Been to all the kebab shops in reading , by fsr thid is the best, stsff and food is very high standard and very hygienic

Use to love this place one of the best kebab shop around but after my recent experience I will not be returning. I was serve a deconstructed chicken kebab that I had to put together when I got home. Not what I paid for

really nice, would recommend making munchboxes.

I used this takeaway frequently, but after last nights order, not anymore. Chips were burned and soggy, nothing like their usual chips. Chilli sauce on burger was substandard. Man was friendly and efficient, I even tipped. Oh well.

Good food, friendly staff. What more can one ask for, a back rub? 😜. Never stayed in to eat, always taking away so can't comment on their atmosphere.

I just experienced the worst service I have ever seen. I ordered a single chicken with a salad with no rice, nor fries. I was waiting 45 minutes and it was not busy at all. They seemed not to be interested in me at all. There were 4 gentlemen 'working' being more concentrated watching football on their mobile phone than serving me. Good luck if you are a woman. I will never order from them again.

One of the worst kebabs I've ever had. I had the lamb doner. Not only was the meat really bad, the sauces were awful!

Service was terrible. I paid for the food but couldn't eat it, the guy that served me was cleaning the windows before I entered ,he did not wash his hands and prepared a burger for my friend and i,he didnt wear gloves ,was touching his phone and then touching our food with his bare hands. This was my 1st time and it was the worst first impression.

Huge portions and tasty food. The massive meals must be huge as the medium doner is enormous.

I recently had a lamb doner kebab from this place. Unfortunately, the meat was very gristly and chewy, quite unpleasant. The chilli sauce was dry and lacked punch and flavour. There were no chilli’s in the salad (which are my favourite part) and the tomatoes were unripe and still green. Very disappointing

Giving 2 stars instead of 1 because the driver seemed sorry for the situation. Ordered food 18:55, called first time 20:25 or so. Kept being told driver is on his way, 10min, called again, stuck in traffic etc etc. Ended up saying we waited already 2h and over and wanted money back. Long story short, driver turned up 2 and half hours after order was placed to give us food when we were promised a refund instead, gave us money back in cash. Felt sorry for him as he said he was the only one running all orders but as I said to them, if they had given us a decent explanation from the start we would have been sympathetic. Never again! Ps- even in person order takes a while.

I loved the food there it was amazing they employes were nice and one time gave uss free baklava we love eating in this place but there's not that much tables and there garlic sauce is the bast sauce iv ever had in my life

Have used this take away several times and i have no complaint about the food at all. We always order chicken shish kebabs which are very nice. After so many orders i can honestly say the last 8-10 orders we have made for delivery - only one has been correct. The pots of chilli missing, or pots of mayo, or the chicken shish isnt shish but the cheaper, far less tasty chicken kebab meat. All in all, we are owed at least £10 for extra sauce pot alone!! I blame myself slightly as i should collect when possible, so i can check the order. Also when ordering its difficult to see the order i made after purchase which i am not sure if others have issue with? Anyway, food very tasty...if its the right order!

We ordered two combo meet kebabs with chips. It reminded me of food I would have eaten when super drunk bazillion years ago when I was still stupid enough to chew on cardboard at 3am after a night out. In all honesty this kebab is probably one of the worst experiences I had in the last few years. Fries were soggy, meat smelled gross. The only thing worth eating was the pita bread “well done for heating it up so well” The portion is generous but who would want to finish this. I have regrets, serious regrets and needs time to get over how bad this was. It all went to the bin. I bet that even a hungry stray cat in the desert might refuse to eat it.

I always go to this kebab shop when I'm in the UK. It offers great food, freshly cooked, and tasty. The portions are large and it doesn't cost too much either.
