They had great halal food. Their service and employees were great but the restaurant space was too small. Make sure you go there with a small number of people.

Food was nice although didn’t taste too strongly of truffle except for the fries. Despite this, the truffalp burger and beef burger were really good. We were charged for tap water £1 which was a bit annoying though as don’t know anywhere else that does that.

Consistent and tasty burgers just like I like (I just didn't really like the sweet and salty burger sauce); favorite for the top fries! The service is fast, the waitresses are smiling and offer advice. Cramped space and if there are people it creates a cacophony.

I ordered the Truffle Burger. Today one of the best burgers I have ever eaten in my life. A very special flavor, very well prepared. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The place is small, for 2 or 4 it is perfect. It has take away or to eat on the premises. Every time I come to London, I will come back for this burger. Thank you so much!

Today, 5 of us went here. Before we went, we called if they had gluten free options. After learning that they did not, my niece, who has a gluten allergy, took a package of food from a suitable place on the road and took it with her. We came to Truffel Burger and when we were about to place our order, we asked if it would be a problem for my niece to eat it here. We were rudely told that of course it was a problem and that she could not eat there. This is a health condition and you as a business do not offer an option, that’s okay but why this rudeness, this insolence. That's arrogance, do not give this opportunity to such people and businesses because they have high scores. I recommend other burger places with a better attitude towards customers who will make you feel more welcomed!

Delicious burgers , We had one beef and one chicken and they were both just amazing. I do recommend getting it double, it’s an additional 4£ but definitely worth it. Prices are really reasonable Service is out of this world

Went with a friend, and we had a fantastic experience. We both ordered the truffle burger, without bacon, accompanied by loaded fries and potato and cheese croquettes. The food was incredibly delicious, with rich flavors, even the sides themselves were really good. Although the seating was limited, it's a small and cozy place. It's great to note that they offer halal chicken and beef, they also served pork, however it's cooked separately. Really friendly staff. Overall, it was an excellent meal, and I highly recommend Truffle Burger and will be back to try the other burgers and sides they offer.

Best burgers in town! Equally scrumptious truffle Parmesan fries and the mozzarella sticks with pizza sauce!!! Divine truffle mayo! Even the homemade orangeade was absolutely delicious! The service was 10 out of 10! Our waitress, Jodie was so friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely be returning to Truffle Burger again and again!

I came in myself and was only allowed to sit at the bar, when they did have the seats for four ppl. I offered to move when there are more ppl coming. They didn't want me in, asking me to wait outside. Not customer friendly at all. Don't come unless there are two of you or four!

Tried to eat here today. I havent been for about 6 months but have been coming here for years. My friend and I asked for a table and were left for around 10 minutes while the staff were cleaning the tables of people who had left. If it was quite busy we would understand but as soon as we sat down they ignored us and they did not have the courtesy to say "we will be with you in a moment" . The food has always been great so i gave it a 5 star but service and atmosphere 1 star each as when we decided to leave and go somewhere else the blonde lady made a rude comment to us and made us feel unwelcome and a nuisance. This is such a shame because i always enjoy the food. My advice would be to only come here if you do not care about customer service and can handle just having decent food without friendliness and professionalism from waitresses.

We came as a group of 5 and had a great experience! The truffle burger (their signature burger) was easily one of the best burgers I’ve had in years, not to mention the parmesan fries which I also really recommend. The service was also fantastic and the waitress who served us was so lovely. We’ll be back next time we are down from Edinburgh! :)

The best burger in town. In the heart of Soho we found the best truffle burger in London, an incredible combination of flavors. Be sure to try the chicken burger with goat cheese, it's out of this world. The staff are super friendly and attentive. We highly recommend it!

Great no meat burger - juicy and truffley! Quick service with a smile - soho prices but hey it’s in Soho! Recommended - especially if you like truffle!

Everything tasted really luxurious!! The cheese was rich, the flavours were! 10/10. I had the veggie truffle burger, however it was a meat alternative, so it tasted like meat - that was the only downside for me. But I could let of the meet taste, as the cheese and filled were super delicious. I had the fries and parmesan and some mozzarella sticks. Everything was bang on! Definitely worth a try. The staff members are really polite as well!

Restaurants and food joints can generally offer 2 things which can make a customer's experience pleasant. Taste of food and customer experience. Sometimes we can compromise with taste if you are hungry and even an average food can satisfy your hunger but a bad customer service can destroy the whole experience and that is one thing which can be controlled or rectified by employing the right people for the right job. I had one of the worst experience at Truffle Burger Soho due to the incredibly rude and unprofessional behavior of the manager whose name was probably Jodie. I ordered a burger with no bacon, while she was taking order in her loud dominant tone, she asked "if you have any allergies?" to which I replied no we don't but then as the order was complete, I politely reminded her that "please remember its without bacon" to which she changed her tone to a higher pitch as if she got really offended and started questioning me very rudely " Is that an allergy? I am asking you is that an allergy" and her attitude came as a shock to which I replied " the conversation regarding allergy is over and I am just reminding you that the burger is without bacon" to which she again came back to me very rudely saying "but thats not a allergy, is it?" The staff in this restaurant are probably compelled to bear her dominant tone and rude behaviour but she should bear in mind that customers are not her staff members. As we already placed the order so we did not leave but if that was not the case we would have immediately left if we had known that they have such unprofessional staff. Her attitude made the whole experience horrible and waiting or eating food was just a mere formality. I was shocked by her lack of basic customer service skills and blatant disrespect. And keep in mind that you will be charged 12.5% of your bill amount for "Appalling Service Charge" whether you like it or not. The burgers were absolutely average but you can get away with that in central London as most restaurants share similarities in taste. We have been running our business for years now but we would have been out of business by now if we had employed people with such attitude. This kind of staff is unacceptable for any business, especially in the food industry. I will not be returning to Truffle Burger and I urge others to avoid this place if you find her in the restaurant before placing your order. Absolutely disappointing!

I think over expensive for a slightly truffle burger that slightly tastes of truffle as the name suggests you would taste a Truffle Burger. Btw the other burger we tried, even with truffle mayo, we didn't taste any truffle and didn't taste of much better going somewhere else. For the same money you get more and better.

I don’t like to overhype food, but the classic truffle burger was up there with the best I’ve had. Great flavour, contrast in texture with the crispy onion and toasted bun, sweetness from the fig jam, consistency in every single bite was the same as the bacon was IN the patty, genius. Great service, Jodie was super friendly. Already looking forward to trying the next burger on the menu.

Had an amazing meal at truffle burger. Had the nicest waitress I’ve ever seen in a restaurant. I especially wanted to say thanks to Kiara who was very welcoming and made sure that everything was perfect. Definitely coming back here again and would highly recommend👍.

Hands down the best burger (the truffle burger) in London. Head and shoulders above the bigger, household names. Shakira was lovely and made the experience that much better. Even down to the presentation and cutlery, I’m in love with this place. Everything you could want and more.

Top notch scran!!! Service was so attentive and we enjoyed the food so much. The beyond burger was banging. Vivek and Shakira catered to our every need and my guys Karolina and Hari bossed the grill, had to get their names. Couldn't recommend enough if youre in this park of town for a show or something.

Pretty good burger. Good size, held together well, nice and truffle-y without being overpowering. Caesar salad was grilled and warm which was a bit odd, but there you go. Staff were friendly, overall very nice!
