Turkish BBQ House in in Merton

AVOID - Dirty and unhygienic 🤢. The place needs to be steam cleaned from top to bottom. The floor is dirty. The furniture is old and dirty. Stains all over the chairs. The counter where you place the order is full of dust. 🤢 Staff have attitude; lacking customer service The female toilet is in a complete state of disrepair. There's mould on the wall and exposed pipes. The loo roll is hanging on damaged wall and there's something that looks like foam, used to block (god knows what) in the corner. Revolting 🤢. Food is appalling, not cooked with care. Cutlery is dirty. Environmental Health needs to inspect this place before they kill someone. I have passed some photos onto them.

Ordered chicken doner for takeaway. £10 for 4 bites of chicken... this is unacceptable. Don't waste your money there.

Horrible food don’t go management changed portion are so small tasteless rip off

Had a small lamb shish for a takeaway lunch and was awful. Micro cubes of lamb that were flavoursome but overcooked and very chewy. Bread was warm but also a bit stale. Salad was strongest part of the meal and was just ok. £9 was a lot to pay for a nice meal and the service was unhelpful and unfriendly. Also very confusing setup in that you order inside the restaurant and they take the order to the kitchen, but when the food is ready then insisted I collect the food from the kitchen myself. Didn't understand why I couldn't just go to the kitchen myself. Avoid this place at all costs, plenty of much better options in Morden that offer better value for money

TERRIBLE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! food was disgusting and absolutely not fresh lamb kofte hard and chewy very hard to eat SALAD not fresh at all! SERVICE TERRIBLE AND RUDE! Lamb doner wrap came cold to my table when returned with a complain that it was cold i received the same wrap from the microwave it was soggy and paper was stuck to the wrap, tomatoes in the salad were sour and nasty! only fresh thing about salad was green chilli. Atmosphere terrible no music or no politenes from the staff most of the cant speak english so when i complained it wasn’t even taken care off! I WILL DEFINITELY NEVER COME BACK! asked for a lipton peach and received lemon and the glasses were dirty and wet as if they were only rinsed under the tap! UNBELIEVABLE

Worse kebab in the world. Whole order totally wrong. What we did get was terrible. How do you mess up a pitta bread? Avoid like the plague. Dry, no sauce and not even the right kebab. Threw £14 worth of kebab in the bin. Never again.

We ordered Lasagna and it came an undercooked ball of cheese. Kids lamb plate with chips came doner with chips. Adult meals are very small portions. They only take cash and the table service was dreadful. I would not recommend it.

Just ordered on uber eats. I had a wrap which to be fair was tasty. My fella on the other hand ordered a kebab no salad. What arrived was a box of meat with no bread. To be fair the bread is the bit that makes it tasty with the kebab. Wont be allowed to order from here again. He was not very impressed. Filled in a missing item thing on uber. Believe I got some money back for not having any bread. So that's at least something.

Usually this restaurant is bang on. But not this time I ordered through JUSTEAT and the restaurant and just eat got it wrong and sent it not only to the wrong address but to the wrong town. Contacted the restaurant all he says is sorry sir. Not our fault contact the driver. Ha funny one you dont even have his number.

Incredible and cozy restaurant! The food is exceptional and the service is excellent! Every weekend there is live music.

Ordered a Deliveroo during lockdown as my local Turkish kebab restaurant was shut. The food arrived cold, meat was overcooked, sauces were so badly watered down they were almost opac and pitta bread has just been taken out of packet so I had to do it and warm. Portions mean. Bad value for money

The food was excellent but the service was slow and my friends were overcharged on their alcohol. I think that this was because the women that served them did not understand English.

Cold kebab and hardly any meat, won't be going back, especially as the staff make it look like you're interrupting their easy day.

Absolutely spot on. Probably the best done I've had. Thin cut meat, fresh salad, generous portion, and I got to sit down, with table service.

Came here for breakfast today Staff were lovely and it's quite a nice spot. I got a set 5 with added hash browns. The bacon was under cooked. The egg was so dry any enjoyment out of it being an egg was gone. The sausage was like a school dinner one. The black pudding was undercooked and way too salty.

The meat was QUITE nicely cooked and of good quality, the lamb I am referring too. However the customer service is lacking and not terribly friendly either.. What is the fascination of separating the ingredients? What happened to the meat and the salad and all the deliciousness being squashed all together inside the pitta bread?! As it should be.. the customer is always right afterall.. or at least they ought to be, they are the ones paying.. generic sauces.. ok.. not blowing me away.. It's not the best, it's not the worst either.. salad was fresh and tasty and the meat was OKAY.. sorry guys!

Great place to go for a kebab and a glass of wine. Belly dancing on Saturdays!! Top place for me love it.

Best kebab in Morden to either sit in or takeaway. Would recommend a platter if eating in.

The location is not inviting but I ate well and very generous portions at low prices. Excellent beer and friendly staff

am disgusted with the way I was treated I ordered my food on my card I forgot to to get a drink so called the restaurant they said they will put one in the bag free of charge the delivery driver turned up with my food I then said where's the coke he said he'll go and grab the bottle of drink took my food away with him and never returned I've got it and on camera on front my house I've been robbed and it's basically theft I will be taking the case further so will be in contact soon . Food is 10/10 always. The waiters were not as gentle as you expect them to be. If you’re offering a service you should treat your clients as your friends not as an enemy.

Disappointed Dont cook the food propperly told to the staff Answers the food is served like that. I now the tast it has bean changed over and now it does not tast and not even cooked propperly.
