Natalie was so lovely and super quick with our bottomless brunch, and all the drinks made by Ryan were great! Thank you :)

The place was absolutely packed, so when I turned up without a reservation I expected to be turned away. I wasn't. They found me a small table, and the person who seated me was very nice and funny. We joked about me not caring where I sat as long as I got food. The server, Candice cane and took my order, she was lovely and made me feel at ease. I am a fussy eater and I ordered some small plates. A few minutes later I needed to add to my order and Candice was great about it. My food was all served within about 10/15 minutes and all together and piping hot. It was delicious. I eat the same thing at every turtle bay I go to, and this was by far the nicest I've ever had. I got dessert which was delicious, and even though they were so busy they were still really quick. I spoke to the manager as I left so he knew how happy I was. If I didn't live so far away this would be my go to for every meal out.

Zina is so friendly, come and enjoy a 421 drink

We were served by Zina today. She was very friendly and accommodating and she did her best to make sure we enjoyed our meal. We came in knowing this place is popular for drinks but it was still a bit louder than we were expecting on a Sunday afternoon. The table next to us were enjoying a bottomless brunch. The food was really good and there's a good selection of mocktails which we enjoyed. The vegan options are delicious!

Had a friend's birthday here- really great food and incredibly friendly staff.

I placed an order through Just Eat who never turned up to deliver my order. Natalie rang me to apologise as my order had not yet been collected. She arranged the cooking of a new order while I went to collect it. When I arrived, Natalie was very welcoming and friendly. The chef cooked an amazing meal. I highly recommend Turtle Bay and I guarantee you will be well looked after.

We booked a bottomless brunch a few weeks ago, confirmed by them for today. We turned up on time and they informed us they hadn’t actually put our booking into the system so had no room for us. They had no options for us so we wasted a trip.
