TSQ Playhouse in Camden

Upon walking in place looks quite quirky and funky, but that’s where it ended for us, while trying to find a table have server come upto us to ask for credit card to put behind bar yet we’ve not even managed to sit at this point. Im fine with opening a tab but no way would I be leaving my card in their till, especially with contactless that’s just asking for trouble in my opinion. Who regulates how they are stored and used and im not covered for theft if I have physically given them my card so a massive no from me and we left. Don’t understand why we couldn’t pay as we ordered, assume that’s why it was so dead in there, that and the rude staff. Any how we went onto many other bars in and around Covent Garden and had s great time.

The live music is amazing, johno the security guard is fab and the lollipop is a great addition, however, the management team, particularly tiger, are rude and un-accomdoating. At the end of our evening we wanted to split the bill and was faced with restrictions. We were then informed we couldn't buy any further drinks at the bar because we didn't have a table tab. No wine by the glass either. Such a poor business model. We would have spent another £200 or so if management hadn't put up barriers and made us feel unwelcome. This is the 2nd time we've been here and the 2nd time we've been made to feel this way. Poor, poor, poor.

I came here to celebrate my friend’s birthday. She choose this place as we found pictures of fancy type cocktail. As always, I check the review online and lots of it bad review. However we give it a try as the cocktail look fancy. In term of price, yes the cocktail price are expensive. Even mocktail price also expensive. It just because of the decorative glass with kids toys and some other accessories which is make it look beautiful on the photo Its loud here but we kept dancing. This is not place for chit chat or sit down meal. This place for fun. If you just looking for drink then this place is not your place as you might shock to see the cocktail price. We had lots of fun. The staff are friendly. One of the security guy who stand by at front door really help my girl friend ti climb up on the circle pole and make fun of it. We are all very happy dancing and kept drinking. All of us make fun video on the entrace as its really instagramable. They even have barbie box and we took lots of photo. This place just fun just like its name “play house”

A very disappointing visit. Everything vastly over-priced for what you got. The food was mediocre at best and I'd been looking forward to the cocktails, but when I tasted them, they were awful. If there was any alcohol in them, it was such a small amount that it couldn't be tasted. The music was ridiculously loud so you couldn't hear yourself think, let alone have any kind of conversation. Will not be returning to it.

There's something wrong with the alcohol in this establishment - it seems to have evaporated from the £15 cocktails. And the Whisky & coke tasted funny aswell.

Went after having a meal to go for some drinks as we had before. Told we needed to hand our card to them and order food. We didn’t want food. The place was empty only us there! Told we wanted to speak to manager and then she was rude told us they DON’T HAVE A LICENCE?! Yet claim they are a bar? We said right we are leaving don’t charge us for not showing up when we have. Told we would be charged and we need to order a drink and food we said we will order but don’t bring the food she said they had to? Rude staff, rude rude rude. Finally let us leave and agreed to not take our deposit. DON’T go save yourself the upset

I went here with my partner after a meal. We heard such good things about it we thought we’d book in for drinks. When we arrived we were shown to a tiny table and was told we had to order food. We told them we had already eaten and they said it didn’t matter we had to order something. So we got the spring rolls. They came out freezing cold and inedible. The waitress promptly took my bank card off me and then took an order for drinks, the drinks were very very pricey for what they were. Some were smaller than a cocktail glass and had a light up ice cube for £20. The service was really slow and we had to collar someone everytime we wanted a drink and then has to wait 30 minutes for the drink. So we ordered 2 at a time. The entertainment was ok, but not the best. The security guard seemed to enjoy himself but was a bit full on and came across like a sexually deprived person… everything he did was sex related and it was quite unsettling. We wanted to leave but had to wait 40 minutes to get our bank card back and pay the £180 bill that we had. The drinks cost more than the fancy meal we had been to before. It was okay, but I wouldn’t recommend it to friends. There’s much better places in Covent Garden that you would have a better night in.

this place is insane. Definitely worth a visit. TSQ is so Lively and fun. BUT the price off a drink is triple and we was never told that the deposit is taken out at the end off the night. Witch gave us a surprise as we left with a £425 bill. We was also double charged for a round off shots witch was £60. all that being said would definitely go again

When we arrived, the place was absolutely buzzing and the atmosphere was great. The night I shared with my friends was one of the best nights I have had. But, let down did come at the end. We were not aware that the deposit that we put down was going to be taken at the end of the night as we we’re about to leave, so much to our confusion, we did not understand why we got charged £425 when the package said for six of us it would only be £270 (£45 each as a deposit and a package of 2 free drinks and three free nibbles). As we later found out, it was because we got over charged for 1 round of shots and 1 round of birthday cheers shots. We did get refunded for the over charge. Just be careful because the drinks were very overpriced, but aside from that the night was very enjoyable and I would definitely go again.

Came here, staff were VERY rude, waited nearly an hour for one drink which was a ridiculous price for how bad it was! Then when we wanted the bill, they already took a bank card if ours, and when we went to pay we asked for the service charge (28£) to be taken off because the service was POOOOR! And they said no, and refused to give our card back untill we paid everything including the service charge, i explained that you dont have to pay that in the uk if you dont want to- and said if we didnt pay they would get the police- all over not wanting to pay a service charge for poor service.

Went there with my partner. We had one of their pre-selected menu which wasn't too bad price wise. We got 2 drinks each and some starters. the entertainment definitely made our night, it was so much fun. Very nice vibe. They also have a karaoke room which could be a good night activity with a group of friends.

DO NOT ENTER BEFORE 8PM We were charged the same price tickets as everybody else and yet our early booking meant we were asked to leave, not only our table but the whole venue, just as the entertainment started. I did contact the establishment to make a complaint but well over a week later no response. Ruined our evening. Staff were not apologetic ("we can't have entertainment all night" but they can charge you just as much.)

Tik tok hyped this place up and I honestly had one of the worst nights in London of my life. This place masquerades as a premium venue, however it felt more like a Butlins event. The entertainment was dated and much too loud. Our “4 seater” table was actually fit for 2, our starters and main were bought all at once, an hour and a half late - no room at all on the table. The food was clearly frozen from “Iceland” and barely edible. The drinks are just as bad , the light up ice cubes were reminiscent of a primary school party. Not premium at all. The toilets were miles away in a basement and were not cleaned. The entire venue has no signal - which is weird. The staff have little service skills and no personality. Avoid at all costs!

Beautiful place, impresive drinks, variety of snacks and staff are all so nice and helpful. Our host Tulip is lovely young lady who look after us so well . Entertainer is perfect too we all enjoy so much. Defenitly will come back .

Personality lacking staff, poor service! All the staff are like bees to honey, hovering around you constantly and the moment you finish a drink they snatch your glass away! Staff don’t let you near the bar, probably because there’s actually no alcohol in sight! £16-£22...

Another over hyped TikTok venue. Service is terrible, food is awful and cheap ingredients and the drinks are about 30ml. Music was far to loud and entertainment was dated and boring.

Went to TSQ Playhouse after seeing their fantastic pictures on Instagram, however I was extremely disappointed with the drinks we received. Cocktails were very expensive, and looked nothing like the pictures we’d seen beforehand. For the price, the glass was half empty.

The best spot in London that has it all! Delicious food, amazing atmosphere, excellent service and the most fun!

This is exactly what’s needed after lockdown... a night of pure fun! The drinks and staff are amazing. No other place like it can’t wait to come back with the girls
