If i could i put 0 star . It's awful place , the food was stale ,I spent £33 ,I ordered shish lamb and pitta bread . Bread was hard ,like it was out there for 3 days ,and lamb was chewy and no flavour at all , they dumped tones of sauce on top of it .All food came completely cold too ..horrible . I will never order from them again . One of the most disgusting place I ever had . Not recommended .

Been ordering from this place since it opened years ago but the quality and quantity has rapidly deteriorated in the last few months. There used to be lots of lovely salad (which costs pennies) to bulk the meal up but tonight I got less than 2 tablespoons of it. Tried to contact them personally (email) and tell them but to no avail so sadly I have had to come to social media to air my disappointment.

Been going to top grill, now and then for long time, and last night -02/07/24 was my worst food I have ever had, and it all went in the bin.. I ordered donor wrap and chips, very little donor meat and the salad was soggy. They wrapped it in tin foil, which the wrap stuck too… 🙄 Chips and cold and hard, like eating card board.. they was horrible 😤

Lovey food,staff and good value for money Sometimes a little mix up on collection but always rectified immediately would definitely recommend

Pepperoni pizza had 5 pieces of pepperoni on total and Hawaiin had no pineapple. The food did come quickly probably because the ingredients off the pizzas were missing. What has happened to this place? The person who does the pizzas needs to read what should be on them. Disappointing

If I could put 0 I would, chicken kabab and Donner kebab was dripping with water, cold greasy and absolutely disgusting.... avoid at all costs, I only chose to purchase from here cos my usual place was closed... not to say that I would use again 🤢

Just had the best Lamb Shish that I ever had. definitely I will order again! Highly recommended!

Went for the first time the other night since the new owners took over. We had kebabs and they were spot on nice tasteing meat ,plenty of salad nice big portion nice and hot food. Will be returning thats for sure keep up the good work Rob & Family 😁👍

Awful experience! Not the first time my order has been wrong but this time, not only was food missing, they also put onions on a chicken kebab after I advised that it was really important and I have an onion allergy. No care or attention to my order. I’ve been going here for 10 years but I’ll be giving it a miss from now on - it’s not the same as it used to be. Think its recently changed hands as the staff appear to be different

As far as the revolting world of takeaway food goes, top grill is genuinely nice and tasty, for a treat 😋 Also great friendly staff

We use top grill regularly we are very disappointed this evening the order took 1 hour and 10 minutes . We rang them when it hadn’t arrived after 60 mins the lady on the phone wasn’t interested who we were didn’t ask anything just said food on the way then went . When the food arrived there was no pitta bread for my kebab meat and the food only just warm very poor service In wondering if they have different owners !

High quality food: I've tried some types of kebab of fresh meat and was all amazing! Has been served with a very nice variety of fresh vegs and pita bread! Greetings to all the staff for the quickness and politeness in attending and for the AMAZING FOOD! BRAVI!! 👏👏👏

Fantastic food new ownership has brought some great new tastes. Friendly staff and a great manager. I recommend you try the Milano pizza it’s special with real beef slices. Get on board and give the guys some well deserved feedback

Left food outside of apartment then told our falut as number was wrong and driver waiting long long time the number was correct and had no ring on door or ring on phones we ordered from lots of other places on deliveroo never had this issue before . also bad service as just was left outside on shelf anyone could of tampered with it or stole my advice if you life in apartment my advice don't order from here collect or wait outside for meal as obviously leave food on floors or sides if no one answered won't order again shame as first time customers also Angry service when rang up to see where food was Burger wasn't tasty and pizza had weird popping sensation mixed with meat ,🤨🤢 avoid...

Food was always great and service with a smile that was until it was taken over by new people the last lot of food was very disappointing and won't be going back bring back the old staff

Was the Best kebab shop in Penketh/Warrington. Now it's changed owners it's poor.

We usually order from Top grill on a Friday night but recently something has appeared to have changed with the quality of the food and the service. We find the chips are just awful now and the pizza’s barely have any toppings and the bases are tasteless. We would normally choose the kids chicken nugget meal deals but on the last 2 occasions the drinks have not been sent and so with the poor quality and service we have decided to give top grill a 1 star review. We will now be seeking our family treat night meal from a different local business.

Again wrong order, been going for over 10yrs never again! Twice send whatever they feel like disgusting service please shut up shop.

It was my first time here ,Lovely staff nice food,I will definitely use here again.

Waited 2 hours for our food, pizza was cold and hard, kebab meat was ok if not a little greasy and chicken wings had melted its container into the breaded wings. We have used Top Grill for a while now but the last few meals have been a let down hopefully things improve soon or customers will look elsewhere

Ordered on Boxing Day evening for the 1st time. Excellent customer service from the gentleman who took the telephone order and the delivery guy. Food was very fresh and very hot. Really enjoyed by everyone and we will definitely be ordering again.

Been going top grill since 2015, since then the food quality has really gone down hill, this was since it changed ownership a few months back and one of the noticeable differences are the portion sizes going 25% smaller. I'm only writing this review as tonight at work I ordered a burger meal and only got a burger for 7.50, when I called to ask they hung up saying we're closed, I then called back again and they said they would come back and replace what's missing.... Nothing came Definitely not bothering again.

Delivery was quick and driver polite and friendly. Ordered chicken shish, lamb doner combination,with chips. What can I say? Salad was tasty.

The last two weeks we, a regular family of 4 and friends, have ordered for collection we have been let down massively. Something has clearly changed. The bread base for the 3 pizzas we ordered were tasteless and gluey. No visible meat on the meat feast, no pepperoni in sight on the pepperoni and minimal cheese on the margarita….. We couldn’t tell who’s pizzas was who’s when we were dishing up but the staff must have also known as they write on the outside of the boxes now! 🤣. The chips are even more cheaper than before. The chicken fillet burger meal for £7.00 is a joke! I was served a deep fried frozen bread crumb chicken burger( the ones you get two in a box from the supermarket for£1-2) slapped on a cheap barm with no salad and a tray of those cheap chips and a can of pop! Just under £30 wasted. We will be switching takeaways after 7 years. Emilio’s here we come.🙏

Gone to pot. New staff/owners, deliveries get cancelled, or accepted but NOT delivered. Waited 1h35 mins with the manager assuring us 2/3 times our order was made, and en route. It wasn’t. Didn’t want to refund me, had to argue and prove I’d paid. Avoid.

Food arrived late and also very cold.. Kebabs were disappointing as they had Hardy any salad as requested..

Ordered food 7:30 for 8pm delivery. 8:30 food still not arrived. I called restaurant and was told it was on its way and would be 10 minutes. Food arrived COLD at 9pm. No apology given. Will not order from here again

This is dated 27th September 2021 Cheese to thick on the pizza and not enough tomato sauce could hardly taste any tomato sauce not a great pizza im afraid.

Disappointed to be fair waited nearly 2hrs had to ring up when it arrived it was warm and no extra garlic bread as we spent over £20

I don't think they know what a Calzone pizza is. What came was a 'pizza sandwich' Not sure about the rest if the menu though.

Ordered pizza and kebab for the first time from here, food was fresh, and tasted lovely, arrived within 40 mins or ordering and was hot, will use again, just sorry I had not discovered it sooner.

I've been buying pizzas from Top Grill since it first opened and it's always been excellent up until recently. I ordered pizza for my family tonight and it was disappointing to say the least. My pizza was overcooked and the meat was dry. Also they no longer do bacon or prawns as a topping, which was disappointing as I wanted a seafood pizza with prawns. The free cheese garlic bread offer that's been on offer for years also no longer exists, so had to pay extra for it for the first time. I won't be returning to Top Grill and will go elsewhere in future. Just lost a regular long serving customer.

Nice kebabs, but since they changed the grill they use I don't find it as good as it used to be. But that's just my opinion. Very clean and friendly staff. I am now adding to this review, it mustn't have been just me. They have now reverted back to the original grill so all good

Best pizzas and kebab as in Warrington!! Delivery was later than usual last saturday but food arrived hot and fresh. I’m guessing this was because the increased demand in food but they have never let me down. 100% recommend!!

3 star as rapidly gone downhill after many 5 star visits. Chicken used to be high standard but last 2 visits have been suspect. Chewy, brown pieces of chicken in kebab so quite obviously now using thigh. Kofte is not the same anymore too, dry and less spice. Sorry, but I won't returning.

Top Grill? More like top bill. Cost me a fortune for me and the wife. Took out a payday loan to afford a kebab and chips. The chips were cold, mushy and green. Looked like shreks legs. Absolute disgrace. Also, my "kebab" was just a wrap filled with mayo. If I wanted 40 kilos of mayo I'd buy a tub from costco. I was charged £1 for a can of pepsi whilst Tesco is literally 100m away. Worst takeaway I've ever had (and I've ate from sankey sizzlers) Scary,menacing man served me with no manners. Hard to believe he is a "people person". He wore no hair net, yet wore an "Armani" hat. ps. I heard they dont pay tax.
