Went here with some colleagues, the food and rum were 10/10. Our server Jack made the experience even better. He didn’t rush us and was helpful in explaining the drinks etc. the whole thing felt very relaxed. Would 100% recommend and if you need anything give Jack a shout.

Me and a large group of friends did a bottomless brunch. The cocktails were slow and the food was quite cold. 45 quid plus service charge for 6 drinks and food is very poor value for money. This included a 10% service charge. Jack was our personal servant and had little input on our night.

Jack is a legend!! So friendly and even fell for our shit accents! Is jack single? (Ps. Sorry for dropping my drink)

Just want to say how good Apollo was who was serving drinks at the bar. I came in earlier than my friends and felt bit uneasy as on my own, and I sat at the bar and he delivered the best customer service I have experienced in a bar/ restaurant, he asked me how I was etc then went onto it was my friends birthday, then he asked my tastes on cocktails and made some amazing cocktails. Turtle bay you are very lucky to have him working for you, well done.

Came in for a friends bday and was served by Apollo, he was amazing. Made the best cocktails and made us laugh. He is a natural at talking to people and making them feel comfortable ☺️

We had a lovely time, the food and drinks were good. We were served by sienna who was very friendly. It was busy so perhaps did get as many drinks in a bottomless as normal, we had about 6, but we went at 12:30 on Saturday so that’s expected

We had an exceptional experience thanks to Tia, who truly went above and beyond. Her drink service was quick, smooth, and worth every penny. Tia has such a bubbly personality that instantly puts you at ease — you can’t help but smile around her. We also loved her cute nails, which added a fun personal touch! The food came out quickly and was absolutely delicious, and the entire experience was made even better by Tia’s brilliant personality. She kept the mood light and fun with her sense of humor, and we found ourselves laughing and enjoying every moment. Martin was also fantastic — his cocktails were absolutely top-notch. Each one was carefully made and packed with flavor. He has such a warm and welcoming character that made us feel right at home. Martin made sure our drinks were just right and checked in to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. It’s clear he takes pride in his craft, and it showed in every sip.

1st time eating here and I must say the food was insanely good .. the flavours were absolutely on point with a wonderful spice level .. portion sizes are great for the price and left feeling full .. I was unsure what to get and the staff were helpful and gave me recommendations based on my likes around spice levels .. will definitely be coming back 😊

Bottomless brunch is not really brunch it's just loads of cocktails/drinks and a burger/wrap with no sides. You need to eat before arriving or add more food to the deal. Great value if you want to drink loads and try a massive range of delicious cocktails and not eat much. Server was amazing, friendly, and helpful, and we fully took advantage of the brilliant cocktails and speedy service. Food was a massive let down.
