Nice place, we did love the cocktails and the jerk chicken and wings were superb, nice vibe in the heart of exeter. Many youths and the atmosphere was joyful and place has so much colours you feel like you are in jamaica. If you stop in exeter is a place to hang out with friends .

Emily, our waitress was extremely helpful and accommodating after knowing it was our first time in the restaurant. Service, food and atmosphere were all excellent.

Really nice afternoon, sadly service was slower than usual due to the amount of customers on this occasion, so definitely had less cocktails in the time than other times I’ve been. That said huge props & thank yous’ to our server EMILY, she was friendly, informative & did her best despite the busy restaurant to keep our drinks coming as fast as she could. She was a delight to deal with. Unfortunately due to having only cards & no cash, we were unable to give her a personal tip. I’d like to suggest, perhaps Turtle Bay gives service staff personal ID numbers so they can receive tips directly from people that have served through card payments. That said thank you EMILY & thank you turtle bay for a lovely experience.

We had most amazing Galentines with Kadie as our waitress. She was so kind and a great laugh too. Helped us out with all our cocktail and what would suit our likes and dislikes. She is also very pretty 😍 we would recommend turtle bay highly and also kadie too as she is top class girl

Just what we wanted to celebrate my husband's birthday on a rainy valentines day! Jack was a great and attentive server.

Conor was extremely understanding and helpful and accommodated our request to be seated in a quiet area of the restaurant as our son is autistic and doesn’t cope well with noise. As we are taking him out to get use to public spaces, we found Conor to be professional and very attentive considering he was wearing different hats due to a staff shortage on the night. Excellent service and the food was great!

Sam, Conor and Ellis took the absolute best care of us and made sure we had the best two hours of bottomless possible. All drinks and food arrived promptly, and perfectly, we could not have asked for a better evening. The facilities were more than pleasant, clean and tidy. Thank you all, big ups!

Had a brunch here on Saturday and was served by kadie, she was an absolute doll and was so helpful and answered all our questions and we could really tell she was trying to give us a good experience and get our moneys worth. Food was delicious and arrived quickly despite how busy it was and drinks definitely did their job. Will definitely be coming back and once again big thank you to all the staff

The food was hot and drinks were flowing today at turtle bay, leaving us happy and satisfied on our way home! Can only recommend, shout out to the incredible staff (Ailsa, Conor, Callum, Sam, August and the brilliant kitchen team) who gave it their all.
