Best sushi place I've found in Exeter so far 😍 100% recommended

I've had takeaway from here four times now, and each time I felt the quality of the sushi was good for the price.

Delicious!!! Fresh and tasty!!!

Nice staff, serving sushi, sashimi, rice bowls, bubble tea and a few other things. No real option for eat in, so for take away really. Chef is careful what is served, if quality of ingredients is not up to standard willing to remove dishes. Generally I buy sushi and enjoy it. Don't believe the menu price, checkout price is always lower when I buy in store.

It's tucked away in an alley but definitely worth a visit if you like sushi. Amazing food, especially for the price point, and the two Polish staff members I chatted with were very pleasant. I'll definitely be going back.

The bubble teas are to die for!!!

This place is really good they give you lots of tapioca pearls in your drink compared to other places. The sushi is really fresh and delicious, and the rice is really well done and perfect. I really recommend this place as I have been going since it opened.

Food is much Better than Itsu sushi is far fresher and bubble Tea is pretty good too!

Just had a delicious takeaway with my lovely girlfriend sharing a mix of Sushi and hot food. Everything was freshly made and most important it was delicious! Highly recommend 5stars!

The tastiest sushi I ever had really fresh and love the bubble tea

Amazing fresh sushi at a really reasonable price. Recommend the salmon nigiri, it is melt-in-your-mouth tasty. Super friendly staff, the shop is small and a bit of a squeeze so recommend ordering off the app and collecting. Tried the bubble tea too; the staff gave recommendations of what best to try first, so ask them.

Partner and I came here on a whim and we were not disappointed. Great little sushi place, bao buns were perfect and the gyōzas were excellent. Sushi was great and the chicken was spot on. Big menu, looks like caters to everyone and service as great. Don't go to Yo Sushi, come here!

My first ever bubble tea did not disappoint! This place is fantastic! The people making and serving our food and drinks were observant, kind and helpful. The food was extremely tasty and wonderfully healthy. I can’t rate this place highly enough! You have to try it!

Easy and convenient way to get sushi on the go. Most importantly the fish and sushi here is very fresh and tasty. Plenty of pre-made choices of nigiri and rolls, with and larger of items that are freshly made quickly when ordered. The staff are very friendly and more than happy to assist with ordering. Very clean inside and out. Would recommend and visit again

Had lovely food - Korean fried chicken with sweet chilli was so good and so were the prawn gyoza dumplings and all the sushi! So fresh and great prices. We had a takeaway but there was space to sit in. The service was amazing too - Sylvia is lovely

Amazing sushi. Amazing customer service. They make the sushi from scratch as soon as you order it. I’ve never had sushi this good and I’ve tried a lot of places where I’d spend double the money and is still not as good as Pious Sushi

Absolutely the tastiest sushi I’ve ever tried. The staff are lovely and the food is always super fresh and yummy. Went when they first opened and have been back multiple times since. The prices are great too, super student friendly. I love it and I can never resist the temptation to go in when I walk past

I have to say it's the best sushi in Exeter. Possibly the best I've tried. The staff are just wonderful and friendly! I have been in every week since opening. I've found the price of the sushi, considering how good it is, it's really reasonable. Excellent value. I'm not sure I can express how good this sushi is!.

We went here first as it was recommended to us by a fellow foodie. Finally real fresh sushi! We've had takeaway now 4 times and the quality is always first class. The place is clean and professional.

Best sushi we’ve ever had! (And we’ve eaten a lot in a lot of places!) we’re a family of 5 whose favourite food is sushi. Shame we’re just passing. We had to come back for more before setting off home. Great pairing with bubble tea too, it would be our perfect place to eat lunch, if we were local. Great friendly service too. Thanks

Fantastic sushi and bubble tea. Everything was exactly as described, handmade and tasted amazing! Have had sushi at manu places and this had to be the best yet! Will definitely visit again when in Exeter and highly recommend it to anyone wishing to try sushi!

Really fresh, fresh, fresh! Which is the most important thing when eating sushi. And the people working there are great. It is a small place, but the sushi is excellent.

What a find!!! I often treat my daughters to a bubble tea each when in Exeter but this place beats the rest. The service is faultless, with smiles and recommendations. The ordering process and the layout on the screen was super easy to use. Even though you order on a screen, you still feel included and acknowledged. Definitely returning again soon, will try the sushi next time. I noticed they also offer chicken bites, tempura prawns amongst other delights for those non sushi lovers! Best sushi in Exeter and excellent service.

Really rude member of staff who doesn't understand customer service. Went there to pick up the Too Good to Go. I know the mantra is a surprise bag which is all good, but I have picked up from dozens of other locations and if you are the first there and there are different bags, then they will happily swap something out. Not so in here. I was the first there. The shelf was packed with items and I requested to change the chicken because none of us eat it. I was flat out refused with an impatient, condensing 'it is called a surprise bag'. I asked again, explaining why, but the staff member just walked away, not even prepared to answer.

We have become regulars at this lovely place in Exeter and I can say that it isn't just because of the high quality and freshness of their Sushi , food and products but also the quality of their service, their charisma and warmth customer service. As sushi fans we had to try their Sashimi and it's absolutely fresh...it melts in your mouth! The tuna and salmon cuts are super tender and absolutely delicious! The informality of their business and warmth makes it a unique option in town to sit for a bite or visit for a takeaway 👍! Me and my girlfriend highly recommend it!

Beautiful fresh fish with a nice sweet tea and amazing customer service - assisted with the ordering process and made up custom order meeting allergies without fuss and were amazing throughout.

This is the best sushi I’ve ever had. I refuse to get it anywhere else. Super friendly staff. The rice is cooked to perfection and fish always tastes fresh. This is undeniably the best sushi and I highly recommended it.

Really excellent sushi. They’re taking advantage of Exeter’s proximity to Brixham and its fresh fish markets and you can taste it in the food. I’d highly recommend the salmon and avocado rice bowl. Decent prices too! Small shop with only three seats so I’d suggest taking away.

I came here for lunch during my work experience and it was the best sushi I have ever had. Normally I don't like sushi, but this made me change my perspective. Would highly recommend. Very good customer interaction, makes the experience more enjoyable. All food fresh as well, I couldn't ask for any more.

Absolutely delicious food and really friendly staff. Ordered the salmon nigiri, wakame salad and a winter melon tea. All were delicious, generously portioned and well presented. The couple running the shop couldn’t do enough for us and explained that the fish is delivered fresh everyday. Can’t wait to come back

Great little shop under new management who are very friendly and welcoming. Excellent fresh food, can be made up for you on request or help yourself to dishes made throughout the day from the fridge. Takeaway or eat in – they'll even cook the gyozas or other options for you there and then. Fresh milk bubble tea or vegan bubble tea if you're allergic to milk. Mosty importantly, very competitively priced, possibly the cheapest in Exeter on a like-for-like basis.

I’ve been having salmon or tuna poke bowls everyday on my lunch break and it is absolutely delicious. The salmon and tuna is so fresh and beautiful, it looks like it’s just come out of the ocean. Very good value for money especially considering it’s sushi. I won’t add a before picture but hopefully by my after picture you can appreciate how delicious the poke ball is

Smelled like spoiled fish when I first walked in, Unfortunately that was my worst failure to find a decent sushi place in Devon. It was a horrible experience.
