Turtle Bay in Bath and North East Somerset

We recently went for 241 cocktails for friend we haven’t see in years. We were served by Meg P who was so on it and lovey! Great cocktail we had a fantastic time

to our waiter .... Olly Olly Olly Oi Oi Oi best waiter ever , great recommendations for drinks , we’re all a little bit smashed .... banging food !! amazing atmosphere, great place to visit 10/10

Came a few weeks ago and left a 5 star review. Today was awful. Didn’t come to check if we needed more drinks. We complained that the espresso martinis tasted awful. Were told they wouldn’t replace the drink and we could pay for another if we wanted something different. Questioned when we wanted the service charge taken off the bill.. won’t bother coming again now. I was a bar manager for 7 years and this was embarrassing service..

Had a great time at bottomless brunch- Ollie was a great waiter- had a lovely vibe, made the brunch fabulous!

A bit of an odd visit- lovely welcome and was explained that we had a new member of staff serving- not a problem and a lovely girl- think name was Lilly? Starters not great but problem rectified and new starter brought out with a complimentary drink- very well sorted by manager lady- half empty but turning down customers- I wonder if maybe a victim of staffing issues? Can’t fault staff but not the best Turtle Bay experience we have had!

Drinks were lovely! And great options for non alcoholic. Service was great, particularly Sadie who served us.

Sadie was very helpful and nice. She was very quick bring us our drinks and was very friendly when serving us.

The service we received from Sadie the waitress (who should alt to be a manager) was sublime I could think highly of her whatever we needed she sorted, I was outstanded by her wit and enthusiasm during the job and would love to come back. The cock tails were to die for.

Amazing food and amazing atmosphere. The staff literally couldn’t do enough for us and they were extremely attentive. Everything came out quickly and tasted delicious

We went for Bottomless Brunch and had the best time! We had a few servers but Dili was so friendly and quick with our orders. We couldn’t believe it was her first day! Will be back for the incredible service again (p.s. the big vegan grill down is so good)

Sophia made sure we had everything we needed for our bottomless brunch and was really on it with asking us for more drinks which is perfect. So much fun! highly recommended x

This is the third time I have visited Turtle Bay and am always so pleased with the service. All the members of staff are so lovely (the only names I can remember of staff I have had are Ollie and Meg who were both fab). They are very welcoming, accommodating and always happy to help - amazing cocktails too. Happy hour is brilliant and can’t wait for my next visit.

Since visited Turtle Bay in Bath and had the most enjoyable time. From start to finish, Sophia went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. Customer service came easy to her, she brought a great atmosphere to our evening, Couldn't recommend her more, all the staff seem to love her and so do the customers. Will definitely be returning , best night out in a while!! Thank you Sophia and team!

Well, what can I say. Nicky was fantastic from start to finish. So friendly and made us all welcome. The food was spot on as normal, Jerk chicken was sooo nice and my son tried the Jerk Salmon which was great.Great food + Great food + great cocktails = very happy customers.

Big thanks to Meg FT for looking after a big group of us last week and dealing with our awkward orders and continuous need for drinks!She was super kind and helpful the whole time we were there and brought drinks outside so we could continue even after they needed the table.The spicy chicken burger was great and the cocktails came out super quick

My friends and I came went to Turtle Bay for bottomless brunch and the service was amazing- we couldn’t fault Meg who served our table, she was very friendly and enthusiastic, as well as the bar staff. As I am a coeliac I called before our visit to ask what I can have from the brunch menu that is gluten free and I was told I would have to pay extra to get something off of the main menu. I also asked if I could bring my own food/just have drinks but was told that I could not do this and I would still have to pay the full price of bottomless brunch, as well as the fact that everyone on the table has to have bottomless brunch to qualify for it. This is no fault of the restaurant but of the company policy but I felt extremely discriminated against for being a coeliac. I ended up getting a bhudda bowl which was really nice but you don’t get a lot for what you pay for, particularly when I had to pay extra in the first place as it was one of the only gluten free meals. Meg our waitress put a note on our order saying that I was coeliac and I really appreciated that. Being a chain restaurant I really do expect a lot better with regards to providing for all diets/allergies/intolerances. Probably wouldn’t visit again as there are a lot of other chains that I feel A LOT more comfortable going to.

Sadie was great, picking us the best drinks on the menu. Turtle bay is the place to go. Shame it was so busy on the friday night otherwise we would have been there all night long. The service the food the atmosphere 10/10

My bestie and I have been to bottomless brunch here a couple of times and it is amazing. Best place in bath to go for bottomless brunch, sooo many cocktails to choose from and Yaz is a great bar tender, delicious cocktails. Meg FT was our waitress today and she has been the best we've had so far, really funny and met all our needs. I also loved the sauce on the halloumi, would recommend.

We’ve had the most amazing bottomless brunch! It’s our best friend’s birthday and she’s loved every minute of it. Such an amazing experience! We had Marie as our waitress and she’s been unbelievable! This isn’t my first time for bottomless brunch! Each time it has been amazing and the selection of cocktails beats anywhere else I’ve been! Meg and Yaz were great staff and made mine and my friends time the best!

Gemma was the best waitress in the world. I love her blue hair and she should get free food for a year. Amazing cocktails and the food was spicy but nice. Give Gemma a pay rise! I love it here. I have never done bottomless brunch before but I will definitely do it again.

Had the bottomless brunch for my sister's hen do. Waiting staff were brilliant and food and cocktails were great. would highly recommend this place. looking forward to coming back.

We had a wonderful few drinks and a meal in the evening on May 15th. We were served by a fantastic crew of people who couldn’t have made our evening more enjoyable even as it poured down rain around us. Each person was jovial, charismatic, and attentive. Special thanks to Sophia and two others (I think are named Hannah and Trevor??) for taking care of us.

Came for my friends 21st birthday, it was great fun. Vicky was really friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back, thank you!

We had a great evening at Turtle Bay on Sunday, we were served promptly and with a really friendly and professional manner even though the restaurant was really busy. Huge shout out to Aisha who served us! Great work!

Absolutely amazing, rapid service, very friendly. The straight girls we came with are in love with her. All you need to know!

Came here around 7pm on bank holiday Monday and we were able to get a table even though we hadn’t booked. There were a few empty tables but it did get busier later on. There was hand sanitiser for you to use on the tables too and all the staff wore their masks at all times. They only have heaters for half the tables so try and make sure you get one of those if you’re there in the evening as it does get really cold. The waitresses were great and always checked on us, and asked us if we wanted to move where the heaters were when the table was free. Drinks came out quickly after we ordered. The food came very quickly after we ordered too, and tasted great. I was happy with mine as I’d ordered a side dish too but the portions could be a bit bigger really; my friends were still hungry after theirs. Our waitress suggested the rum board which was really good. The only thing I would say is if you’ve come for a cocktail, don’t bother ordering until it’s happy hour and you get one free. I watched the cocktails being made and they only filled half the glass, then filled the rest with ice to make it look full! Most of them just tasted like juice.. not sure if they forgot the alcohol haha

The bartenders on shift Callum and Sophia made me some of the best cocktails i’ve ever had at a Turtle Bay. The presentation was delightful and they tasted amazing as always! Cal and Soph are incredible bartenders xxx

This is where service is going on the near future - a distant dream amongst a botttmless and tranquil experience, I found joy, laughter maybe even love amongst these drinks. For who? Great service last night at Turtle Bay Bath. My wife and I love Turtle Bay and are never disappointed. We had the Caribbean Festivities and as always the food faultless. We chose the ‘Bottomless Cocktails’ and part of me wondered if I’d have to keep asking for drinks to get my money’s worth. Nope, staff seemed to have a sixth sense and just as we were about to finish a drink we were offered more! It was amazing!I wish I could remember the name of the lady who looked after us because she was brilliant. All I can remember (I’d had a few cocktails by the end of the night ) is that she was new. My wife and I work for the NHS and it was a much needed night out to end this year. Thank you

Me and my girlfriend came to bath for just one night and decided to do the bottomless brunch at this turtle bay, this is my first review and untill now I’ve never felt compelled to do one untill now, as we’re in odd and difficult times all the Covid rules were followed beautifully, but the highlight was our server Maisie, (along with all the staff here who can’t be forgotten about) she really ensured we had a great time and did her job not only safety but she was extremely friendly and helpful with all of our queries, the cocktails came out wonderfully made, and the service was quick and professional, you’d be a fool to go anywhere else.

Came in a couple of days ago and I am so impressed by the service I received from an astounding waitress lily. She was so helpful and polite. She did above and beyond any other service I received from other restaurants.

Shocked and appalled to be insulted by there waiting staff, he came over and called me snd my friends too drunk when we weren’t and looked predatory towards us and made us very uncomfortable

Wet and chilly Sunday lunchtime but warm and friendly welcome from Vicky. Quickly seated and Meg with the menu and cheerful smile. Order taken and cocktails arrived. So good! Hannah then took over looking after us. Food was top notch and our eagle eyed team ensured our glasses were never empty for long. Thanks to all at Turtle Bay for a very enjoyable couple of hours.

Really tasty meal and tasty drinks. Good menu with lots of choice and good options for vegetarians. Great decor. Shame less people are allowed in at once due to covid because I can imagine what a great atmosphere there would have been when it was completely packed out!!!! Friendly and attentive service.

Came in for bottomless Christmas! 3 course menu, with unlimited cocktails - the biggest bargain I’ve had this year! Hannah our waitress was attentive and friendly, she gave us great service and made sure we were topped up! When you come in ask for Hannah, she’s a turtle bae

The customer service we received from Turtlebay in Bath was amazing ! we had a waitress name Vicki I believe, who went out of her way to make sure we were having a good time and enjoying our food and drinks she was the most friendly waitress We’ve ever met ! It felt like she was one of our friends :) we even took a picture at the end❤️
