Nando's Warrington - Junction 9 Retail Park in Warrington

Poor service, glasses not brought to us we had to ask, missing loads off the menu, chicken dry, people left waiting at the door, seems poorly managed.

Excellent food and prompt service

An excellent Nandos serving all you might expect from this restaurant chain. Service is also excellent.

First experience at Nandos junction 9 excellent service young lady was very attentive

service was amazing, was crowded but was seated right away, food yummy and great vibes

Order via deliveroo, the bag was not sealed when it arrived and a portion of chips were missing from the kids meal, disappointing service

We came yesterday lunch time. Lovely food. Really enjoyed it. It’s just a shame the girls cooking were constantly on their phones (very unhygienic & unprofessional) & biting their nails in between handling customers food. The kitchen is on show, therefore you would expect they would try to look their best. The food was nice i won’t knock that, but it’s not pleasant to see someone biting their nails then touching your chicken wrap. Couldn’t fault the lads on the floor collecting tables and welcoming people, they were absolutely lovely!!

30 min to be allocated a table and then 50 min to be brought some food. No well planned the service and waiting times are too long.

So I ordered takeaway today, and when I opened it the chicken was thoroughly burnt, the corn was not even steamed, honestly I’m just highly disappointed

Foods poisoning! When to the restaurant today for dinner with my daughter. The foods came not in right temperature. After an hour finished our dinner. Out tummy not fell very well at all, In and out to toilet. Not very good experience.

1st time I ordered takeaway there was uncooked chicken in my wrap but I was already home so I let it slide & assumed it was a one off. 2nd time ordering for takeaway was 26/01 and I had a similar experience where all the chicken in my wrap was undercooked and barely grilled. I also ordered loaded chips where I found bones at the bottom of my box, which is crazy when it’s supposed to be a boneless meal. Having been to many Nando’s around the country, I have to say the quality of this one has to be the worst & I feel as though staff need more cooking classes.

Went for lunch, all very efficient and nice. The app makes it easy. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

There was a short wait but we hadn't pre-booked and it was very busy

I have special dietary needs and I went to nandos on thursday 9th January 2025 at approx 6pm. I have never been before and the food and the managers service was impeccable and outstanding. They were very professional, helpful and friendly towards me.. thank you very much

Great experience here food was good quality

one of the best nandos ive ever been too. was incredibly busy, were about 6 groups waiting for tables when we arrived, but we were sat after only 15 minutes. staff were absolutely lovely. food came out very quick and tasted absolutely amazing. nandos has become mid in a lot of places across England in the last couple years. but im glad to say this is not one of them, reminded me why i began liking nandos in the first place!

Unfortunately, slightly below average nandos experience here. We have 3 other nearby nandos to choose from and have enjoyed those better. Dec 2024 - updated review- thus place has improved i now give 3 stars. It is what you would expect from a nandos no better no worse than anywhere else

Have eaten here a handful of times now as it is convenient for my work nearby. Always great service and very helpful staff. Definitely deserved a review based on the high quality experience every time.

Employ more staff to be able to attend to customers quick. And also bring in more furnitures to avoid keeping people standing for a long time.

The food was far below the Nando's usual standard I've experienced in many other Nandos.

Not many veg options, but the manager over there is super super sweet. She was helpful, delighted, polite, and sweet. Cheers to her behaviour

We know the food is great but always find the cutlery is not properly cleaned/ stain marks.

Another disgusting experience in England… Restaurant were tables are sticky. Vips up and the napkins are strange creamy colour.

These scruffy cowboys are trying to rip me off for £95’s worth of take-away. They’re trying to claim that it’s my fault that their incompetent delivery driver couldn’t read my postcode and ended up trying to deliver my food 3 miles away

Floor very messy and the air con blowing a bit too cool in my opinion and everyone else at my table. Apart from that, food as good as always. Staff friendly.

1st lunch customer of the day. Not a cheap experience. Me and my grandson. 60% hot chicken. When asked by your team member I did decline to have our chicken 'heated up' should have been right to start with!

The young lad who greeted us was very friendly, however when we went to order food the older guy serving was rather rude. We had already been waiting a while due to customers in front needing to have their order completely redone. Then as we were next to be served he walked off into the back and started doing another job whilst he could see there was a rather large queue already waiting. Just very bad customer service from him.

Main meals came before drinks. Had to ask several times for our drinks. Good food though.

Delicious choices and plenty of options on the menu. Great atmosphere, not too small that everything is heard at once all around you, but not so big that you have to raise your voice to be heard. Very speedy and friendly service - thanks team Warrington 😊

Can't beat a Nandos, this place is no exception to that rule, food was banging!

The decor is nice, the service is quite nice, but they could guide customers more (for a wrap with a salad it's £14.50 whereas for the same set with fries it's £15 xD so why tell this to an unaware person ofc it's my mistake so I'm not lowering the rating for that) the prices are quite high considering the fact that chicken is sold there. I liked the sauces the most, but everyone has different tastes. If you love chicken dishes and don't mind leaving large amounts of money, this is the place for you.

Nice food and great service my question is how is the lemon and herb lighter than the supermarket bottle and milder which is better !!! You should sell it

Love nandos but only as a treat

Came in on Sunday for a takeaway collection. Was told that the half chicken we ordered was not fresh and were given the option to wait for fresh food to be made, which obviously would take longer. The staff could not have been more kind and helpful and the manager (so sorry I didn’t catch his name) was so proactive with updates and really looked after us. You could tell they had had a really busy bank holiday service but they still went above and beyond to ensure we went away happy customers. J9 is always our go to nandos so it was so refreshing to have great customer service and it really made a difference to our weekend. Thanks!

Basic variety of a good chain, service needs improving beyond the basic expected.

I always love their bean burger with extra hot sauce. This place serves very nice dine in and wait time is around 15 min. It has its free parking Spaces, staffs are very polite.

Food great as usual. Arrived just before the rush.

Visited Saturday, the restaurant was dirty, don’t think anyone had cleaned for hours, toilets were filthy, tables sticky, food left ages under the hot lights for ages. , slow service! Never again!

The young girls working there were all absolutely lovely and were really helpful and really went out of their way to help me in any way that they could ... Nando's isn't really my type of place but I would visit here again and would highly recommend it to everyone as the staff and service is above and beyond 👌

Food came before drinks, no clean knives, food arrived pretty much cold after being sat under the heat lamp for a good 10 minutes. I’d waited so long that I wasn’t waiting for fresh. Bradford Nando’s is way better

Food average service appalling and the temperature in restaurant was so cold had to sit with coat on during the whole time.

Really good food but very busy and quite pricey but on the whole a pretty enjoyable experience.

Great food with lots of choices

Food wasn't up to the usual nandos standards. Staff were great though.

Really enjoy nandos and the food quality is good in all locations including this one however last 2 visits in the last month have been sub par. First time, our food was left on the side for over 35 minutes and we had to ask the staff if our food was ready for them to actually check on it. The second visit, we placed our order at the till, received no food for 45 minutes. After asking staff where our food was, they said they didn't even receive an order despite us having a physical receipt! On both occasions, the location wasn't particularly busy so not sure what was happening. Based on these two experiences, we would advise to avoid this location and find a nandos in Warrington instead.

They forgot my burger on a takeaway meal

Staff were very rude to me and my daughter we both left that place feeling like the staff didn’t care about us or our needs wasn’t asked if there were any allergies when my daughter is allergic to nuts. If i didn’t say something when i was ordering my food maybe something could have gone wrong. And the majority of staff members who were just behind the food counter on their phones was unbelievable. Absolutely shocking will not be eating in there. And i wish people could here how this young blonde lady was speaking to the delivery drivers it was horrible to listen to.

Log wait on food. But delicious as always. Not a fan of the pitta and humous. The pitta is barely warm and cut into huge triangles. The humous is tasteless without the peri drizzle.

Ordered 2 sunset burgers and the bun was wasn’t toasted, cheese wasn’t melted, burgers arrived on their sides. Piri piri salt on the chips was piled on 1 small patch and none on the other chips. It’s a rip off when it is soo poor. Can’t be bothered going there again and the place wasn’t even busy

The staff were amazing this afternoon as was the food. The manager was excellent and very helpful. Lovely atmosphere and would highly recommend 👍🏼

Foods ok, but pricey for what you get, small portion sizes and the tables are very sticky. Staff said it's the sun that's made them like that. Nandos really needs to replace them, make the place feel dirty x

After a day out in lancaster and having an upseting experience with a very rude manager, it was nice to go to our local nandos where the service is always spot on

It's a very good restaurant, would recommend.

On a day out with my son he convinced me to try and Nando's. The food was nice but it felt very impersonal. Once we were shown our tables we ordered our meal via the app and served ourselves with drinks and collected cutlery. There was not really an atmosphere there but if you like chicken it's the place to go.

Great place to eat with family. Even managed to order on line

Food was alright. Service very slow. Alot of food left on the hot plate for a while before it got served. No cutlery available. Not the best experience for burger and chips. Shame as Nandos is usually decent.

Waited 45 minutes to have my food brought to me, my partner had already finished hers. All the cutlery was filthy, the tables were filthy, food portions were tiny and staff just didn't seem too interested

Our starters came out separately so we did not eat at the same time. The restaurant is like a greenhouse and was uncomfortably warm. Not much bang for your buck either.
