Part of my order was missing plus why charge me for 2 shopping bags when only 1 was used

I did not get enough time to check for missing items and I have found for items which are the more expensive products to be missing for the second time.

The driver came with the wrong order when i told him he took the wrong items and said he would go back and get the right one its been over 40 minutes he never came back.

Order never came got charged £29.67

Food arrived more then half the items missing consdering i waited nearly 2 hours for it to delivered!!

The driver didn’t even leave his vehicle and missed out half the order and delivered it 20 mins late. Overall terrible

Missing a key item that was ordered

Why did the driver complain to me that he had to phone me to find out the house number; why didn't you tell him the house number?

9 items arrived out of the 16 items i ordered arrived

Driver went to 45 not 55, why??? He phoned me 3 times before he got to 55. Also 3 items missing from order. Why are they listed as available? I can understand the fruit selling out, but why only 1 pkt bacon not 2? Were the 24 drinks too heavy?

slightly problem with milk as the bottle split but otherwise excellent

Driver pointed out that a mistake has appeared in my post-code address since my last order. It should read L83SF but an E has recently appeared instead of an F. Please change it as I don't seem to be able to, from here. It caused the driver problems

This was terrible service 2 hours before I got my order I actually felt so sorry for the driver who had been waiting for 40mins

Third time in a row ordering from this particular Asda and having half my items missing. I may get the money from the products itself back but it still means I’m wasting money on a bag and delivery fee.

I ordered 2 birthday cakes for my son birthday with Happy birthday candles. One birthday cake was missing with candles I was working all day so didn’t get a chance to get one. Every time I order from Asda I never get what I have ordered. There always seems to be items missing. And it’s never just one item missing. I know other people who always advise not to order from Asda Sefton Park because they never deliver what you have ordered. I will not be ordering again.

80% of my order was missing..the items missing came to £28.50. How can this amount of shopping go missing is beyond belief. I'm so annoyed ....

half of the order was missing. really incompetent staff. didn't want to help at all. from what I have found out, it appears that the most expensive items usually don't get put in the bag. I wonder where they end up...

Absoloute joke, order as always missing half of the items ordered !!! Would advise not to order from here as it seems like they purposely don’t put items in the bag !!

I didnt recieve any of the groceries i ordered .. and recieved 1 small bag of other groceries that i didnt order.. driver swore he didnt have any other bags.. and made me accept the wrong items.. worth a lot less than what i paid.. now i have no money to buy what we needed because i havent been refunded

Did not arrive. Emailed just eat before I had the notification on the app at 21.15 stating it was delivered around 19.35. Hopefully I will get a full refund, I also spoke to someone from Asda who couldn't help.

My order took over an hour and a half to arrive, and when it did arrive half of the order was missing. The bags were not labelled to shop a multi bag order and the food that has been delivered is completely useless without the rest of the shop. I’m actually appalled at how difficult it is to contact any form of help. A refund isn’t as helpful as having a service to get the missing items re- delivered. I have no way to contact the driver and contacting Asda was no help.

Apart from the fact that it took more than 3 hours to arrive, they sent me someone else's shipment and they didn't send me anything that I ordered.

The pancakes are melt in your mouth good highly recommend . For a grand total of 7 pounds it was a steal- if you want to treat a girl take her here 😍 nothing compares to the scenic views of Asda down below.

The food here made my year, the pizza was gourmet level and I will be back for more.

i ordered over £48.00 worth of shopping. I did not receive my order, not 1 thing on my order arrived. The delivery guy gave me a bag with about £5.00 worth of groceries in it and run. just eat have refused my refund request.

I only received one item of my shopping. I requested a refund for the missing items and this was denied. Given the shopping I ordered came to just under £20 this meant the one item I received which was a cottage pie cost this amount. I would not recommend using Just Eat again and will be informing my friends and family to do the same.

Didn’t order a whole crate of beers, was told I wouldn’t get help after this. Delivery time was shocking nearly 2 hours for 6 items and it’s 5 mins down the road.

My order did NOT come!! Because it went over the time when I realised it didn’t come as I have 3 kids and a head full! They said they couldn’t refund me!! Never buy groceries from here it’s either missing items or completely wrong order. And that’s if it even gets to you!!! Feel like crying £30 gone!!! I’ve got a ring doorbell video nothing!!!! Nearly £12 of the order was missing. I chose Asda because this has happened to me so many times before where a lot of items missing. And it is always something I need for my kids tea. Same again tonight

Firstly the driver got the address wrong gps is not always right secondly he didt even check the address to note it was a flat he was delivering to not a house number then thirdly he didt even bring my order leaving off 4 items he seemed in a rush

The order wasn't received (the delivery person did not ring the flat buzzer, which works) so I have to wait 7 days for a refund. £54 is a lot of money to go without for 7 days and I'll have to pay to reorder. Very disappointed 😞

The staff at the shop were so rude to my delivery driver. And should the wrong order in his face. Poor guy came to my door so apologetic. Never order from here. Paid and received nothing. Battling to get my money back. Gave the driver a tip for his troubles, he was awesome.
