Truth in Hammersmith and Fulham

Llamé aquí en 3 mañanas diferentes para el desayuno y era 5 estrellas cada vez. El personal era muy amable también. tuvimos diferentes desayunos cada mañana era tan bueno.

El lugar en sí es ahora. Los dos pedimos el plato arcoíris con queso de cabra y aunque el queso de cabra estaba precioso, el resto de la ensalada estaba tan sosa que preguntamos si se habían olvidado del aderezo para ensaladas. Ella dijo que no, es el balsámico - 3 líneas diminutas a través del queso. Muy seco y aburrido. Algo que podría haber hecho en casa en 10 minutos al mismo nivel. La camarera era agradable y dijo que iba a retroalimentar a la cocina, pero luego nos dieron la cuenta y tuvimos que pagar 12. 5% de cargo por servicio cuando todo lo que la camarera hizo fue tomar nuestro pedido y traer la cuenta. No pidas la ensalada.

Un montón de opciones saludables, así como comida reconfortante. El brindis de aguacate 🥑 era para morirse. La tostada francesa con bayas fue una buena opción. Vinimos aquí 4 días seguidos.

Hubiera dado una opinión completa de cinco estrellas, excepto en 3 visitas aquí esta fue la segunda vez que nos han cobrado de más. La comida y el servicio son excelentes, increíble desayuno vegetariano y los mejores cafés que hemos tomado en cualquier lugar. La última vez que estuvimos aquí me cuestioné el precio exigido, ya que parecía demasiado alto, resultó que estábamos pagando por la factura de otra persona. Esta vez pagué lo que me pidieron ya que no parecía tan obviamente irrazonable, pero solo después de salir (y no solicitar el recibo) me di cuenta de que nos habían cobrado de más por alrededor de £ 10. No nos molestamos en volver a quejarnos, pero nos sentimos un poco corto cambiado por la experiencia. No tengo ninguna razón para creer que esto fue de todos modos un acto deliberado, ya que el personal es tan agradable, y probablemente solo desafortunado, pero dos de cada tres facturas incorrectas es decepcionante para ser honesto. The food, drink, and atmosphere were very nice. Truth is a relaxed and rustic cafe with a modern take. I had the American breakfast as pictured, as I was originally searching for a cafe that served French toast with bacon. It was phenomenal. Every aspect of the meal was delicious, particularly the scrambled eggs and, thankfully, the French toast. The hashbrowns were potentially the best I have ever eaten. I had an iced latte with oat milk which was in a generously sized glass, though the coffee itself was a tad too bitter for my taste. I was sat by an open French glass door and was able to observe Hammersmith's morning life whilst reading my book. A very enjoyable experience.

I'm visiting a friend and she comes here all the time and now I understand why! The young man in the cashier area in the afternoons is so nice and helpful! The coffee is great as wl as the chai latte!! It's walking distance from her job and walking distance from another friend's home ❣️Mkae sure to go before they close at 4pm... I think 😉

We ordered two big breakfasts at truth, a traditional and a veggie one. The food came out promptly and the servings were huge ! Typical English dining experience in a funky venue. We literally rolled out. Thank you

It’s pretty much a place to hang out at, with adequate coffee, pleasant environs, and friendly - if slow - staff. Mind you, that pretty much describes everything in the area 🤷‍♂️

From the start we were greeted with friendly faces. Placed our orders and they were delivered promptly and fresh. Cappuccino was a lovely strength of flavour and my daughter's choco chai latte went down a treat. I had an omelette with feta and red pepper which was served with a slice of sourdough toast. It was packed with feta and pepper and was delicious but so filling I couldn't eat it all as I don't have the biggest appetite. My daughter had the American Breakfast, great quality ingredients, sausage and bacon. So pleased we found this little gem of a cafe. Only negative is please update your website with current prices and menu but I haven't marked you down as it was one of the most delicious brunches I've had, service was great and the prices in the current climate and being in London near a busy tube station were reasonable :)

Stayed over after seeing Musical Box Lamb Lies Down on Broadway so popped in here on Sunday for breakfast. Nice large open restaurant. Seated quickly and took time perusing the menu. Finally I went for the big breakfast and my wife a vegan one. Both meals were excellent as was the coffee and tea. Glad we got in early as by 09:50 people were queuing. Lovely service as well.

This morning me and my colleagues went to truth after our 12 hour shift, we were really disappointed by the service, the brunette lady was so rude and disrespectful. It was also very overpriced with no substituting any of the items on the breakfast everything was at a charge. One of my friends swapped feta for halloumi and was also charged for this. We will not be returning and would advise people to try half moon instead of truth as the service is much better and more reasonable. £5 for apple juice that taste like saliva.

I have been several times and generally really enjoy going. Their food and drink are pretty good (LOVE the chocolate chai latte!) and have a wide range of hot drinks available. Only negative thing was that I found the last third of the hummus wrap to be far too oily for me and I couldn't eat it. It was very very messy too but other than that, a very nice cafe with friendly staff

The food and staff are great. We were looking for a nice place for breakfast. We only had breakfast here but I think lunch would be great as well.

Just sitting here for an Espresso which is what I usually drink, simply real simple but hard to find a place where you get a nice atmosphere that combines with your coffee, great service, not busy like a fast food place but enough customers that all seem to be looking for that special little place. Decent breakfast, good bread, excellent pancakes and the banana and cashew smoothie was really tasty! For 2, we paid 29£ for a solid breakfast. Good value for the quality.

The coffee is excellent and plus they have gluten free bread and almond milk. Only thing, the place is supposed to open at 6am but we had to wait more than 20 minutes outside. It's a bit cold inside.
