Very very nice atmosphere, music perfect volume, the service was very nice and welcoming. Jack served us and was enough to explain how the cocktail happy hour. I completely recommend it.

The two nights we were there the food and drinks were AMAZINGLY delicious 🤤 🤩 . The first night I had the pork belly jerk, sweet potatoes mashed and plantains. We also enjoyed their happy hours. Second night, I had lamb jerk so yummy. Jack, Andrew and Will service was great. They went beyond to provide us a great experience.

We were served by Carly who was so attentive, kind and funny, she really gave us such an amazing experience, thank you Carly, you are a babe ❤️

Good service by the team. Food was okayish. The seafood item we ordered seeing lobster in the menu came with shrimp instead of lobster. Jerk Chicken was good. 2 for 1 Cocktails were good! The atmosphere is too loud and congested for my liking.

Our server was the best server I have ever experienced in my life! She was the most amazing worker, and she’s a true treasure to your team. Not only was she kind, but she was also very respectful and understanding with us doing bottomless brunch & always made sure we knew to not rush ourselves and was bringing us water. She doesn’t just serve her customers, she cares for them and looks after them. She’s incredible!!!

We came to turtle bay for some food & cocktails before taking my daughter to Disney on ice all our meals were lovely and filling we had the chickpea callaloo curry, brown stew chicken, mac and cheese and sweetcorn fritters, my daughter also had coconut icecream, we also had cocktails. our hostess AJ was excellent! we came for bottomless brunch and had a great experience. drinks came frequently and he was assertive and always checking if we wanted to order more. definitely come to turtle bay in nottingham and ask for AJ he’s the best!!! xxxx

Carly was the main reason we had a great Tuesday at turtle bay! She recommended some really nice cocktails The atmosphere and friendliness of the staff were amazing Ben a week prior made my friend a great guava cocktail after really taking the time to find out what kind of flavours she liked. Overall a pleasurable experience and party on the tastebuds! And Rii was lovely as well Very happy customer.

Bottomless brunch is not really brunch it's just loads of cocktails/drinks and a burger/wrap with no sides. You need to eat before arriving or add more food to the deal. Great value if you want to drink loads anf try a massive range of delicioys cocktails and not eat much. Server was amazing, friendly and helpful and we fully took advantage of the brilliant cocktails and speedy service. Food was a massive let down.

We had our bottomless brunch with Adrinna today, absouletly lovely girl - the vibes were immaculate. Afterwards jack managed to bag us a bar table- which on a Friday night is a hard job! Again lovely bloke 10/10 recommended!!

We had a lovely few hours in Turtle Bay Nottingham. I am on crutches following a hip replacement and Adriana was absolutely fabulous. Helpful, bubbly, knowledgeable and friendly. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience or waitress. We’ll be back 😊

Absolutely disgusted. Me and a couple of my girl friends love going to turtle bays all over the country and have never had a bad experience. Last night we met up in our home town for some girly drinks and were refused entry into turtle bay Nottingham as “we looked like students”. We’re all in our 20s so definitely of legal age despite the fact we didn’t get asked for id before this interaction. We were not dressed in revealing attire, nor were we drunk. It very much gave the impression that the bouncer was on a power trip as a group of young girls following after us were also refused entry. Since when did turtle bay become an exclusive club is my question?!

Food was good, but OH SO LOUD! Couldnt hear ourselves shout. Polite requests to please turn the music down even a little, were ignored.

I had a fabulous time at Turtle Bay, I was served by Paulina who is very lovely, she recommended us a few dishes that turned out to be amazing and made sure our experience was pleasant and enjoyable. Also, the cocktails were brilliant! Best one I had in a while. Thank you :)

Rarely come here and might not come for a while, ordered food and one of the plates were wrong - asked for it to be rectified and it took a whole hour to get the meal, when I asked why it took so long I was just told there's a long que with no apology whatsoever after everyone had finished eating.
