6.40 still not open. Very bad service on this location. Not use anymore. Bins still full from day before

One of my best places to stay in London. Pret in general is a good option for coffee and sandwiches, yet this branch has an added advantage of the seats upstairs!

Service was absolutely dreadful. I went to get lunch, picked up a warm meal and went to the counter. I wasn't even greeted, the staff were just chatting. I'm fine with chatting amongst friends but at least do your job properly. Wasn't a spec of customer service. The staff member serving me just opened up one of the tills, I handed my item to him and didn't ask if I wanted anything else. As the card machine started up, I had to ask him for a drink. Not even drinking temperature. Just get a self check out because I would at least get a 'Thank you, have a nice day' from a machine. And maybe even a better coffee.

It’s clearly that this people don’t know how to make a macchiato. The milk is too hot that you can’t even drink. I ask you be remake and still the same. Plus the guy that asked me what is the reason had his finger in his nose such was disgusting.

Toilet not working. Yes tipical. Not working and then they don’t have to clean int. i am going to Starbucks then.

I worked at this branch and I must say I have never seen an establishment as worse as this let alone a Pret A Manger. My co workers were so lazy and would always task me with everything as I was the new and young worker. There is a difference between giving someone tasks and making someone do all the work. The team leader and manager were absolute jokes and I recall one time that they try make me clean the floor with only tissues on my hands and knees. It felt like I was working for sheckles and I felt like I had no say at this joke of an establishment. 2 of my co workers who were of similar age of me were also let go when they were working there and they have also suffered with the establishment and its workers. The workers all have an attitude and they think they own the establishment. Overall I would never want to work there again.

I am a regular in this particular Pret and the food is always at it's 'Pret' standard, however this morning the Egg and Salmon bread/baguette sandwich was just soggy. Didn't feel fresh unfortunately.

I never open the store on time.😔😔😔 And they don't close on schedule. Today 31.01, yesterday 30.01 at 18:25 the door was already locked.

Staff have ATTITUDE especially Jojo, terrible service and rudeness mannered.

They don’t serve iced drinks due to the machine being broken

Friendly staff & tasty treats, but prepare to queue! Soups get predictable, but membership deals are top notch. Worth a try, but manages expectations. Staff work super hard.

Diana delivers the most outstanding service. Every customer is welcome, every customer is special, always with courtesy and a smile. You just dont get service like that in London.

I don’t like writing bad reviews, but honestly this could be the worst prêt à manger in London, the double espresso taste like water, the hot chocolate taste like the milk was not even steamed. And on top of that, one of the staff was so rude. This was my personal experience, maybe you ll have a better experience than mine.

This is possibly the most pointless Pret, they nearly always have empty shelves and a serious lack of food for vegetarian customers.

I've been a regular at Pret Coffee Shop and can't help but appreciate the outstanding service, especially from Mahesh! He's a true pro, always remembering my order down to the last detail and always greeting me with a smile. The coffee is consistently delicious, and the cozy ambiance adds to the overall delightful experience. Keep up the fantastic work, all!

Friendly staff but they never stock Egg&Avo small baguette. I wish this was added to the menu as in other prets close by.

Great location for a bite or a coffee.

The quality of coffee is poor. They just make drinks anyhow, on so many occasions I asked for strong cappuccino they just give you normal as extra shot means extra time to prepare and when the queue is long... they just don't care.. I threw so many coffees away.. today I have challenged them and told that it doesn't taste like strong cappuccino and they were rolling eyes ... branch by the great portland Street station is so much better..coffee is always made good... even though it is a very busy branch too

Staff good, inside clean, WiFi very bad, pee under table outside (not my own).

Not much choice left at 2pm, but BLT was OK.

Cold and uninviting place, the girl at the tills said merry Christmas to all customers but me...

Never opens on time, I can never get my morning coffee before work

The worst Frapee that I've ever taste! I asked for a caramel Frapee and I could not taste the caramel only the coffee. Completely disappointed!

Rude staff today. I paid to eat in, only to discover that the upstairs seating was not in use. No seats were available downstairs, and when I told the staff about it they refused to let me sit upstairs, and refused to refund me for the sit-in charge. Finally, someone left their table so I was able to sit and eat, to discover a hair in my mushroom risotto.

Very bad customer service. A staff member was playing with a dog and then started to work and make people's drinks. Not approachable staff and very rude staff.

Set back from the hustle and bustle of Oxford Street. A nice place to enjoy a quick quiet cuppa. Time to think and plan your day ahead.

I used to visit Eastcastle Street Pret frequently when I worked in the area. It is one of my favourites because the staff are super-friendly and there is seating upstairs and downstairs. I revisited recently and it was as good as it used to be with Christmas tunes playing and comfortable seating, a great refuge away from the freezing weather outside. The Eastcastle branch gets extremely busy but is ideal early in the morning when there is hardly a soul around.

Dreadful. Ordered a flat white. Got a luke warm splodge of bubbles. Avoid

Unisterested and untrained staff. Manager speaking in a different language to other colleagues.

Store assistant Anna delivers a great service: always cheerful and positive.

Very friendly workers , quick and tidy service.

I tried to get in, but one of the workers (younger man) that was by the door told me that they've closed, I asked how come as it was 16:45 and closing time is at 17 and he said because they are out of stock, even though there was still food on the shelves.....

Terrible experience this morning. Ordered a croissant which was not received. Bought a salad and was given no fork to even eat it with. Ordered a matcha and vanilla lattee and was given just a vanilla one that tasted so awful it had to be thrown away!! Will not be returning!!

The drinks are always made well. The staff are friendly and efficient.

Beautiful place. Friendly staff. Variety of ingredients to chose from as a vegan. Drinks options for the current subscription in place. Respecting the queue and found very clean the whole store.

Could have spent 5 min updating the opening hours.....closes 1430, for any other poor sod looking for an open source one

This branch (Eastcastle street) has the best service in London

Often visit this place when delivering to Maeve, 180 Oxford St at the Loading Bay in Winsley St to buy the GirlFriend a Victoria Sponge Cake she likes

It was warm , and the service was quick.

After moving office due to a new contract i have found myself disappointed and frustrated by both staff and quality of the coffee in the Fitzrovia (49 Eastcastle St, Fitzrovia, London W1W 8DZ) when compared to Paddington and London bridge franchises. I have given the benefit of the doubt on many occasions however nothing ever changes and staff are quite rude when you request a fresh un-burnt coffee over the preheated and re-heated milk being used from multiple containers (unwashed after use) , and also when requesting the syrup is added prior to the end of making it. Staff require retraining, especially the middle aged, RUDE, blond lady who lies to your face and tells you its fresh milk and she "just poured it" when its clearly a lie as customers can see you making it! the manager here is great, polite and when making my coffee is was made perfectly, so its not a store,bean or machine issue, it is simply that the barrister either doesn't care or doesn't know how to make a proper coffee with un-burnt milk. i would also like to highlight the way breakfast food is being made, the quality has dropped dramatically since March, uneven poorly made and soggy, this never used to be the case. PRET please for the love of coffee re-train your staff - if everyone could make a coffee as well as the bald guy at london bridge you would soar above your competitors, at present your losing plenty of custom to Paul's bakery, Caffeine and the local coffee house directly opposite. 1* - tested on over 10 occasions as work next door GO TO - Pauls Bakery or Coffee House over the road for a real FRESH barrister made coffee - staff at fitzrovia Pret a Manger are clearly either not trained or poorly trained

This is one of the quickest option to grab a coffee or sandwich if you are in London. They have plenty of outlets and each location their staff is happy and welcome. That's what makes this place better and better. Try their soups.

One staff member was unnecessarily rude to another. In front of customers. It's unprofessional on any occasion, but also embarrassing for the other member of staff. Aside from that, fine service.

Pret use to have high standards as sandwiches bar, not sure what’s wrong but every one are cutting down on quality to increase profits... salmon breakfast baguette, about the salmon they left only the smell inside ... show them that was absolutely nothing inside and they gave me another one, open it and is exactly the same thing... Charge more but go back on quality products!!! Is a shame I can’t upload the picture ...

Shelves are empty. 10 mins past 8am and I cant find sandwiches in a sandwich shop. 70% of the usual selection is not available. Disappointed

Become a regular customer most of the staff are very polite friendly nice feeling to go in and get a cup before starting work only a week ago a member of management was scratched her head which I found quite unprofessional near open food please be more professional second time I Went back in the shop she was scratching her head with her login card

Pret never lets you down. Always friendly staff and their coconut flat white is the best. Use your own cup and you get 50pence off too. What's not to like?

Healthy and tasty as any Pret, but this place is also necessary to Oxford Circus and is quite large (having two floors) and comfortable.

nice spot of lunch that got us out of the rain and was not over busy like most places in the area. we ate in but had to eat our food off of the packaging it came in would of been nice to have a tray or s plate but other than that was very nice.

Lots of seating in this Pret as well as toilets for customers. Slightly off Oxford street also so the queues aren't as long.
