they couldn't follow the basic instructions on the notes and I did not receive my order

Its take over 2 hours delivery time

Pre ordered food 2 hours before I needed it, as wanted at specific time. Got a notification at 7.35 that my food had been delivered, but it hadn't. Rang Pizza Hut who told me my food was on its way at 7.37, but didn't turn up until 8.15 and food is mildly warm at best and garlic bread and cheese like rubber.

A few weeks ago I ordered from here 3 large pizzas to be delivered which I was charged extra for. After 50 mins of being later then said I started to ring them and get no answer so did this for 10 mins before I got my shoes on and went down. I was greeted by another 4 customers trying to get there orders and staff with broken English passing everyone to the next member of staff. After 20 mins of waiting again I was told 10 mins so I asked for a refund for the delivery charge as I was picking up and was told to contact customer service. It’s now been 3 weeks of emails back and forth to try and get my money back which is still to happen. It costs me nothing to try but is costing them everytime someone replies so I will continue this until I do. Food was cold and greasy and service is shocking do your self a favour just go to dominoes

My order is currently 1 hour 20 minutes late and counting.... No one at the store is picking up the phone, if I can even connect which 90% of the time the call doesn't. The delivery driver put the wrong address in Google maps, drove to the wrong place, tried to convince me a) he was outside when he wasn't, b) it's Google maps fault and not his, c) didn't apologise, and d) then told me he was 20 minutes away (when the address that is similar to mine is at most a 7 minute drive). That was 45 minutes ago. Oh and he isn't answering the calls either. I don't even know if we are getting our order that we've paid for at this point. If we do, the food will be stone cold.

Took 1 hour 15 minute for food to be delivered food was cold and it advertised flavour on chips but no flavour was on them pizza was under cooked

First time ever ordering for home delivery, we usually go to an actual restaurant. Will definitely be ordering from this pizza hut again, the pizza and sides were piping hot and absolutely delicious. The delivery driver was very friendly and polite.

First time ordering for home delivery from this pizza hut, i rang up because i got a bit panicked because the website wasnt updating and i spoke with a lovely gentleman who reassured me. The pizza and other food arrived piping hot and it was delicious. The delivery driver was also very polite. Will definitely be ordering again

Sometimes i swing by here on my way home, mostly order collection. I think delivery orders come from another store. Food is always fast and fresh, service with a smile. Parking is a bit frustrating as out the front is usually quite busy.

Was really nice and great value for money the lunch deal we got. The only thing is the garlic bread has been replaced with really basic garlic bread slices you’d get from a supermarket, I wouldn’t recommend getting them. The pizzas were lovely and hot though. Overall it was good and pleased with my order

still not received order. ordered at 4pm it is now 5.40pm and still no sign. you give a delivery time and don't stick to it.

Every time you order additional toppings on a pizza, they miss off everything you should have had and only give you the additional toppings. Paid £3.60 for two additional toppings, they removed 8 other toppings I was supposed to get… they’ve done this about 5 times now. I got a £15 credit to use on next order (from a £32 100% incorrect pizza) and I can’t use the voucher unless I spend an additional £15 to meet the minimum order cost…

very late, the food is nice but i ordered pepperoni (cost more) to be added to my pizza and paid for me dips, both of which were missing.

Do yourself a favour and order elsewhere. Order always wrong, can't get hold of anyone (neither myself nor the delivery lads). Expect my order to arrive as ordered especially when paying for additionals... But I would settle for actually receiving what's in the package deal for once...

Only ordered 2 pizzas, both arrived wrong. One couldn’t even be eaten because arrived with the wrong base as well as being the wrong pizza. No answer from store, won’t be ordering again

Delivery driver dropped off the wrong items after 90 minutes of waiting. No updates via app. Restaurant was helpful though. Asked for refund.

The meal has still not arrived, on each phone call we have been told another 20 mins, in total waiting over 2.5 hours for a pizza

2.5 hr delivery, not acceptable

delivery time was delayed from 7:10pm to 8:15pm and i received no updates on it until i manually requested for one, where it then said it would come at around 8:45pm, making the whole thing a mess. As for the quality, overall the pizza was nice but the order came with tomato sauce as the base instead of barbecue like i asked for in the order.

Overall pizza n wedge's were lovely however no ice - cream with my cookie dough and the garlic bread tear and share was cold and very doughy

Got my order 1hr 45min afyer ordeing it. When it arrived the pizza was warm but there were hardly any wedges. So disappointing, won't be ordering again.

Waited over 2 hours for delivery quality wasn't good. Food went in bin as didn't want it after waiting that long.

This is the second time my order was wrong. Ordered bacon on one pizza and came without, payed extra for this. Please get people that can read the orders properly. Tried to phone but you just don't bother to pick up. Won't be buying from you again.

So fed up with this place getting my orders wrong. Payed to have bacon put on my pizza, surprise surprise no bacon, you have robbed £1.80 from me. Phoned the store numerous times and no one picks up. You should get better staff that can read what people have ordered.

Very pleased! Staying in a hotel in Bootle and this location delivered a hot and tasty pizza to us. Ordered online and realized we made a mistake, called and a gem of an employee quickly resolved our mistake over the phone. Delivered sooner than expected by a friendly driver. Tastes delicious! Simply lovely!

Shocking! Manager repeatedly lied to me about where my food was. I eventually had to pick the food up! Some delivery service. No honesty and plenty of driver. Clearly just incompetent.

Wanted to try pizza hut again as it's been a while. But it gets worse every time. It's not tasty anymore, it's all just taste of fat. Also they charge you for normal Pepsi and then they bring Pepsi max. 40p extra profit on top of 23 Pound order for one pizza with two sides and drink ..

I’ve been a long time customer of this pizza hut, the staff are always friendly and accommodating to help me find the best deal. The pizza is delicious and toppings are always generous and nicely placed, unlike other places where they’re thrown on the top and stick to the middle. Will always come here for my pizza cravings and the cookie dough, delicious hot food and long-time friends made with the staff.

Pizza was cardboardy, burnt and thin, tasted of nothing. Wedges were OK but the dip was heated instead of cold and had burst and curdled. Food very poor quality, will not be ordering from Just Eat again due to the poor quality of recent orders

Been to this pizza hut a few times, the Beyond Meat Italian sausage is banginnnn'. Ordered 3 pizzas on this occasion, man knows I don't like mushrooms, my pizza which was supposed to have them, but it didn't have any, must be psychic. Food is always ready, and hot when I pick up. Same guy each time, really polite and friendly. On a more serious note: Dealbot on the website is awful. It'd be nice if there was more customisation on the website to be able to take off certain ingredients. The parking around this particular pizza hut is more or less non-existent. Can't fault the food though!

It said 25-40 mins when ordering then went up to over an hour, 1 hour 40 mins later just arrived and with no ice cream

Had estimated delivery time for 19:45-20:05 but food never come until 20:47 and I called twice and got told the traffic is a cause when I have been out by there company and the traffic was non existent rather be told it’s late out because they was busy but food got here still warm and was nice, thank you for the food but could of just said that you was busy instead of excuses, rather be honest than praise something that shouldn’t be praised.

Ordered to collect and can't fault the staff or the food. The place is clean and I'm more than happy to go again.

The pizza was very oily and the dough wasn’t cooked properly. To much money waisted for the food what i received.

We always use Pizza Hut for our Children’s movie & pizza party’s . Staff are wonderful- foods are always on time and piping hot. 👍👍

Ordered for collection on 21/08/22 at 16:18 via the pizza hut website. Will happily provide order number if owner wants to contact me. I realised I’d made a mistake and ordered from Walton Pizza Hut when Aintree is closer. I rang to cancel the order and was told they hadn’t received my order. I told the lady who answered i’d maybe give it ten minutes and ring back. I rang back ten minutes later and was told they still don't have my order and i’s need to to online to fill in the contact form. I went to the website which gives a response time of 3 days so I contacted the store again and asked if i could just collect the pizza. The lady said I couldn’t because they havent received the order. I told her im happy to show my order confirmation email at the store and she said no il need to fill in the form. Now my order was only small so im not bothered about being out of pocker for a few days but it’s not the way to run a business and the lady wasn’t the friendliest customer service person i’ve spoken to. She was quite abrupt. I just placed an order with dominos instead. Good job pizza hut

Ordered at 7.05pm. Arrived 9.10pm. Couple of phone calls from me, chasing up food..apologies from staff. Nice enough on the phone, doesn’t help at all when you’re really hungry though, you’re looking for an accurate time and an answer, rather than a sorry. Issues with delivery drivers apparently. Looked like restaurant staff actually drove it round in the end. Pizzas ok, base a bit cardboard-ish, likely been sat, then whacked back in the oven. Cookie doughs sent with no ice cream - supposed to go with it. Saturday night treat fallen flat. Won’t order from here again.

Would of been quicker walking there to pick up my order, not impressed waiting nearly 2 hours after finishing a 12 hour shift in work because deliveroo damaged my 1st order, when I did finally get it, it wasn't even very nice it's cold and the chicken looks horrible like it's been rushed to get it out before closing , no compensation for the inconvenience either. Will never order again especially not through drliveroo either

Always get great serice. Pizza has always been delivered exactly on-time and the delivery guys are always great. Only had it late once and that was by around 7 minutes but only as the guy couldn't find my house.(Not his fault tho as my house doesn't have a number on it)

Customer service very poor ordered a pizza for my son it was cold tried calling didn't want to know £20 for a cold pizza never order from here again poor service. Sack that person who picked up the phone she hasn't got a clue about customer service paid for doing nothing.
