Went for my 38th birthday for a family meal food was prepared in a clean environment. Waiter's where very attentive food was amazing well portioned been there twice since will definitely be visiting again

Very tasty and varied cuisine, cozy and warm atmosphere. The presentation of some dishes is very interesting. I recommend the deliciously marinated chicken kebab, as well as the baklava - it’s simply the freshest! The only thing you need to be prepared for is that the restaurant only pays in cash.

Was in here with my partner on Thursday evening. I have never been to a less welcoming place in my life and I eat out regularly. Firstly our experience was this. VERY rude staff, very bland and cold food, totally disappointed especially as it’s not the cheapest place on the planet! What happened next is totally unacceptable there was a large party in the restaurant and I got chatting to one of the party as they didn’t seem to impressed with their food. As the guy was politely telling staff of his complaints and rightly so saying he didn’t want to pay for his meal as it was disgusting it totally kicked off!! The restaurant manager or owner getting his heavy mates to physically assault the customer!! They were literally kicking him on the floor!!! I have never seen such total disrespect to customer service!! The staff not only need sacking but locking up! I recommend you Avoid this place at all cost in case you have a problem you might walk out with a black eye!!

This is the kind of low quality, over priced restaurant you might find in an overcrowded rowdy seaside resort. They serve basic English style food with lots of pig products on the menu. Should be avoided by anyone trying to eat halal or looking for an authentic Turkish cuisine experience.

Great place - great atmosphere. Breakfast, lunch, brunch, dinner coffee, cocktails, mocktails, shisha, club, dancing, events, live music everything in one..

Good breakfast but they don't allow you to swap any items on the menu, example is soda bread instead of toast.

The food here amazing I am seriously so fresh and delicious the presentation is excellent and the chef take pride in their food highly recommending their food cash only is is the downside however there is a cash point at Tesco and Sainsbury.

Brunch breakfast could do with toast, otherwise good food. Cash only though.

Loved the food! I ordered the chicken wings, and they were delicious! Christmas music in the background made for a relaxing atmosphere. The food did take a little time to arrive, though. All in all, it was a great experience. Remember, it is cash only.

Went for breakfast asked if could swapped beans for egg said would be extra pound. But didn't take any money off cause didn't want beans. Good way aswell dodging paying lot of tax cash only. Guy said they were looking into getting card machine it's been like that ages. What big restaurant takes cash only

The food and service was amazing. The only thing was they only accept CASH. So when there are almost 10 people it makes it really awkward. WHO carries cash these days 🤔 👀 out of that may people? The nearest cash point wasn't working so had to find another one. As we don't live in the area it was such a pain.

Great food, attention to detail really pays off! Have been twice in one week.. Very busy at times. We enjoyed a quite time 6ish on a Thursday but Sunday lunch was very full!

Loved this place, you can settle in for the evening knowing you'll get great food, great cocktails and the shisha lounge. Really warm and welcoming staff. Will definitely be back.

It was a nice experience. it's something one can try if you are looking for a different experience . The rice was very small and kind of plain to be honest. The meals are also pricey to me .Enjoyed the salad and mixed shish.

Discovered this place when for the first time I visited the city. Lovely with nice food, great staff and atmosphere. Hope they can get the credit card payment soon, is a little expensive place so sometime you don’t go around with all this cash

We just went for a lunch in your restaurant , 3 of us which 2 had food and 1 left without food as a member of the staff couldn't understand any English when the order was made . So yeah very disappointed never been like this .

This is a fantastic Turkish restaurant. It's a warm, friendly place. They have plenty on the menu that is freshly prepared. The portions are generous and, uncommon for these days, the prices are modest. It's fantastic value for money. Great for breakfast, lunch, dinner or just coffee. Note: Cash only (there's a cash machine close by).

Came here for food after competing at my first bodybuilding show in 6 years and what a decision that was! Food was incredible and service even better. I had the mixed chicken kebab with grilled onions and had so much flavour. 10/10 will visit again

Me and my partner visited the restaurant today. We both ordered soups and mains with some Turkish tea. During eating soups my partner received his main course half way through only to be getting cold on the side as he was still eating his soup. We didn’t say anything he just rushed the soup so his main course is saved still a bit warm. Meanwhile I was patiently waiting for my main dish and considering the fact they should be somehow served in similar time after a while i reminded the hostess that we are still missing one course. She disappeared and after giving it another chance I simply canceled it as my partner already was finishing his course. The hostess rolled her eyes. Very disappointing and unwelcoming. One hostesses welcomed us sad and without smile as soon as we came in. Pointed with her finger where to seat. Anyway, after the incident nobody came to us to offer us anything or at least to apologise. We were the only few customers in the restaurant with 3 hostesses on the floor. We were completely ignored. Important to note also is that after 10 minutes we came in, 2 other customers came in to order food and they were served first while I was waiting for exactly the same dish as they received. Very poor customer service. No questions asked, no offering. No please, thank you. Even when we were handed the bill to our table which we didn’t not ask for yet (despite the bad experience at least we wanted to finish our tea) the hostess came in with not a single word spoken, at least ‘there you go, thank you’ or ‘this is your bill’ or ‘maybe a coffee or desserts?’ - nothing. Felt like they want us out. The saddest and least communicative staff I have seen in a restaurant. Very cold and unwelcoming experience. We didn’t complain and said anything. Just paid and left. We used like to visit the place but now we will never return. Another customer lost.

Really polite and helpful staff. The restaurant itself is spotlessly clean and well kept. My friend and myself regularly visit for breakfast. Every time we've eaten, the food is hot and really well presented. They operate cash only payment. Highly recommended and well worth a visit !!!

I went with a couple of colleagues for breakfast, and it was great. Food was fab, the staff were friendly and they had music playing in the background.

Service is bit slow. After ordering drinks, we got them about 20 minutes later. Next 1½hr no-one has even bothered to ask if we want anything to eat. We had to stop passing by waitress to get someone to pick up the order from our table. Prices are not the lowest for the size of the dish. Overall could be a bit better.

I feel like I'm on holiday when I come here, especially in the garden. I have only ever been here for breakfast, it's not the best I've ever had but it always hits the spot. Great value and always friendly!

I have been to Tuckins few times. Usually use the sitting at the back for Sheesha, drinks and food. I was disappointed this time as we had to wait for 30 minutes for Sheesha to arrive. Had to tell the owner to have it. Food was good as usual.

Positives Met with pleasant staff Atmosphere was relaxed and pleasing to the eye Food was ok Negatives Found a hair in my starter and my salad of my main.... Was offered a replacement but by then I was put off. No discount ts offered Cash oy at the venue which is I found to be incredibly annoying Verdict.... Not wowed by my experience so doubt I'll return Think other venues are my preferred choice

The food was somewhat eatable... Cleaness was ok and staff were helpful. I would not go back there though. I needed a Halal place in the area so I could eat something and take some tablets so was able to eat but it wasn't anything special. Also, atmosphere is a bit weird due to some groups of people having suspicious look.

Food was lovely. The waitress Victoria went above and beyond. The only thing I don’t like, is that the tip we left at the reception,specifically for Victoria, actually is going to the pot, and then divided(if) between them all. Which I think is unfair.

The food was surplus and tasty. I had ordered a takeaway for collection.

This is one of the best breakfasts in Northampton, as well as having a fantastic evening menu. The polite and professional staff are always helpful and polite. Highly recommended.

Even though we enjoyed the food we were originally put on a table that should only have been for about 4 people, there were 7 of us. Management did eventually moved us after we complained but their customer service needs to be brushed up on. We were told we had 2 hours to eat as the table was booked again which we doubt as the restaurant was nearly empty when we left. We spent nearly £200 we won't be going there again.

Went here for a 30th birthday family meal. It was a surprise for the birthday boy. The staff were so accommodating. They put us in a different room while we waited with drinks and music. It was a mid week event and they were not too busy so allowed us to choose where we wanted to sit. Nothing was too much trouble. They checked what pace we wanted to have our courses out. No problem with us bringing a cake. With the cake out came plates and forks plus knife to cut the cake. Food was delicious 😋. Very nice experience.

Called in here one evening after having had food elsewhere. It was a Tuesday evenign at about 9:30, and nowhere else was serving. The team here were very accommodating. We had drinks in the outdoor area at the back - very nice.

Good tasting food although over priced. Hot meze was small but main course was tasty and just about worth the money. The main concern was being sat in something no more than a garage with shutter doors and only portable radiators for heating. Bloody freezing.

Good experience overall but the atmosphere was definitely disappointing. Was surrounded by lots of noisy tables where we felt like we had to shout just to talk to each other Service was good, staff were friendly but service with food was slightly strange We ordered starters and mains and drinks, and expected them not to serve our mains until our starters were done. However this was not the case, our starters came and 5 mins later so did the mains, usually I wouldn't complain but the table size is miniscule for so many plates and dishes so felt quite uncomfortable eating as we worried about dropping plates etc. And there's barely any space between each table so worried people would bash into them too However, the complimentary bread with olive tapenade with a nice touch, completely unexpected Food was really good, very flavourful, cooked and Grilled nicely! Ordered the lamb ribs and mixed adana kebab with rice. 10/10 would recommend. Slightly pricey but overall was happy Also ordered the calamari and sausage starter, they were okay Note they put on some belly dancing shows, we only knew when we walked past the restaurant later that night, sad we didn't know about it, its not advertised anywhere .... There's a smoking/non smoking option for tables, smoking option is situated in a lovely area decorated with very pretty lanterns, however nonsmoking area decor was underwhelming by comparison
