What a joke of a place . Went yesterday with my wife for bottomless brunch and alll I can say not worth it . Only 2 staff on one meeting and greeting then she went on her break . We waited almost 40 minutes to get a drink our 1st cocktail . Service super slow due to lack of staff which made us feel uncomfortable. After an hour we had just stated our 3 rd cocktail . Then With 30 minutes left we were served that quick we had 4 cocktails then was given the bill 15 minutes early with out even asking . Found the whole experience rubbish and found that the staff didn’t care . I have sent a complaint to them directly

I’ve been before and it’s been brilliant however our experience yesterday left us feeling a little let down. We went for a bottomless brunch at 3.30 pm, and we only managed to have 5 drinks each in our two hour slot. This is no fault to the bartender he was on his own and had a few other bottomless brunches by the looks of it. However I could see that mine and my friends drinks were constantly sitting on the side not being ran despite the serving team standing and talking. We also had to wait quite a while for anyone to come take our next drinks order. When we had the drinks they were fantastic, but they were few and far between. There was only two of us and it just seemed like serving staff payed more attention to the bigger tables. We’ve had more drinks when we’ve gone in as a party of 8.

Great place to do Bottomless Brunch with friends or colleagues! Not much choice in brunch food though, and our bills got mixed up. But overall lovely vibes and great mix of music! Everyone had fun, and they kept the drinks flowing 😀

We've been before and had a good experience with bottomless brunch, but today even though it was super quiet , the service was extremely slow in the first hour and a bit until we had a new waitress who was lovely and was speedier. We were told if there's only one bartender it can be slower however he was stood there doing nothing for alot of the time and there was maybe another 3 or 4 tables , with none of them exceeding more then 4 people. Its a real shame as it can be really good but with only one day off a week being a carer, I had hoped to still have a good time but was disappointed.

Good venue for large get togethers. Probably get better value going for the bottomless brunch. I can't eat spicy food due to an autoimmune condition and found it hard to find something non spicy on the menu. Bit disappointed that my lonely burger didn't have any side salad or slaw and I had to wait 10 mins for the sweet potatoes fries to arrive by which time the burger was going cold. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Music was too loud and I couldn't hear what people were saying on the table so that needs turning down a notch or two.

Sinead gave really good service and forced me into this 5 star review to get a free shot 🤣*edit* Turns out Sinead is lier, they were more of a shot sized cocktail than a shot. I feel I was slightly lied too but also slightly drunk so well done Sinead! *Edit* Sinead has now given us SECRET drinks from the menu. I really like Sinead, I can forget about the black mail she has been great! *Edit* it's the next day and I feel horrendous. I'm not sure I like Sinead anymore, she is too officiant for her own good

Amazing day out! We had a fantastic time with friends at this Turtle Bay. Food was awesome, drinks were delicious and Jasmine was the best waitress we would've asked for, she kept going out of her way to make sure we had the best experience possible. Would definitely come back!

Jasmine was brilliant! Really quick with service and such a lovely waitress. A lovely person to chat to…even if she did call me out about my cleaning.

Had an incredible time here for bottomless brunch! A group of 4 who were all served by Jasmine, who was exceptional - constantly making sure we had our drinks and food up to standard. Her energy was outstanding and always trying to help. Would give her more than 5 stars if I could!

Eaten here a few times now as my friends like the spicy food. I’m not a huge fan of spice - today was my best meal here by far. Mac & Cheese balls delicious - Beefburger and chips delicious - my friends had chicken and then ribs and both said delicious but what set todays visit apart was the fantastic guy ( from Newcastle) who bent over backwards to please and did just just - thank you
