1h:20m delivery from Wolverton to Stony. Food luke warm on arrival, bland and overcooked. Won’t return.

Aubergine cold dip was not as good as previous deliveries. Late delivery due to busy restaurant and heavy MK traffic at 6pm.

Late delivery Rude staff Disgusting food The man on the phone was condescending and rude after I called 4 times ! He kept calling me darling I asked him to stop he said your not worth being called darling Worst restaurant ever food went straight into the bin

Ordered via Uber eats, But the delivery never came.

We ordered a. Small mix of dishes. The delivery was 15mins earlier than estimated. The food was exceptional and will be ordering from here again most definitely.

Never tried Turkish Grills before, but both myself and my son thoroughly enjoyed the food and most certainly will be ordering from here again.

Amazing quality, absolutely lush and always hot

Chicken was uncooked (pinky in middle) lady on the phone kept saying I’ll talk to manager but couldn’t do anything about it, food was missing from order. We ordered as we didn’t want to cook in the heat but ended up having to cook anyways! Very disappointed.

Delivery in middle of estimated time .good portion size and absolutely delicious!! Vegan menu as well as ordinary menu good choices .only criticism is could've been hotter i presume due to distance ?but quick microwave solved it all ,certainly order again it was really nice 👍

They marked it as delivered but it hadn’t even left the restaurant yet. They told me on the call it was on its way but it still took 40min to deliver after that. Of course the food was ice cold when it got here but the driver insisted it was hot… how can it be??? Rude lady answering the phones. NEVER Again!!!

To begin with the food was cold, the mozzarella sticks tasted like paper and I had a very bland basmati rice, I can honestly say I’ve never had basmati rice with a Turkish before. All the food including the salad was sprinkled with large pieces of chopped coriander.

The order was placed around 14:00 however the food arrived at 16:00

Look man this is just pretty bad…. I ordered chicken wrap signature lamb burger and calamari rings, like usual wrap tasted nice and so did the calamari, the signature lamb burger cost a tenner and it states on the menu “patties” as in more than one burger Pattie (as the singular one is about £1.50 less) but I got the smallest pathetic looking singular burger with cucumber chopped so thick you could feed a baby elephant with it, food was stone cold with the cold drink packed into same bag making the wrap squashed (and cold) and the drink warm… I see a lot of complaints about food being late and I can confirm the delivery driver does not know right from left and is incredibly difficult to communicate with on directions, oh by the way the same delivery guy has been to this house before and the restaurant in question is LITERALLY on the same road as me, not very bright :) anyway I won’t be ordering again and I’d advise against you ordering also

Ordered through uber eats, estimated delivery was 10 past 11, we have called multiple times but wouldn't connect due to line busy. When I looked at their closing time it said 11pm. So now we are left without food and having to wait for the order to be cancelled to see if we can get the money back. 100% avoid these jokers!

I ordered 2 shawarma some sides and a shish chicken and they send me just one shawarma with no tomatoes in it the lettuce inside very pour quality and over powered with garlic! Overall bad experience,never order again! Thank you!

The chicken shawarma was really delicious but the lamb casserole was a little disappointing. It was very tasty but there wasn’t much lamb and the sauce was very watery. We would However def try other dishes in future

Food was cold and 15 minutes later than the upper delivery time estimate. The wrap had very little vegetables and no sauce.

Small portions and a bit messy in the box. But the lamb sheesh was nice. Tzatziki lovley and prawns were great. Bread was dry.

Order was very late. Restaurant didn't pick up any of my calls. Seen reviews from others complaining about the same thing but thought I'd try anyway. Food arrived late, cold and it was very dry. Driver didn't apologise for his lateness and restaurant refused to refund money for cold food and had the cheek to text me saying hope you enjoyed your food LOL. As if. Ordered for the first time and will not be returning. Poor service

I’m sorry but no. The chicken was old and dry, along with the bread that was stale and rough, and also the salad that was not any near fresh and tasted as if it was at least a few days old. I ordered two hummus shawarmas and none of them came with any hummus at all. I don’t like leaving bad comments, but I have genuinely never been so disappointed of a restaurant and I did not get the food I paid for. This is the first and last time I will ordering from this place. Do better.

All food was dead cold, didn't know if my spicey sausages were meant to be cold or not so didn't add them to my refund request, but as per the rest of my food, was cold. It was late also. And the portion size was not great, my 1st complaint in 2 years on just eat. To show how bad it is

Food cold and dry. Ordered at 7:15, 35-50 min delivery time. Slot said 8:15-8:35 the changed at 8:35 to 8:35-8:55 and then arrived at 9:20. Phoned the restaurant 10+ times for update. Just rang out, no one answered.

Just wasn’t really a fan of the food but it’s a personal preference.

Main was delicious but a little tepid, chips sweaty and they put the ice cream in with the hot food 🤣 needs a bit of work but the lamb stew main was excellent!

My boyfriend and I love going here the food is great and the people are wonderful nothing is too much for them.

Meat was tender but didn’t have the nice grilled taste. Garlic sauce was extremely over powering and I love garlic. Salad was soooo disappointing, love Turkish salad but this was lettuce and cucumber with couple of pomegranate seeds, no dressing or anything, big let down as it’s my favourite part of the meal. Chips and rice cooked perfectly.

The food was good, but the driver was rude and late

Delicious food as always however the delivery driver was rude and aggressive. Called me on delivery and was at the wrong side of the building, when trying to explain where the driver needed to deliver, he refused and I walked to the opposite end of the building to go meet the driver. The driver yelled at me with his arms waving around at the main door of the apartment block, telling me I need to cooperate and that he should be on his way home. Other residents of the apartment block spoke to me afterwards out of concern. Order from here quite frequently and apart from the first delivery I have never had a problem getting delivery to the door. Nor have I ever experienced such a rude driver.

The moussaka was literally just aubergine, chickpeas no meat nothing no creamy sauce it was awful . We didn’t even ask for the vegan one

The food was not edible, the falafel was over fried and very dry, the vine leaves were out of a can and not fresh, the lamb chops had no flavour and full of fat and very tough and chewy, the garlic sauce was just minced garlic and tasted so bitter and inedible. Very very disappointed

Excellent meals and good sized portions.

Everything was papped in paper apart from fries and everything was wet, the hot fries and wraps wrapped in paper all given in a plastic carrier bag made the wraps soggy and everything was just very wet.

If you are going to go to the trouble of listing ingredients on your dishes - than you really have to list them all. People have food allergies - and missing stuff off the descriptions is really disappointing.

Actually liked the food, looking forward to taste more of dishes of this place.

As always perfect food, only thing that was missing was the huge pepper i like, other than that, it was perfection as always.

Halloumi was not quite how i like, and a bit rubbery. Everything else was perfect.

Hello Customer Service, I write the comment on the food, the food lack the Turkish experience, the platter was of poor quality. I am used to lamb, Turkish kebab meat, wings, pepper, bulgur wheat, sausages, lack of salad, red cabbage, onions and tomatoes. The meal was tasteless and required the Turkish touch.

3 items missing, food was cold and soggy. Normally enjoy food from here but won’t be ordering again.

On time and fresh food. we ordered family platter and it was really the best. overall 10/10.

The food itself was decent quality, but one of the dishes was not what we ordered, and in general we feel massively overcharged for what we got.

Terrible terrible terrible!!! Milkshakes are liquid and foamy. Extremely overpriced, for the products that I have seen in Asda! Baklawa tastes of plastic as in it’s been in a plastic container for too long! Please review your prices asap! Because this is more like miller and carter price at maccdonalds standard…. Will raise a formal complaint it’s not possible that you guys are still in business after so many bad reviews of food being cold and taking long to deliver! And food quality is appalling!

The mains food was so salty it was inedible. The salad was at least a day old,and the vine leaves were solid and stodgy. I wish I hadn't wastes the money.

Extremely disappointed in the quality of the food. It all tasted like it had been cooked this morning and warmed up, although it was still cold. The Halumi was extremely rubbery. The mussaka was watery and looked awful. This is the worst turkish Iv ever had and definitely over priced.

Food was cold. Halloumi was deep fried rather grilled as I asked for. No onion in the salad. And no pitta, which is the essence of a kebab.

Good service but food not value for money. There’s so many better Turkish restaurants out there when it comes to food quality. Turkish bread is usually amazing, I’m not too sure about what they sent me. I won’t go here again

Ordered a main mixed grill for £18.95 and got a handful of meat The box was just full of chips!! And I only wanted meat!!!

Food took 2 hours to come. Staff didn’t apologies and I called 3 times to get an update, staff kept saying 5mins 2mins with no clue where the driver was. Ridiculous. Never ordering and food wasn’t great and terribly cold. Never ordering again. The worst Turkish I’ve tasted.

I got a text saying it was on its way then waited a further 30 mins until it arrived. Woman on the phone was far from helpful when I asked where my food was.

unfortunately an item was missed from our order and the lamb shish main was dry and overcooked. Apart from this portion sizes were generous and we might try dining in next time.

DISGUSTING!!!!! The smell of the lamb was vile, and it was just all fat and pale. The rice was plain and smelt like packet rice! Contacted just eat for help on getting a refund but they couldn’t do it. The food went straight in the bin!! The salad was like turning brown from being old. Absolutley vile meal and will never order again. I love Turkish and eat at so many Turkish places but this… no Turkish seasoning, plain rice, plain horrible salad. I honestly can’t believe the meal I had. I wanted to try somewhere different but I’ve learnt never to do that again! Delivery time however was very good but the rest I give minus 5000…… wish I read reviews before hand!

Food reasonably tasty, but not good value for money. I ordered a grilled fish and I got a small piece of fish and a box filled with chips. Prawns from barbecue for £15 and 5 of them inside.

So Zouk Lounge also known as Turkish grill on just eat has a no value for money policy. £15 for a mixed grill which consisted of a couple of bits of chicken and a couple of bits of lamb full of gristle and fat. The rest was salad and a ton of rice. An order that came to over £30 and you can’t even give us two lots of sauce one for each mixed grill. Don’t worry though because just eat will be refunding us as they are as shocked as we are. If you want decent Turkish food, I would avoid
