Subway in Warrington

My wife is gluten free so the perfect sub 10/10

I asked for one of everything when ordering my sub. The staff proceeds to add one of everything to my order! I was simply asking for one of all the salads and sauces. As someone who is socially awkward I decided it was best just to pay up instead of correcting them on their choice. The workers made constant uncomfortable eye contact while licking their lips and rubbing their hands. After leaving the nearby toilet (which is for paying customers only). I found all the customers had left with my large order after I paid. I decided it’s best to leave the place with my shame. Also where is the flatbread bread. After hours of looking I’ve found no store still making this bread of heaven. Livid

I order from her quite a lot and never really Had a problem barring today ordered through Uber eats and they have gotten my food wrong had some werid sauce instead of chipotle southwest and my drink even tho everything was right on the receipt!

A simple bite to eat cannot be provided here and it appears the entire company is just awful. The food on the counter in this place wasn't actually edible. Not one bit of it, not fresh, pale and discoloured. I would not give the food from this place to my dog.

The staff are amazing and very helpful and the food is delicious the shops always clean

Average food , the staff was just messing about with a spider that was bought by one of the member of staff boyfriends and he come in to show it off ! This first of all is unhygienic and secondly a fantastic way to scare off customers , They was a bit tight in the salad portions too OVERPRICED AND UNDER DELIVERED Next time I might ask for the special 8 legged freak 6in sub

I love the fact it’s In a retail park so I can eat then shop honestly it’s massive it’s got upstairs seating which shuts after 4-6 o clock I think food was good but added to much sauce I think the cleanliness was good! Subway is so good cheap and healthy

More like Karen's diner, staff are rude and need training on customer service. They don't know the products, made my order wrong it tasted horrible but I didn't want to complain because I knew I would get a chavy response. The cashier threw the lid to my drink on the work top instead of handing it to me. It's really put me off ever stepping into a subway again.

Disgusted with the service recieved in this restaurant, upsetting my mother and Wife with the staff members comments. We decided to use this branch for a meal and to meet my mother to collect our children after being stuck in Paris due to the strikes, whilst in this branch of subway the staff turned out the lights at 6:51 and shouted its time for bed, I appreciate we all want to get home after a day at work but to be treated and spoken to in the way he did was absolutely unacceptable

It's a subway!! What else can be said

Just been in at 14.05 on 15th March. No customers waiting to be served, 3 people behind the counter. I went to the beginning of the counter where there was a girl putting out some cookies. I stayed there until she finished the tray, she then picked up another tray and started to empty that one, I must admit I was a bit gobsmacked because I was being ignored, she finished that one and started on another, at that point, I left. Absolutely disgusting

On Saturday 11 th March about 1:40 pm , I ordered some sandwiches for myself and family, a girl behind the till said I could go upstairs and I went upstairs and their was a worker up their tall blond hair , it said on his badge Dylan , he shouted yo ,you can’t come upstairs and cleaned , my partner was disgusted that we paided a lot for our meals , but the girl downstairs said we could go up , we was confused with one is it , we can or can’t go up ???? So we ended up taking our food home !!!

Terrible customer service. I have never known a subway branch with such rude and unhelpful staff. The server appeared to have no interest in being helpful in anyway, refused to change the salad options on my sandwich due to apparent cross contamination for the oven she used, yet put my partners sandwich in the same oven with different fillings. Furthermore the fact she can raise the issue of cross contamination seemed laughable when looking at the salad sections each one had a mix of other things in, my partner was unable to get red pepper on his sandwich due to the fact it had onion in the tub and he cannot eat onion or food that has touched it without becoming ill. I appreciate if set sandwiches cannot be changed however there is no need for the staff to speak to customers as if you were an inconvenience to them and use reasons of things like cross contamination when they visibly had no issue with causing this to happen in the salad section

Absolutely disgusting service from the women with dark purple/ brown hair. Messed both of my orders up and then instead of redoing them gave me loads of attitude and just threw cash at me. Horrible way to treat customers when it’s their fault for messing the order up. Should NOT work in customer service especially with food! I have an eating disorder and they made me feel so awkward. Would suggest anyone with an eating disorder to stay away whilst people like this are employed.

Food was okay however the 1 star is due to the cashier Leah who was without doubt the most negative individual I've ever met. She grunted throughout the entire transaction and ended up charging me twice for an item. Then, when I pointed this out, she tutted and said "you'll have to wait". She was also rude to other members of staff. I genuinely had to check under the counter to make sure nobody had a gun to her head forcing her to work. If you don't like your job Leah then make like a tree and leave!

Staff can't even get the order right, when questioned they get mouthy and then expect you to pay for them messing up the order. Useless, and the food was awful. Staff and manager have no customer service skills at all.

Suffering now! Not sure whats to blame, but my stomachs doing the rumba! Its the onlt thing ive eaten all day, so it can nothing other than this place. Everything seemed ok, had the steak and cheese footlong, cookie and drink. An hour later im in bits wishing id not bothered tbh. Might be a hygiene issue or something more serious, but I will be discussing this in the morning with the Environment and Food standards.

Very clean inside and excellent food can not fault it

Felt rushed. Unforgiving when asked to change gloves. No labels on vegan cookies so had to take their word for it. They wiped crumbs and spilled meat off the counter with the new gloves on that were changed for my sandwich. So not going to this one again.

THANK YOU SUBWAY-I hadn’t been for a while and found a new team running the Winwick Road branch. And I’ve got to say they were amazing-even though it was busy, they dealt with it very well. Manager AJ+assistant manager Josh were very professional, quick and efficient , which is just what you want when you’ve got 2 hungry children but I didn’t feel at all rushed. In fact Leah+Mina were so friendly-chatting as they worked and I’ve got to add-patient with us.

I would give this place no stars if I could no customer service what so ever just stood In the queue for 12 minutes without an acknowledgement not sure what to think it is despicable when your not even acknowledged not sure what to think is it because of my ethnicity 🤔. It's the first time and it will be the last no one deserves to be treated like that all customers are equal I feel bad I don't know if this is a directly owned store by Subway or a Franchise if it is the latter than I suggest subway really looks Into this place maybe worth mystery shopping.

The pictures shows what was supposed to be hot a chocolate. It tasted like water. Service was slow and shabby. McDonald's is better value and actually tastes like what it they say it is

Wasn’t happy with one of the staff’s attitude this afternoon, rude and was answering back under her breath (but loud enough to hear) definitely not customer focussed and no customer service at all. No need for this!

Very friendly staff, very clean and as always the food is awesome. Subway is the best value fast food/healthy sandwich shop.

Visited on 13/01/2021 and the staff were super friendly, defo want to pass on appreciation to the staff and the lad that was serving in particular was so polite and positive and food was well enjoyed, staff should get some sort of thank you or well done

We always do our shopping there ,but one sunday we went there we were surprised that not one customer had their mask on.my friend went to a different time them us same day ,it was the same thing ,but today there is a few wearing their masks,at time shoppers are ignorant,would not move for disabled.today they kind of block the aisles, poor disable guy tried to move on,.beside this I lovr Iceland.

Liking the vegan options. Wanted something to eat at the pictures and popped in for a toasted bite. Love that staff change gloves to serve vegan and vegetarian food, but note that they handle cheese with meaty gloves for carnivores. Need special tongs (or something) for meat so that all non meat items are not contaminated. Just a thought. 🤔

Busy lunchtime. All staff in good spirits with great customer service. Good butty as well

Food always lovely and well presented and I assume the manager or shift leader is so happy and pleasant. Makes a change after being served in other places by sour faced staff. He makes the subway a happy place to visit and eat at.

Very impressed, my daughter and I ordered vegan wrap, we were asked if we were vegan we said vegetarian, we were asked if we would like him to change his gloves. So much attention to detail in a fast food establishment. He got a GOLD STAR from me. The vegan wrap is sooooo recommend !

Great place for a quick healthy lunch, without bread if you prefere. Very efficient service I think.

Food was excellent, though portion control can be a little on the skinny side. Also tables were not cleaned.

Best subway I have been in the UK so far. It is clean and a lot of seating. The bearded guy with the arm tattoos was super friendly.

Good balanced food at a great price

She was great at cutting bread, it all went down hill after that. A fist full of jalapenos! Tomorrows toilet will be horrible. The VIP area was closed which was a let down as we traveled all the way from Newcastle to go to such an impressive looking subway.

Cross contamination of products is highly probable at this branch of Subway. But good fresh salad as promised by Subway, just be aware if you have allergies.

Very slow this lunchtime. Didn't really seem to understand what I wanted when I wanted extra tomatoes instead of other salad and tried to charge us for three subs not two. Maybe they were just too busy. Ham tomatoes and cheese sub very nice though despite the confusion.
