Tuebrook fryer in Liverpool

Scam! They've shut down but the website took our order now we can't cancel the order and the bank says it can't cancel the transaction.

Do not order from here! I ordered to collect, (paid online), and they are closed… will be reporting them to my bank as I now know I’m not the only one this has happened to. Their website needs shutting down!

Delivery still hasn't turned up (orderd it 2 days ago) this place needs closing down...took my money tho...utter scam....don't answer the phone neither

Do not order as scam. Website is open and took my order then no food. Telephoned them 22 times and call cancelled each time. Visited the shop and shutters then as clearly not trading. Emailed too which is undeliverable. Reported to action fraud!!!

Still waiting for food. No answer from tuebrook fryer. Will be calling in tomorrow for a refund. Quick to take money but will not answer the phone. No update on delivery time. Be warned Update. Food is now two hours overdue and still no reply from chippy. Got my money and no food. Disgraceful service, and zero help from yoyo customer service. Avoid!!

They didn't show up on Just Eat but had their own app. Ordered and paid. 50 minutes later it's still sating they need to conform the order. Money already pending on my card but no way to cancel the order on the app and tried calling 6 times and no answer. Had to order from somewhere else. Will be informing my card that it wasn't provided so to charge back anything by them.

Been ordering since they opened and I’ve ordered a few times. Food is always amazing piping hot tasteful and excellent size portions. Would always use these.

l've received my order after waiting for more than 1hr and a half. Then the food I received was real bad. Quality and the taste of food is worst. Had a terrible experience with this.

Spoke to a Turkish fella to order my food he couldn’t speak English then he passed me to a Chinese woman she was no better whole delivery was wrong twice in a month learn by you mistakes never again

Food is great I order on the website as it caters for 1 as most chippys don't and only £1 delivery good prices and the best fish dinners

Ordered food for delivery, food usually nice in this place. Gone downhill bad. Never turned up, never picked up the phone when called and never let us know, had to call Uber eats to cancel and get refund. Shocking service.

Ordered food on Uber eats and the food never showed up. Tried ringing on the night of delivery but no one picked up and phone. No refund issued or even an apology. Would not recommend just on customer service alone

They were late. I phoned. Told it is on its way.... Then half an hour later, still nothing. I was on my out... Being told they can't find my home.... Even though its on a main road.... Never had the food, so never again! Be aware

Food of very good quality, and two varieties of chips. Kebabs are excellent, and the overall standard of all the meals is very good. Worth the visit

Well we ordered from just eat. The large fish & chips were nothing like large..They were soggy chips & no crispy batter and tasteless!..The onion rings were chewy..I've never experienced that before..The halloumi fries were sweaty served with a bit of hot lettuce..For £15 it was dreadful..id never eat hear again!

I have never in my life ever experienced diahrria until tonight after ordering chips and curry from this store.. the pain in my stomach is unreal I was sat on the toilet for over 45 minutes in absolute agony and I am nearly crying with the cramps I still have in my stomach and it's been nearly 3 hours since I ate the food!

Fabulous fish & chips luv this chippy best in Liverpool a real gem. We've ordered here a few times never disappointed! Highly recommended.
