Came for lunch and zita the manager was absolutely lovely, the food was very tasty, I had amazing service as well from our server Emma. Would 100% reccommend.

The food was good and the range of vegan options is nice. However the service was slow and often the waitress would often ignore the kitchen bell and didn't really come to check on tables unless you caught her eye and called her over

The place was so amazingly and the food was tasty and fresh. Lastly, the service was good especially Rid , Jay and Zita.

Really busy bottomless brunch Saturday, but the service was great. Rid came frequently to order our drinks and everybody had a great time. Thank you for making our Christmas Work do fun!

Jazmine needs a raise, constant supply of drinks and easy to chug defo recommend for a birthday to make you feel less old. Better than slug and lettuce.

Jasmine knew exactly what we wanted before even we did. I’m so honestly grateful for her and I just think we would have had such a bad night if it wasn’t for her. It was quite hard to enjoy given the company, but thanks to her it was bearable so thank you Jasmine, thank you.

Jasmine was gurt lush and made the bday baddie feel like the ‘only gal in the world’ - Rihanna. Cocktails easy to drink and fast to down. Suspect leaves a review for a free shot.

Absolutely amazing place, I’d want to get married here to be honest. Had my birthday brunch & it was even better than my 4th birthday where I was a princess so that’s saying something. Jasmine was lovely, providing lots of cocktails for me & my friends

Went for pre birthday drinks with family. Was overcharged by the barman! I’ve emailed to raise the complaint and no response 4 days later! Being a regular customer I think it’s highly unprofessional from Turtle Bay Cheltenham. We won’t be returning.
