We had a great experience at Turtle Bay overall! Guy was such a lovely waiter! Another waiter/manager would not let us order our next drink, and then didn’t come over for 40 minutes. Obviously if you’re paying over £40 for bottomless brunch that is less than ideal. If Guy had been our bartender for the entire time we would 100% come back, but otherwise I don’t know if it would have been the correct value.

Ellie at the Bath branch was very kind and attentive despite it being busy and served a table of 7 quickly for bottomless brunch thank you!!!

All around 5 stars! Even when the place is busy the staff are still so friendly, especially Flavio and Jabz!!! The food was just perfect and came out at such a nice time in conjunction to our drinks. Definitely recommend the mo’bay chicken with a painkiller

Came to turtle bay for some food and drinks with my friends and had an amazing time. Alex was single-handedly absolutely killing it on bar. Flavio was an absolute sweet heart, even with the place being so busy tonight he was still so friendly and accommodating meeting everyone's needs, turtle bay is lucky to have him!

Our server Tristian was lovely, he was very helpful, attentive and a good laugh. Thank you Tristian. Ellie served our drinks and they were delicious. The chef was Laxmi and my chicken with rice was absolutely delicious, definitely Italy in my top 5 meals that I've ever had. Thank you so much.

We had bottomless brunch for four and had a fantastic time! Flavio, our server, was amazing—super attentive and accommodating throughout. We definitely got our fill of bottomless drinks, and the service overall was excellent. I'm giving the food 4 stars mainly due to the portion size, but everything else was great!

Went for bottomless brunch, Flavio was amazing, and food was really good as well! Portion was a bit smaller than expected but drinks was amazing defo was worth the money for drinks!

nia was an incredible server and was so lovely we had a great time with her, however there was a manager in a striped shirt who turned up halfway through our brunch and she was so judgemental and made us feel embarrassed for being drunk at bottomless brunch. she was repeatedly talking about us and thinking we couldn’t see, not a nice experience at the end due to her. staff were also clearly afraid of her and didn’t want to do anything to annoy/upset her. sorry to put her down but it was a shame we felt so put out by her.

This was a weird one! I found a piece of glass in the French fries. (Chips). It was shocking. Obviously not an intentional thing so I can’t blame anyone. My guess is a glitch at the manufacturer level. I felt SO awkward mentioning it, as if I’m a scammer or something. I’m a CPA so definitely not pulling a stunt. Management was apologetic and took the meal off the tab, which I appreciate. I had the jerk chicken breast, which was surprisingly good. I really enjoyed the yellow pepper sauce (and the variety in general).

Fabulous food and service!! Atmosphere was very quiet but we did attend on a Monday, I know however Friday and Saturday nights are amazing! The cocktails were stunning and we were constantly attended to, we didn’t have to wait too long before rounds and were very satisfied xx

We had Murran serve us today, she was lovely and chatty and made us feel very welcome. However, learning she was training, and left to accompany a whole section of the restaurant by herself as a trainer is not acceptable, someone should be with her helping as that is completely unfair to her. She never showed her stress and always was positive but we were waiting a long time for drinks ect. Leaving a traine by herself is unacceptable.

We came for a few bottomless brunches, but this was definitely the best. The menu is always the best and the staff are always so nice and so fun to chat to. Flávio and Rhianna are always amazing and really took care of us, especially Flavio. Such a great experience and I’d definitely recommend. The food is amazing.

Rose was very nice and helpful and did really well even though being new. We noticed the manager put on a very nice face to customers but was very rude to the staff, especially Rose, when he should rather be helping her as she is still training.

Food was absolutely delicious 10/10, the chefs made the best goat curry ever and garlic flat bread, full of flavour. Will defo be back.

Fantastic spot for a casual dinner out. My husband had the curry goat hash and absolutely loved it! I had the jerk chicken breast with rice and it was great to have a lighter meal in between all my heavy pub food during my holiday. Quick service and decent cocktails if you make the 2-4-1 timeslots! Would recommend for sure.

Food was great and came quickly. Saskia was quick to take orders and did so clearly and concisely. She was great with our drinks orders too for such a big group of hens. She was also able to sort out the discrepancy in our bill whereby the bottomless price had increased since we had booked and for a hen group who had prepaid sums of money to cover food drinks we were £4 short per hen which is a lot of money x17 of us! Saskia - what a polite and bright young lady. Your customer service is impeccable.

I went for a drink thinking it will be just a casual outing, however I was very very wrong. I was served by an amazing waiter, Jay. He was a new member, nevertheless, he was very cautious with everything he did. I would go again even if it was just for the service!! Wonderful work turtle bay, and keep the good work Jay 👍
