Arrived No Hand sanitiser first warning, Went up to order got told to take mask off WTF. Should have left then, Staff no masks when moving around and serving, Tables cleared but not wiped or sanitised after use, this is what is spreading the infections! poor attitude poor service.

Had a late lunch here on a Saturday when in a hurry. Service ok, food was fine and very reasonably priced.

The café is situated, on a side street, down from the main Leven High Street therefore its in a convenient location. Some of the hotel or pubs breakfast menus stop at a certain time, however, this place you can get what you feel like when you want it. There's a choice of size of breakfast or a wide range of hot filled rolls as well as hot and cold drinks. Its a no frills menu with simple quality food. Plain fayre but sometimes thats just exactly what you feel like. The prices are reasonable so its also good value for money. We went for brunch and the place was very busy, usually a good sign .Every table was filled, mainly by families with young children, and I think there was high chairs available for them. It can be a bit of a squeeze when full. I went up to the counter to order but I'm sure there's table service too. The service was quick and the staff polite and friendly

Always come here when we visit family locally and we are out and about in Leven. Usual good sign, always busy. Simple food done well served by friendly staff. We are usually having a mix of cooked breakfasts bacon or sausages in a roll, something and chips etc. Limited for vegetarians.

Great for value, cheap place to eat but don't think because its cheap the food is rubbish, the food in this place is great, amazing home made food what more can you ask for? portion sizes are massive for what you pay. The staff are so helpful and polite, very helpful and wonderful with kids. They also have a few tables and chairs outside if you want to nip out for a quick smoke or if its a lovely sunny day you can have you're meal outside. I would say the best little café down leven! worth a try people

Excellent. I wasn't expecting much considering it's a supermarket cafe but my breakfast was perfectly cooked. The hashbrowns and tastie scone where a real highlight. I got the big breakfast and a latte. The cost came to just under £12. Not bad compared to the other cafés in Dunfermline. Ladies who are serving are friendly, polite and very accommodating. The coffee is real, vibe in so comfy and cosy. You forget you are in the middle of the shop. I went during the summer holidays, so the were lot's of lovely families. Only con. The is only two people working in quite a large cafe. The serve is quick still. But they really should have more help. It's within walking distance of the high street and bus station. Overall very please. Will be back very soon.

We went here for a cup of tea as it is dog friendly. That was a big plus. However you can only seem to order via the screen opposite the counter and this was not easy with lots of people milling around. We found seats towards the back and the lighting was poor which was probably just as well as it felt slightly grubby. My husband wanted to use the toilet and said it was filthy and certainly the queue of people waiting to use the one toilet would not have allowed a clean. Overall not somewhere I would return to as a parent of a student.

Visited this lunchtime with service users. Food was ok although 2 of the baked potatoes were very small with hardly any filling, the 3 filled rolls all good, no complaints. The issue arose when it came to paying, quite disorganised. The gentleman became visibly stressed, struggled to find the price of most items. We needed individual receipts + as the till didn't print these, they needed to be hand written, he didn't know what to do + when he asked for help he was told "he's busy" + "I've not a clue, sorry", there was a woman standing close by who looked like she could've helped but didn't. I made eye contact a couple of times but she just let him muddle on through. I ended up saying to him to forget about the receipts and I would do them myself on return to work. He was so anxious, really felt for him. He needed support + didn't get any. Wasn't a pleasant experience. I've worked with adults with additional support needs for nearly 20 years + have an autistic stepson. I'm all for places like Sensoriale but please support the staff to be the best that they can be.
