Quick service and a smile deserves 5 star

Food was decent but I came for the Manchurian which they didn’t have. Ken needs to introduce the indo nasi Goreng asap!! Service was 10/10.

Avoid at all costs, no idea how they're still open. Servers looked like they wanted to unalive themselves. Birria taco had no flavour, 9th street burger tasted of only 5 spice, the burgers was tough as a boot and the bbq beef was gelatinous. Scammed out of £50 for food I wouldn't even give to a dog.

Excellent service and lovely food

Great place for food in the Trafford centre. Had 3 small hawkers and the crispy chicken special. Food is spicy but had the option with the chicken to have the sauces on the side to dip into. Food was served quickly and freshly cooked. Waiters attentive and polite. Second visit and won’t be our last.

Food is soo tasty !! I have been back 3 times already. Loads of options. The noodles were the best and I love the salt and pepper chicken. Highly recommend. Great service aswell

Great food, great service, great atmosphere! Would highly recommend the Atlanta Chicken for anyone who enjoys something with a kick & the Raspberry Elderflower Collins for anyone with a sweet tooth.

Amazing food, massive portions, great atmosphere. Nidhi was very attentive and couldn't do enough for us. Highly recommend the Mafia Burger, even if it was a bit messy to eat 😅

Taz was our waitress and she is absolutely lovely!! She is so welcoming and approachable and had a beautiful smile on her face the whole time. Really makes the difference, especially when it’s already so busy.

I didnt have a good meal here unfortunately. There was hardly any space and we were seated right next to the kitchen and the toilet. The food is extremely salty, strange flavours, some of it definitely frozen and I'm pretty sure full of MSG. It took a while for us to be served and I find it overpriced for the quality, it is more like food court quality than a restaurant

I'd rate this a 0 star if I could. We asked at the reception if it would be OK for my wife to have a childrens meal as dietary restrictions have been placed due to a surgery, this was refused by the manager. When questioned his reply was "just take the rest home and have it later". I'm not about to reheat mediocre food. Any decent eatery has met her requirements until now. I will not be back and will definitely be recommending that others don't either. Your staff are rude and extremely unhelpful. The only one that gave half a shit was the chef and he was rude too. Oh and clean your bathrooms too they are disgusting. Especially the mirror outside of the mens toilet.

I got the three dishes including salt and pepper chicken, crispy beef, and hoisin duck noodles and they were all very flavourful and decent portion size. However, the salt and pepper chicken was cold and also soggy. My sister got the mafia burger and all the meat was cold, it was completely soggy with nothing holding it together, and the slow cooked brisket was chewy and all in all disgusting. Tried to catch the attention of the staff many times, but was ignored and neglected the whole time. When we were eventually acknowledged at the end of our meal, the staff were ignorant and dismissive, walking off after we asked for the bill and ignoring us at our table. Overall, not a good experience, wouldn't reccomend

A great place to dine, the 3 plate meal was great for 2at a lunch time and I was surprised as to how tasty the Vegetable plate was - too place !

They now charge cover charge rather than service charge trying to be smart, especially the Chinese guy who brought me the bill didn’t present himself with a smile and just showed a face when I asked to remove the service charge which he didn’t do, on top of that the food was salty I’m mean seriously salty, is this a way to get customer to buy more drinks because it works, the worst restaurant in the Trafford centre AVOID!!!

I had an excellent experience at Tru Street! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout my visit. The food was absolutely delicious—full of flavor and beautifully presented. Every dish we tried was spot on, and the service was quick and smooth. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending Tru Street to friends and family. Truly a top-notch experience!

Use to be a great spot. Cold food and warm drinks! Also they have a 7.5% charge on top not for service for staff but to pay the bills?! That’s what your menu prices are for. Is the a VAT avoidance scheme or a way to make customers think it’s a service fee? S&P chicken made me feel terrible about 90 mins later… really terrible. Draft Pepsi max was flat then changed to bottles which were straight from room temp. Really disappointing.

My wife and I really enjoyed our lunch at Tru Street, Trafford Centre in Manchester. The food was delicious, and more than adequate quantity. Jithin gave great customer service, really looking after us.

Don’t waste your money. Ordered 3 mains each one arrived 7 minutes after each one. Hence you eat your main then wait for your partner to arrive otherwise if you want to dine together 1 of your meals will be cold. Staff are morbid walking around and the food is not that great too.

It used be to very good but not anymore. Lot of fats on beef ribs, less tasty, no singaporian nodels any more. Disappointed

a totally hidden gem, staff were nice the food was just ohhhh so delicious the beef ribs were so soft and juicy and the garlic wings were amazing,struggling to find anything wrong honestly, surprisingly good music tbf proce was a bargain for what we got aswell 9/10

Food is fine not the best or the worse I’ve had. Staff were really nice had a young girl serving us and she was lovely. Think it’s abit mad that you have to pay for a takeaway box though never had that before and considering the prices for the food

We visited the Manchester restaurant this evening. I just wanted to bring your attention to one of your staff members, there was a slight issue with the sauce on the food and he sorted it out straight away and clearly takes a great deal of pride in his job and has excellent customer service skills. I hope you can give him some recognition for this. His name is Miguel

Absolutely amazing atmosphere and food, every bite got better and better! The staff (especially Nidhi) were lovely and very attentive. We ordered the Tru Barbarian, Nepalese Momo, Kogi chicken tacos and the crispy chili beef - everything was delicious. We had an absolutely amazing experience and will definitely be back!

Let me start by saying 10/10 for staff. However, the food needs some major improvements. It is not quality food and you can tell.

Amazing food and had a lovely time - came for Iftar. I’d 100% recommend the momos for a starter and the option where you can mix and match 3. Loved it so much and great service (I think Jithin was serving us), definitely recommend ☺️
