Best pub in Birchwood. Stacey is the best landlady, loving and inviting atmosphere. Staff are great. Would 100% recommend.

Well what can I say about the land lady Stacey and the rest of the bar staff 1st friendly/ helpful 2nd will do anything to help you 3rd will go above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome . 4th the amazing atmosphere in the pub. 5th what Stacey the land lady does with all the events she does is amazing. 6th I would recommend this pub to anyone .

Only dropped in for a drink to kill sometime. The staff member was very helpful and polite

Absolutely disgusting service by the so called land lady Saw her get drunk hour by hour and then turn on who ever she saw fit too Making people feel extremely uncomfortable and in my eyes should not be in charge of a pub.... Full on bullying behaviour and it's not the first time I've seen or heard it

Nice little pub, food is nice and place is clean. Shame gate to park is now locked when there was a few kids there who had to go out the front onto car park and walk around the pub to use the park at back. It is a council park not belonging to the pub but the gate on to it was a good touch.

Local pub, nice reasonable food, friendly staff. Beer garden to front and rear, pool table £5 deposit for cues, smoking shelter. Nice relaxed atmosphere.

Took my walking group here, hoping the food would be OK. It was! The service was also very good. For the cooking, the only downside is, possibly, the absence of anything "clever". Doesn't bother me that much!

Good table side service. Had a good selection given it was COVID. Had a fish dish and it was fresh. Their cocktail selection is a little small, but tastes good. Is wheelchair friendly, especially for outside seating.

Plates were cold.so was food. Yorkshire pudding tough. Been few times but felt let down,as recommend it to my friend.

I, a senior have visited the Tuff on several occasions now with my very senior mother, 91. The staff are most welcoming , service with a smile, good portions and excellent value for money. There are also for non seniors a 2 for £12 option. The beer choice is very good too, if you are local to Locking Stumps or work at the nearby Birchwood Park, give this place a go, Thank you very much indeed

I go into this pub once or twice a week these days. Tonight was very warm and had my portable fan with me. The battery died and as it uses a USB charger I was given a lead that matches my fan so I could continue to use it. Amazing !! THANK YOU SO MUCH!! Saved me from overheating.

I'm here on business, working for a local company and take these opportunities away to find nice places to eat and chillout in the evening. I read a review of the place that seemed pretty positive and so gave it a go. Going by my food I can strongly recommend it! It did strike me as very much a locals pub when I walked in but the staff were very friendly and helped out with my order. It took a little time for the food to arrive but it was worth the wait, and a lot larger a portion than I gave them credit for! They were attentive and checked up on me too make sure things were ok as well which I appreciated. Considering the price of the food, I would say the quality was far better than I was expecting, and so another positive mark for them. All in all, you may discount this pub, but you'd be doing yourself - and them - a disservice by doing so. Well recommended.
