waiting far too long! over 1 hour for order

Half of my shopping is missing I tried to call the driver back and he just drove off

After a number of phone calls from just eat asking the number of my house {what about my login address?} I found the order on my doorstep The door bell wasn't rung} and half the order was missing. So service was atrocious:that's the last tip I give.

The staff at the shop were so rude to my delivery driver. And should the wrong order in his face. Poor guy came to my door so apologetic. Never order from here. Paid and received nothing. Battling to get my money back. Gave the driver a tip for his troubles, he was awesome.

The order was delivered over an hour late, and because of thus the ice-cream bars had completely melted by the time they arrived. On top of this, many items of our list (approximately £20 worth) were missing from the delivered groceries. A refund would have been greatly appreciated, so I didn't waste my time and money. Overall, I'm very unhappy with the service received on this day.

I ordered 4 frozen meal they never came which is ok as I’ll be refunded but I was charged 60p for 2 bags but only had 1 bag I know it’s 30p but it’s happened before

Yet again there were items missing, this is a constant problem, I don't know who picks your items or orders but they need re training, or you need new staff, I get the shopping for an elderly relative and I have to get the items myself from your competitors now, I might aswell go to them as they would have the stock. plus you charge a premium on just eat and no stock and absolute joke

courier came with a bag that wasn't mine, gave it bk to him and said he'll sort it. That was it!!! Didn't get my order and had to get in touch by email, called all different numbers for Asda and no one to speak to about my order. poor service from Asda.

Pizza took way too long, promised to be 10-15 minutes but yet it was longer. It was around 30 and we got no form of sorry or compensation for the pizza wait. But to fellow reviewer say the pizza was lovely
