Great bottomless brunch, love Flávio ❤️

Fantastic spot for a casual dinner out. My husband had the curry goat hash and absolutely loved it! I had the jerk chicken breast with rice and it was great to have a lighter meal in between all my heavy pub food during my holiday. Quick service and decent cocktails if you make the 2-4-1 timeslots! Would recommend for sure.

Flavio is the goat, he had absolutely amazing service and was very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be coming back again just for his service and humour!!!!

We booked a bottomless brunch for a Hen party and Saskia looked after us so well! Really got our money’s worth and she kept the drinks flowing. Best experience I’ve had at a Turtle Bay! Shoutout to Saskia and also the chefs cos the jerk chicken mac & cheese was SO GOOD. Thanks all!!

Food was great and came quickly. Saskia was quick to take orders and did so clearly and concisely. She was great with our drinks orders too for such a big group of hens. She was also able to sort out the discrepancy in our bill whereby the bottomless price had increased since we had booked and for a hen group who had prepaid sums of money to cover food drinks we were £4 short per hen which is a lot of money x17 of us! Saskia - what a polite and bright young lady. Your customer service is impeccable.

Ellie was amazing, service was brilliant from her even though the drinks were extremely slow to reach the table. We waited over 20mins for a second drink but Ellie was calm and extremely helpful at all times

I went for a drink thinking it will be just a casual outing, however I was very very wrong. I was served by an amazing waiter, Jay. He was a new member, nevertheless, he was very cautious with everything he did. I would go again even if it was just for the service!! Wonderful work turtle bay, and keep the good work Jay 👍

First time to be in a Turtle Bay restaurant and as we entered it was a lively atmosphere, we have been served by Jay a lovely young student from Hongkong. He was sweet and given us advice regarding acquiring some perks when we upload the Turtle Bay App on my phone and the best thing was it also had Blue Light discount. Very pleased with the service, the food and the 2-4-1 cocktails ♥️

Lydia was our waitress and she was absolutely incredible, I have never received service like this. Yes, we are in Turtle Bay, however I felt as if I was in an alcartè restaurant. She has such a way with customers. Her vibes are so welcoming and you can tell she adheres to turtle bay’s values. She is a credit to Turtle Bay.

6 Went for Bottomless Brunch. Service poor, charged extra for Prosecco when advertised as included in Bottomless Brunch. Server cleared empty plates when some were still eating. Then, a 10% service charge added, which we promptly asked to be removed. Atmosphere non-existent staff looked bored!

Again another excellent Turtle Bay experience the staff were well looking after me as was the management. It was a pleasure to visit there. I mentioned to 2 staff who were looking after me one there awhile and one on there first day thank you to Ellie Who looked after me a lot and also to Jay Who was on his first day and can go very far so once again an excellent experience

Lovely food, as always. Lavinia was very attentive and helpful.

Good size portions, Mo’Chicken great size. Rice & Peas dry not fluffy or moist sadly. Atmosphere a bit bland, chilly rather than warm. Relaxed all the same and waiters fairly attentive.

First time trying Carribean food and it was really great! I had the Seafood Soul Bowl and my partner had the Jerk Beef Rib. I personally the think white fish would be better in the seafood bowl, but the curry itself was something to return for. Not pictured here was the corn fritters, which was our personal highlight. Must order if you like spicy flavour! Really liked the ambience of the restaurant as well! A small inconvenience for me was that it took a while for our orders to be delivered, but it wasn't such a big issue :)

I've never had bad service here. The staff are so friendly and attentive. We had Reggae Roast. Beef and a chicken. Then a hot ginger pudding. Amazing.

Saskia was amazing, so friendly, super attentive and handled the rowdy bits so well. Would recommend if you’re coming to Turtle Bay, ask for her as your server because she’s amazing. Food was good too, drinks very good. Bottomless brunch was a good amount of drinks too!

We had a bottomless brunch which has a 2hr time limit. We ordered our 1st drink at 14:15. The drinks did not arrive until 14:50 and this was after I had to chase up the order. We were told at 16:00 (not even after 2hrs after we placed our order and 70 mins after we received our 1st drink) that all further drinks would be chargeable. Really not impressed. Don't advertise a 2 hr time limit, take 35 mins to bring the 1st drink and refuse drinks before the 2hr time limit expires, that's not even taking the 35 minute wait into consideration. Would not come here again. Service was terrible
