I had a wonderful meal at Turquoise Kitchen. The food was delicious and clearly made with care, and the service was warm and efficient. The only reason for the 4 stars is a slightly longer wait than expected for mains- but it was well worth it! Definitely a spot I’d return to!

I like this place. Good food and customer service

I have been there and food is nice but staff/or some older chap acting like a manager/owner was very rude to delivery drivers. They are not allowed waiting inside the venue apparently due to space restrictions and let them long waiting. I have seen them swearing at them. Unacceptable. Not going anywhere near them ever again.

First time trying this restaurant today, I can say it won’t be my last, absolutely gorgeous food, service and atmosphere! Quick on service and giving us the food, they even gave our daughter a birthday cake, made a love heart out of cucumber and a nice pattern out of the lemon , birthday song and lollipop ! 100% genuine! Lovely food and people ! Highly recommend!

Despite the crowd, it didn’t seem overwhelmingly busy to the point where tables should be neglected. If a restaurant takes bookings, they should ensure they have the staff and organization to handle them properly. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here. The service was chaotic—disorganized and inattentive. We waited 15 minutes just for our drinks, and shockingly, our food arrived at the same time as the drinks. This made us feel like the staff wasn’t managing orders efficiently, which dampened the overall experience. I expected a more professional and well-coordinated service, and I hope the restaurant improves in this area. A little better management could make a big difference. --- This keeps your feedback clear and professional while making your point. Let me know if you’d like to adjust the tone!

The platter for 2 is of generous serving size and can be sufficient for 3 persons. Service was fine. Table was too small even for the limited food with ordered, and the whole restaurant felt crowded. Though food was delicious. I have had a better experience at another Turkish restaurant in town. Overall not too bad. They should work on presentation skills.

I thought rice was a safe dish for all?! I’m allergic to gluten and milk and come here tonight wanting a nice Turkish meal. However, when asking about their rice, they informed me that it has small bits of PASTA in???!!! Come on guys, this is going to kill someone one day. There is no need to put pasta in your rice!

The service was friendly and attentive, but also a little chaotic. The atmosphere was busy, felt cold sitting near doors. Furniture is bit old, my seat was sunken, uncomfortable and the wooden frame dug into back of my legs the whole time. There are also too many lights, making it far too bright and glaring on the eyes. The food tastes ok at best, not the most tasty Turkish food I’ve had. My medium steak was over cooked and chewy. There is onsite parking which is good.

I have given low rating. It was my first time there. And we walked in and all staff where stood at the door staring at us and made us feel slightly awkward. We was told to go to the last table in the middle. Wasn't shown to our table or anything. We was spoken to very quickly bot long after we sat down and was asked for drinks not even had time to look at the menu. It would of also been nice to of been asked if we had been before so we could get the best thing meal wise as a couple. Within seconds after they wanted to order our food and I didn't even have chance to even read the menu. I went with my instant first choice because I was made to feel a bit rushed. My partner ordered a main along with myself but just wanted a side of wings and chips. In the end 3 big plates came out which then two plate were given to my partner and the other two me as they made it into another meal plate rather than a side. When this happened all the staff were looking Iver and grinning. And made us feel uncomfortable to the point where it seems like my partner had ordered two meals. I wish we had help and ordered the platter for 2 as we spoke to another family next to us. I wish we was given more time and treated better. Other people were offered free Turkish tea... and we did not at the end of our meal which was over £60. We was there for about 50 minutes overall and couldn't wait to get out. We won't be going again. The only upside was the guilty of the dips and bread and the salad the food was medioka... wouldn't recommend friends or family to go.

customer service was absolutely fantastic the atomsphere in the restaurant was really there, the food was 10/10 would definitely recommend this to anyone out there as their portion sizes are worth the prices and the food lives up the standards they charge a reasonable amount and cook it to perfection and the owner is a sweet person always making sure everything is going well

I recently ordered from Turquoise Restaurant in Nottingham, and it was a letdown from start to finish. I ordered two meals and specifically asked for red sauces only, but all I got was garlic sauce—no red sauces in sight. To make things worse, the bread was dry and tasted like it wasn’t fresh at all, almost like it had been sitting out for a while. I also requested separate salads since I ordered two meals, but they only sent one salad, which felt like they weren’t paying attention to the order details. Overall, a really frustrating experience. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere next time.

I have been invited by one of my friends to have dinner there with a couple of friends. After having the starter they served the main meal platter as we ordered. Once we started having served food one of our friends raised that the yellow coloured rice is smelly and might be contaminated. We immediately raised it to the waiter and asked him to try the same food he served us. He then brought two Chefs who didn't seem to bother our complaints. It's now about 3.14am, I couldn't sleep because of tummy pain and discomfort. I will gather more information from my friends if they experience the same problem as I feel then I will make formal complaints to police and food hygiene authority. I am sorry to write this review.

Went as a party of 6 for my sis in laws birthday today and was given excellent service from start to finish the guys serving where brilliant 👏, the chefs work magic as the food was outstanding. I had the hummus with lamb as a starter which was gorgeous and mixed kebabs which where the best I've ever tasted. Thank you to all the staff 🙏 ❤️ . I highly recommend eating here.

I eat a lot of Turkish food travelling around the country forwork. Often the food is good, but nothing amazing. This place on the other hand deserves a review. The food was exceptional . Large Salad, fresh bread, olives, lamb and chicken shish with rice with a Diet Coke for under £20. Food was amazingly good and a complementary Turkish tea as well. The service was brilliant. No push for a tip. The card reader was handed to me with no service charge even mentioned. I did pay a tip because this place deserved it. Keep doing what you are doing. Brilliant food and fantastic staff.

Good food decent service, wish they had more parking. A nice restaurant with great Turkish food. A nice diverse menu with tasty food. We also used the private dining area upstairs on one occasion. It is large and could take about 100 people I think with its own AV suite. Only downside is no lift to access it as up the stairs. The food is priced OK, there are better value Turkish places in my view but a good eat. I do wish the parking was easier. About 6 spaces outside, rest is roadside or opposite but not easily accessible for disabled people.

Food is just amazing. We had the Bheyti, chicken and lamb. Service was great and staff were friendly. Nothing to complain about at all and really enjoyed the evening. Can't fault them on anything.

Good food, they do serve alcohol 🍸, so there is a chance for cross-contamination. Food is Halal according to the staff. Parking is available, just a few spots. Can park across the road for free. WC facilities are onsite as well.

NO GOOD STAFF, RUDE BEHAVIOUR I want yesterday evening time to take my dilvery order. When I asked for my dilvery order one staff misbehave and talk rudely.The staff working is not good they don't know how to speak with the person and I don't know how they are running the restaurant.

Amazing food ( huge portions, well cooked and mouthwatering) , the wine was excellent too, warm and welcoming staff and cozy atmosphere all in one!!!! Good value for money as well. We went for a romantic dinner a week ago and I'm sure we'll be back again! I definitely recommend it for couples and families who want to relax and enjoy a really good meal!!!!

We live quite close to this place, and it takes some self control not to be in there all the time! It smells amazing from the outside, and does not disappoint on the inside! It's always pretty busy, but that just shows how popular the food is. Staff are friendly and efficient, and the food is excellent - particularly the bread and olives at the start, and anything chicken based! If you like Turkish food, this is the place for you!

Ordered the lamb chops meal and "lamb kofta and lamb sheesh meal" Lamb chops 10/10 amazing. Also cut so easy to eat. Nice and succulent. The lamb sheesh very dry. Unsure if it was an off day. Kofte was OK. * Star rating based on restaurant practices. Multiple hairs in the food, not just 1. I am 5lbs lighter after regurgitating the food. Please use hair nets!

Apologies in advance if that will be lengthy review but I hesitated a lot to write this as it is a sum of multiple experiences with this particular restaurant. I visited this restaurant for the first time long time back when it was recently opened with a group of work mates and the food was amazing, the waiters were friendly and approachable. I started recommending it to many of my friends, family and acquaintances and I couldn’t help but notice the feedback coming from certain group of people who have been visiting this place based on my recommendations whom they all agreed the service has not been as expected..the only common thing was that this group of people is that they are all “Arabs”. I thought to myself that this could not be true as I went there myself( I belong to the same ethnic group) and everything was fine. Until, I decided to give it a go with my partner..and unfortunately on multiple occasions, the service was discourteous and quite unpleasant and not on one occasion, I’ve been there with my partner and once again with my brother and another time with a friend and on all of these occasions we have always met by this cold attitude. Examples would be that one time despite us making a reservation, we were asked to leave the restaurant within an hour as the table would be needed..looking around, it was only two tables including our table occupied in the whole restaurant. We were not planning on staying longer though so we did not mind. On a second occasion, we requested for water and we noticed we were the only table who was offered smaller glasses a lot different from all the other tables. At the same time, we noticed that every other table gets a tiny plate ofTurkish delights as a compliment, we did not receive any and I admit me being childish and a huge lover for Turkish delights i requested the waiter to bring me some ( I was happy to pay if needed), the waiter returned with 2 pieces of Turkish delight which was placed on the table for me!!!! I really did not mind all of that and thought in my little mind that this is individual incidents until the last straw hit me. I was there having dinner and naive me requested some Ketchup, the Ketchup came in before the actual meal arrived but that’s fine. In the mean time another customer asked for the ketchup as well, only for the waiter to take it in front of our table without actually saying a word !!!!!!!! Just grabbing the bottle and going again nothing was mentioned from our side, the food arrived and i requested for ketchup again so this time it took them ages to bring it but again fine. I used the ketchup till the same thing happened again and this time from the table across ours who wanted some ketchup as well and same thing happened again, the waiter just grabbed the ketchup handed it to the other table, those lovely couple used it and handed it back to me with them apologizing..I told them they didn’t need to and we kinda laughed about it and brushed it off and when I made a comment about it to the waiter, I was met with a very blunt ( sorry ). I know this all seems like I am a big huge complainer but coming back to the remark made initially by many different groups of friends about the restaurant being ( Arab unfriendly ) place, I think it adds up and make sense to me. I really liked their food quality, portion and prices but unfortunately this place is now out of my options for good as i would never be in a place that I would feel unwelcome based on my ethnicity in this day and age.

Venue was lovely and clean food was really nice with big portions. My issue is with the alcohol. I saw on the side the Aldi version of baileys I made a comment and that bottle was removed. I ordered a baileys and was assured it’s not the drink I saw. When I drank the drink it was totally the Aldi version, this is dishonest as a result Iv not been back

Went for a family dinner. What's not to like? Mouth watering dishes, bursting with flavours and fresh from the grill. The attentive and helpful staff added to the experience. The only suggestion would be to improve the garnishing and presentation of the dishes, otherwise very pleased with our first visit

Drove past this place many times but called in tonight for the first time. We weren't disappointed. The restaurant is spotlessly clean (you can see the food being cooked which is a bonus), food was lovely, staff were all friendly and it was very reasonably priced. We'll definitely be back. Cost to much for what you get. To much money.

My boyfriend and I booked here for the first time and all of the team members were exceptional, very friendly. In particular, Luca/Luka, unsure of spelling but he went above and beyond throughout our whole time and every other table too, we wanted to tip him but he humbly refused. The food was amazing and at a good price, I will definitely go again and recommend to others.

Since this restaurant opened some years ago, I have dined here countless times and even ordered to takeaway. The food is just as good at home. The staff are welcoming and the atmosphere is relaxing. It can get busy at times, but it is still a really nice setting. The food is always piping hot and fresh off the grill (depending on what you order), and the side salad is refreshing. It is always a good start to the meal when the complimentary bread and dips are provided. I would recommend this restaurant every time if you're after something new or a great place to eat Turkish cuisine. There aren't many options if you're after an evening meal and cocktails, but there are a few drinks to choose from that are enjoyable. Parking is limited, but there are nearby streets and some parking over the road.
