pick N mix sweets were rubbish, got a handful of sweets, then shoved in the bag to bulk it out was a packet of Johnny's onion ring, smarties and a milkyway bar, not exactly what I was expecting for a Pick N Mix!!!! Also they have changed their ice cream so what we received tonight was rotten, probably the last time I'll be ordering from here

gone nothing to complain about. I got what I asked for the crepes where amazing to where am sitting here thinking about getting a other one, the peanut butter and jelly was definitely the perfect option for me to try out new things in a new place, the banoffee split where great to. Well be ordering from here again more so the crepes. it great to find a new sweet place I am very fussy with food.

Order the same thing regularly, 2 single nougats. Usually the ice cream is bulging over the side of the nougat. Our order tonight consisted of two tiny scoops of ice cream. My husbands nougat looked as if it was one scoop which had been spread over. I had a pic of my last order and the difference was shocking. Definitely won’t be ordering from them again. Total rip off. Not worth £4 each

Milkshake came with no sauce or sprinkles like it specified on the menu. Was thin and runny just like a cup of milk. I asked for NO chocolate icecream in the sundae and unfortunately it was filled with chocolate icecream so couldn’t be eaten. Really disappointed! This place used to be great unfortunately I won’t be back :(

I feel like ive been mugged off, i got a large cosco cake & an american large milkshake. The cosco cake slice wasnt large, i get bigger for less from the other dessert shops. American large suggest to me that it would be an extra large milkshake no its a regular size and it certainly wasnt thick like the description said for £7.99 i expected more. Waste of money.

Food was awesome - kept getting messages saying it was delayed and then delayed again. It did turn up but - this could be better! Loved the waffle!

Delivered fast and ice cream wasn’t melted. But I ordered strawberries and didn’t have them on both my orders.

Didnt give us one of the items then didn’t answer when phoned to complain and get refunded or replaced

the delivery came earlier than expected, and was all packaged up and in amazing condition. However the crep was just a bit underwhelming. It was quite thick for a crep and not enough nutella. Pick and Mix was underwhelming though. However the icecream was super delicious. My wee dog LOVED it.

The food was fantastic, a lot more places like this are very expensive, but you get a lot for your money. Sundae was delicious. Would definitely recommend it.

Brownie Deluxe Sunday was nice. I will not buy the cheesecake again due to it being half the size of a door wedge for £3.50 I had to laugh at it.

it was good however we did not receive chocolate on our pancakes as well as only receiving 6 normal sized that 12 mini ones (which isn’t an issue unless you have people sharing).

Good portion sizes and lovely ice cream

Won’t be ordering again. Paid £15 including delivery for two “deluxe” Sundays. What we received was two small cups filled with melted ice cream.

Was happy with delivery time but milkshakes were very thin and watery not as thick as we’d have liked

horrible. tiny portion sizes. milkshake was out of date. didn’t deliver half of our order and had to wait another 30 minutes for them to deliver the rest.

Specifically deleted whipped cream on top of milkshakes.

If I could give it zero I would, im so very disappointed I ordered at 8:10pm and it said it would only take 20mins about two hours late is still hasn’t arrived!, I phoned the shop and no one answered. I do not recommend 👎

My Sister won a munchy box from there which I collected on her behalf but she wasn't impressed with it.

Very disappointed Grandchildren and one little boy who was from Jersey and staying with his Gran. Went down for some lovely Ice cream shop closed....not great at all. Was advertised it was open on website.

Tubalicious is always lovely. Their stuff is great but they have put their prices way up since they were took over by new management. I paid 6 pounds for two tiny tubs of ice cream. Also the crepe has gone up from 2.70 with no ice cream or cream on it to 4 00. Too pricy now. I will be going elsewhere in future.

Had a long wait last night for order 2 hrs was not happy but today the owner has contacted me apologies for last night's fiasco and would like to give me my money back and a free fresh order this is please t surprise and what I call good customer service thank you for acknowledgement and look forward to using you again and hopefully this was a one off 5/5tho for realising mistake and rectifying

Tesco/Asda's Ice cream taste better than here

Ice cream and waffle was really good but can’t say the same for the customer service , talk about rude staff 😳 if you don’t like your job I am sure there is a lot there that would like it .... no need to talk to people they way you do

Went to the shop with my daughter to order ice cream. Sign in window said to wait outside so I did. The staff just looked at me never acknowledged us just looked wearing no ppe during this current pandemic. 3 workers and 1 delivery driver. No one offered to take an order or ask if we knew what we were looking to get. Customer service not at its best, have been before and service was far more superior back then.

'Treat Box' is a complete rip off. 12.50 including delivery for a 9"box containing 1 crepe 3 tiny tubs of ice cream and a handful of cheap sweets. 2 cans and 3 packs of 25p crisps (which they had to send separate) lucky if it is worth a fiver, and the fact they put a HOT crepe in the box with marshmallow and gummy sweets. Would strongly suggest not buying.

They got my order wrong, when I phoned to let them know that they had mixed it up the response I was met with a very unhelpful and obnoxious customer service. I had ordered a Nutella milkshake with two scoops of vanilla ice cream. It was changed to a toffee milkshake which only stuck to the side of the cup. When I phoned the establishment, I was told that I would have to pay for both a new milkshake and the delivery fee. I find this unacceptable considering me and my friends waited over an hour for it to arrive and I was being very reasonable over the phone. To top it off the ice cream wasn’t nice and the “toffee” milkshake was just melted whipped cream, it tasted like it had gone off. Overall I am very unhappy with the quality of the food and the customer service I received tonight.

LOVE THIS ICE CREAM SHOP ! Recently discovered this little gem in Cumbernauld Village , so great to see different shops appearing . Their sundaes are amazing and the staff are fun too . Will deffo come back with my little nephews very soon .

Horrible ordered a hot cookie dough came to the door not hot , and tinny so un happy i ordered strawberries to with it and am lucky if i got 6 half of one shocking so not happy wont be ordering again
