon as we got there the waiter Mizan was courteous and had a great sense of humour, made us laugh many times.the food was brilliant, we went for the steak 8oz and duck breast which we couldn't fault and was cooked to perfection. We will definitely come back!

Stayed fully satisfied with Twenty Twelve Restaurant, which is located on the third floor. Minimal interior design in pastel colors, muffled light, great view (perfect place for a date), good cuisine, unobtrusive but at the same time very attentive and friendly staff. Special big thanks to our waiter Mizan - complaisant and cheerful man who has entertained us with cute stories and made us feel very welcome. In one word - highly recommended

I came to the restaurant the other day with my husband for a meal. We used my taste card to receive my discount and we were both happy with the meal and service. Mizan was very helpful and made sure we were happy with everything. Mizan is a nice and happy person who seems to love working at Twenty Twelve Restaurant. We would come back again.

Honestly thought this place would have been busier. I guess with so many choices around Westfield Statford you would even know it was there if you weren't staying at holiday inn or saw it on here.... It's based on 3rd floor of hotel which isn't visible from outside. I guess also because I have a gourmet society card though Lloyds bank it's also even better find, as its 50% off the food with that. Our food cost less than £16 for 2 people having a main! Bargain. I have to say I will gripe that IHG/holiday inn need to sort one kind of consistency out as the regular hotel I stay in in Walsall has food prices more expensive than here (same double burger I had would have been £20) and worse quality..... THIS IS LONDON! Gripe over! The food and service were good and quick, we arrived at 7.30pm and Mizan our waiter was probably the best waiter I've experienced for a while. Friendly, smiling, advice, nothing was too much. My wife's biryani was too hot for her..... He went and got some yoghurt to help! Holiday inn.... You need to treasure this employee once he's done his hospitality degree! I had the marathon burger (perhaps the names need to change now.... Olympics is done here!) a double burger and sweet potato fries - no upgrade charge for switch of fries. Again, no holiday in restaurant consistency!Overall, a good find and good food. The added bonus is the 50% off. Well done to Mizan -keep up the good work.

For cost, very generous portions and flavoursome. Waiters were all very attentive and passionate about their work as well (especially Mizan. Never seen someone smile so much!)

Food was nice and the prices are very reasonable. We has a taste London card which meant we had two courses each and drinks all for around £30. This was the second time I have visited this restaurant and both times the restaurant was quite. Nice for a peaceful evening. Our waiter Mizan provided excellent service and was very friendly. Will be returning soon.

I was shocked and surprised when I got my mojito made with basil, not with mint...hahahhahhahah.. .restrurent service is very good....nice view from the terrace. haveing very good time .all the staff very friendly ...not all of .

I had booked our table several times before coming, mainly because the email system didn't seem to work so I ended up double checking we had a reservation via the phone, once this complication had passed the rest of the experience was perfect. We were greeted by two very nice waiters, Amine and Mizan, Mizan was the nicest chap I have ever been served by...he is so smiley, so helpful and followed through with any requests we had. We shared the mezze platter to start which was just right, then I had the falafel burger and shared a cheesecake and toffee pudding between three. The food was tasty and filling and fortunately we did have a tastecard so it was very good value. Although the food was good, I would definitely come back purely based on Mizan and Amine's service! Thank you guys, you were lovely.

When chooseing a place to eat from the hotel bar we opted for easy option of not going out. Hotel was very convenient and good value. Mizan was very helpful and service was good.

Really lovely food and great service from Mizan. Mizan was great and attentive to all our needs and dietary requirements. I ordered a chef special which was stuffed chicken and it was delicious, the right size if you want a bit of space for desert (which I wanted). My friend ate the cod he's said it fantastic, good portion size but have done with a bit more asparagus. I had desert :p and it was the apple pie...a great choice. The price was very reasonable for what we ate and I would definitely recommend it to friends and co.

Visited Twenty Twelve for my birthday for its convenient location (near Stratford station) and for the tastecard discount (50% off). Booking was straightforward, and I appreciate that the member of staff mentioned about a large party booking for 80 people, in case noise is a problem for us. On arrival, we're greeted warmly and taken to a table decorated with balloons. Our server of the evening Arianna offered us complimentary crusty bread rolls which were fresh, served with herb butter prepared in-house. That was a nice start!We ordered two starters --- smoked salmon, and mushroom and stilton wellington with wilted spinach. Smoked salmon was fresh, in generous portion, served with nicely dressed leaf salad. The wellington again is of decent portion, and went surprisingly well with the balsamic dressing. Wilted spinach was done perfectly too, with little astringency.Main courses were dish of the day --- pan-fried salmon with steamed veg and sauted potatoes, served with Hollandaise sauce, and rump of lamb. The salmon dish sounds ordinary, but is perfectly executed: e.g. crispy salmon skin, not overcooked flesh, veg which wasn't mushy or too hard to bite into. Rump of lamb was tender, full of flavour, served with buttery mash --- that's how good mash should be. Again, portion size was decent. We also noticed that the food was piping hot when served. By this, I mean it's hotter than normally what we would get in restaurants. That's great, since it was one of the coldest nights of the year!We were full after two courses, but the restaurant cared to offer complimentary caramel cheescake for my birthday. That's a very kind gesture.All in all, there's nothing we can fault with the experience. Service was warm, efficient and non-intrusive; food was tasty and we definitely didn't leave hungry; ambience was calming, away from the hustle and bustle. Would love to return if we're in the area again.

Late dinner last minute booked with the help of Open Table. However the food was excellent and well deserved 5 stars from me. Presentation, ambience, flavours and service was superb. It was my daughter 25th birthday and they help us to cut the birthday cake too, Well done! I give minesh (the manager) 10/10 for the service and everybody enjoy the evening.

Came here for afternoon tea with friends. The food was brilliant and more than enough for 4 people with a large variety of sandwiches, cheesecakes and scones. But what made our experience so memorable was the incredible service from Reinson who was so welcoming and attentive and was always willing to go beyond what was needed in order to assist us. We will definitely be returning after such great customer service!

This is basically the Holiday Inn restaurant. We had dinner here included in the price of our room at the hotel when booked through Superbreak. The food was very nice - large portions and tasty - but the menu is very short with only a handful of starters, mains and deserts to choose from. This limited menu still seemed to be beyond the kitchen as it took an eternity to turn out 3 courses even though the restaurant was basically empty on a Thursday evening. Add to this that you don't have a view of the Olympic Park from the tables, and waiting staff who didn't bring the wine ordered or a roll to go with the soup of the day, and I don't have much choice but to recommend trying one of the many many restaurants in Westfield Stratford rather than eating in the hotel.

This restaurant is inside the Holiday Inn hotel on the third floor, make sure you take the lift which goes to reception.It took 50 minutes for the starter to arrive and the order was incorrect and they also ran out of my original dish. However, the waitresses for very apologetic and offered a free drink and dessert for the long wait and shortage of food. Unfortunately it did not help that the food was not very good. The starter and main were presented well, but tasted bland and like it was food from a canteen or food hall. I had to send the dessert back as it was taken out from the freezer tasted as if it had been in the freezer for 3 months. For a £6 dessert it really was not acceptable even if I did not have to pay for it.The waitresses did what they could to keep up happy which is why there is one star, but the food really was not great. I will not be running back here any time soon, in fact I am not sure if I would come back again.

We had the early bird menu and it was delicious! Everyone enjoyed their meal.The ambience was nice, the food hot and visually appealing.The staff were courteous, attentive and very nice to our children who had a great time too.

Really good food, well presented in an excellent restaurant. Quite a varied menu. Although the prices appear dear they are actually competitive compared to other restaurants in the area.

We already tried so many different restaurants around Westfield and went few times into the same ones so we wanted change. As I have a tastecard, we decided to go for a meal in Hilton's restaurant. It's quite difficult to find, not the entrance into the hotel, but then we were not really sure where to go - restaurant is on the first floor. As the condition says we had to book a table in advance, but on Monday evening it's not probably really necessary cause even if the bar area was quite full, there were only 8 people dining in the restaurant. I felt very good in the restaurant with warm and cosy interior around - full of green, brown and bamboo, the only shame is that there is no possibility to enjoy the view from huge windows, which are just bit outside sitting area. The waiter was very friendly, happy to help and recommend, like daily catch (teriyaki salmon when we were there) and brought big jar of tap water on the table so we didn't have to ask for it all the time. We had salmon and capers as a starter which was I think bit over priced as it was served with basic multigrain toast bread, but then the meal was really good!We had a steak with big chunky fries and teriyaki salmon. Both of them really delicious and so was the chocolate mouse!Next time we want to get some quite place around Westfield, we will definitely come back here.

Booked table for a Saturday night with friends using the taste card. Nice restaurant and great views from the balcony (also used for smoking). Prompt and efficient service, good menu choices. Unfortunately it started to go downhill once food was served. Bland tasting starters but well presented. The real problem started with the main courses, ordered the guinea fowl (x 2) both of which were sent back as they were far too salty, shame as they looked really appetising. The waiter informed us that there were no guinea fowl left (bearing in mind there was only one other person in the restaurant at that time and it was only 8pm was it because we were using the taste card?) so ordered one lamb chops and one duck. The chops were fatty, bland and the duck was overcooked and dry. We had to remind them to take the side dishes away and reheat/replace. Desserts were no better. The food presentation is good but unfortunately does not carry through to taste. A free bottle of wine was a nice touch but did not make up for the disappointment of the evening.Would not hurry back as there are many other restaurants in the Westfield area to try.

Food was well cooked and nicely presented. Kind and attentive service. The atmosphere of the restaurant was cosy and it was a nice place to catch up with a friend.

Came here with friends - chose because it offered a taste card deal on a Saturday night. Located right next to the Olympic park there were great views from the terrace. Atmosphere in restaurant was a bit dull but food was lovely and good value with taste card. Drinks overpriced. Service fine. Would recommend.

Came here with the missus for dinner and had a lovely meal.. First bonus is that they accept the tastecard so 50% of you food bill. Nice touch is that when you book they actually if you are using a tastecard. Most places don't and when you turn up won't accept it if you haven't told then in advice. Well done Twenty Twelve.I had the scallops and black pudding for starters and this was nice. Then both me and my partner had a fish meal. She had the salmon and I had the sea bream. Both were superbly cooked and tasted really nice.Dessert of a chocolate pyramid was just right and not too rich.I will be back, especially with the deal.

I booked a table for late dinner for me and my sister. We were little bit late, but felt very welcome despite fact it was almost 10 p.m. Service was great, food delicious, atmosphere beautiful. So we got everything what do you need for great dinner. It is not very big choice in the ALC, but there is bar next to the restaurant, which provide nice food and good service as well. We will be back again!

The website is not clear regarding menus, so was very disappointed to find that the dishes I had decided to have were only available at the bar and not the restaurant where we had booked (not by me). They would not let us interchange and the restaurant menu was, for me, incredibly poor.Service was awful and took forever. After the starter (which was the best part of the meal as far as I was concerned) I think they forgot us and one of our party spoke to the manager to complain. Eventually all but one of the main courses arrived and I'm afraid I had to be rather curt with the staff who did finally bring it to the table. I really do think they had forgotten to cook it.My choice of couscous with mushrooms and onions was awful and I left most of it. To be fair, those of our party who chose different were reasonably happy with their food. By now 2 hours had passed and we asked how long we would have to wait for our desserts. Believe it or not, they could not tell us! As most of the desserts were cake based, why could they not give us an answer. Once again we complained to the manager and after some discussion we decided to give up the idea of any dessert (I was still hungry) and left.On the way back to our hotel we stopped off at a sandwich bar and bought cake and biscuits!!!With hindsight we should have simply walked out when it was obvious that they were going to be so slow. Over an hour to produce starters is simply not acceptable and you won't find me eating here again.

I treated a friend who was back visiting the UK to a meal here. The food was superb and the service from Monika was up there with the best I've seen in the UK.Using my TasteCard meant that it was also incredibly good value.I hope to return there more regularly.

The good thing is, if you have a taste card, you can save 50% of the price of the food. They are very cool when it comes to using the card. I don't think you need to book in advance if you go during the week. The food is very good. I would recommend it.

Decided at short notice to go out to eat and found the Twenty Twelve at the Holiday Inn on the Internet where we were looking for a restaurant fairly close to us - just a short hop on the tube.The menu was quite limited but adventurous.Unfortunately we were waiting for quite a long time for our starters but the staff did constantly check that we were ok. The problem was although the restaurant was not very busy, the kitchen also catered for the hotel room service that seemed to take priority.My husband was not happy that his starter was fairly tepid rather than hot and sent it back which was replaced with a new serving rather than just heated up. Credit to the staff, they offered us free desserts as we had both a long wait and the first starter was not up to scratch.We also had a long wait for the dessert but we didn't mind too much as it was on the house and the staff kept us informed of the delay.Overall quite happy and would go there again.
