I had an excellent experience at Turtle Bay thanks to our outstanding server, Tia. From the moment we were seated, they were warm, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. They were very knowledgeable about the menu and helped us choose the perfect dishes based on our preferences. Throughout the meal, Tia was attentive without being overbearing, ensuring our drinks were always full and checking in to see if we needed anything. Their friendly demeanor and professional service truly enhanced our dining experience. Highly recommend! Thank you for making our visit so enjoyable

Tia was outstanding 🤩 we had bottomless brunch and she was fab. Got plenty of drinks in our two hours plus food (that she recommended) was delicious! Thank so much tia!!!!

The service was wonderful with quick responses to any of our questions and inquiries about any food or drink options. Our server Nina did a great job in ensuring our time at the restaurant was up to the restaurants high service standards and my family and I were very grateful for her initiative. The food was especially wonderful and reminded me of eating food in the Caribbean. I highly recommend to anyone who would like to eat delicious Caribbean and top quality service.

I came to this establishment on Friday 14th for a lovely valentines meal with my man, however it was ruined by the unprofessionalism of the bar staff I think called Apollo. He looked not fit for work first of all and then the cocktails which we ordered were awful and such low quality, and an awful attitude to match. I was devastated as this was a valentines meal. 0/5 stars

Has a great meal here with friends, the service was great! We were looked after by Amelie and she was lovely! The food is amazing and definitely will be back! It’s great that they have 2for1 till 7pm everyday!

The atmosphere in turtle bay is fantastic. Drinks are great, very generous on the booze and a shout out to Martin, the bartender, such a great addition to their team! 5⭐️ to him for making our evening great!

Tenía una mesa reservada para mi cumpleaños el domingo 26 de enero @ 19. 30 - Estuvo parado en la puerta durante unos 10 minutos antes de que alguien nos reconociera y dijera que estarían con nosotros lo antes posible - otros 10 minutos todavía esperando, otra mitad fue a buscar bebidas - bar tender no mostró interés en los clientes esperando o servicio al cliente o entusiasmo sobre él - absolutamente terrible servicio al cliente al hecho de que cancelamos nuestra mesa cuando finalmente nos pidieron que nos sentáramos.
