Great service at Nandos Altrincham as always, lovely male kept checking if food was okay and if we needed anything else. Thank you!

Foods Not tast enough. Chicken was tasteless.

The meal for the 3 of us was easy to order from our table and the food was very good.

The food is out of this world. I rarely give nice reviews so this is a change of pace. The staff were EXTREMELY kind, and the food was bussin. A-ma-zing.

First time at Nandos. So here goes. Welcomed in and given a table to sit at. Told what and how to order. The food was good and tasted nice enough although I felt a little expensive for what you get. Quite a few people in under 15 years of age, but they were well behaved. The staff, although pleasant some seemed to hang around, not particularly doing much whilst others were. I did have to ask for them to clearer the table after our meal and before we ate ice creams as the plates were left on our table for a good 10 mins. Even though staff walked past us and saw that we had finished and still didn't clear the table. Some staff just needed to be a bit more proactive. So a 4/5 from me.

Why do you always forget my sides!?!?!?... What is the pont of this meal with no sides? Come on Nandos, just check the order is correct will you. This is not the first time it has happened. Once (granted this was a delivery) all I was given was a box of peas! I have never been offered any compensation. Getting your money back is not good enough! You still have nothing to actually eat! Fuming and hangry.

Waited 30 mins for our order & decided to check with the staff. Been told that it’s 15 mins more to wait, so 45 mins in total. When the food arrived, finally, it was cold. Table sat next to us, same story. It’s the 2nd time this happens to us and we won’t be going back or ordering from here again.

Absolute dismal waste of money. Waited 45 minutes for cold and basic food. Sent back the wine as got short poured-175ml instead of 250ml. Everything felt sticky and dirty to touch,

Used to come fairly regularly but definitely won’t be coming back after tonight. Came on Wednesday evening, the restaurant was quiet. We ordered food at exactly 8pm, waited for 30 minutes, went to ask about our food, which was btw sat at the counter for good 15 minutes already. A very bored waitress said that she will go check, which she never did. After other couple of minutes they finally brought the food and surprise surprise, it was stone cold and had to be reheated. We asked for some type of compensation, even just a free quarter of a chicken the next time we come. Another very bored waitress told us that they don’t do that. Additionally to that, on multiple occasions in past, they messed up our take out order or gave us visibly old and stale peas. Guys, if you can’t be bothered to do your job properly or hate it that much, then rather don’t do it at all.

Surprisingly,I got the cucumbers sides with only six pieces and on piece was a different shape and it wasn’t fresh it was really slimy and disgusting even are dog doesn’t want it. The spicy rice had hardly one quarter of the box. I thought the chef ate most of it.

Staff friendly and helpful. Salads very fresh too - Mediterranean and Caesar. All good.

Dirty dirty dirty! Didn't eat restaurant needs a good deep clean and that's front of house I dread to think what the kitchen is like.

We came in as a family of four, two children, one under ten. Not minutes after we sat down, a group of six teenagers was sat on the same table as us, so for the entire meal we had to put up with swearing, shouting, rudeness to the staff, general bouistrousness and pranks on each other. The swearing and shouting was the worst, because my children were there! I know the staff can't control the customers, but they can seat people in a proper way, a group of loudmouth teenagers have no place next to a family. We won't be coming back.

Food hygiene accident waiting to happen, staff are a mixture of lazy, rude and frankly uninterested. Don’t get me wrong - there are a LOT of staff here but 75% treat it as a youth club. Zero work being done. Just chatting, Wondering about and strangest of all. Cuddling, kissing and playing with each others hair?! Worst of all - I saw a member of staff knock food off the hot counter on to the floor and leave it there. 2 further members of staff walked past it and did nothing. 5 minutes later, a 4th member of the team picks it up and PUTS IT BACK ON THE HOT COUNTER. I raised this point with a member of staff at the counter who first denied knowledge of it and then accidentally let slip that “it was still mostly in its paper bag” meaning she knew what had happened. She then kicked off at me saying “well it wasn’t your food so what do you care?” Avoid like the plague. Dangerous culture in this place

Okay food wise, basic Nandos food. The upstairs was a bit unkempt and desperately needed tables clearing. I recommend otherwise.

Five starts for the staff here. But one star because the last three times we traveled to this branch it was closed without online notice or no reason why it was closed.

Worst Nando’s I’ve ever been too. First on arrival was told there’s a 40 minute wait for a table when the restaurant barely looked busy (Tuesday evening with plates still out on empty tables). Then decided to order to take away, picked two meals to then be told they don’t have it. Then changed order and tried to use a gift card to be told the card machine isn’t working. Then after 15 minutes got the order to then find food was missing upon arriving home. Staff couldn’t have cared less throughout the experience

Butterfly chicken moist and cooked well. Good that you can have drink too ups no extra cost. Restaurant large well spaced out clean. Food did take while to come out 35 mins Chips cold - Waitress blouse & trousers where extremely dirty looked like cleaned the floor with them very off putting.

Food good reasonable price. Slow to come out to table after ordered & it wasn’t even that busy. Staff members uniform that served was very dirty both blouse and trousers shockingly so. I thought about leaving when looked at it but was reassured by colleague that foods okay & kitchen area looks okay.

Deserve a zero star! We had an absolutely horrible experience here. Better run away and never come back again! Very unprofessional and rude👎. We ordered food for 5 people at the till because we wanted to use our NHS discount that we couldn't use with the online app. We paid altogether and he did not give us any receipts to check. So we trusted as usual, sat down and waited a long time for food. When the food came, we realised that the guy at the till omitted 3 items from the whole order including a whole meal for one of our children. Imagine a hungry kid who is waiting for her food and the other 4 of the family are eating! While we shared with her, I called the manager and explained the situation and he brought the receipt and said that you have not paid for that food! When we complained to him, he did not apologise, he was just repeating the same sentence that there should be a problem with the till! So, we ordered again and this time was more shocking and disappointing! As I attached a photo of the receipt, we ordered a plain Fino Pitta with no side and they brought it with the onion and other stuff in the pitta!!!! Called the manager again and he brought the chef to the table and showed him the food. Not only he did not apologise but also he excused the fast cook and the mistake of the staff. Unfortunately, his nails were longer and dirtier than in any horror movie you have ever watched. It could be an allergic ingredient in the food which is pernicious. Anyhow, when we saw the guy, his dirty nails and his attitude, we immediately left the restaurant with a very sad and terrible experience. I hope one day, the hygiene investigation will take place in this Nandos branch and close it for good.

They are more worried about their deliveroo orders than customers sat waiting in store!

Food was left under heat lamp for ages no one serving. Cutlery was dirty, over 45 mins waiting time, and the chicken was dry, Won’t recommend at all.

Very disappointing service, order food and paid in to two bills. One of the order arrived wrong and the other one arrived too late, when we complained to the manager, he didn’t do anything about the poor service !!!!! Won't eecomnend

As always Nando’s chicken is best but there is so much delay i waited for 35 mins for my order. I was hungry when i ordered and waiting time killed my hunger and my mood. One thing more they have inexperience personal for the take away order they don’t know which one is ready to deliver and food sits there forever.

WORST NANDO EVER! Never had any issue with the same restaurant in Densgate/MediacityUK, but this one is absolutely terrible.Had been waiting for a table for an hour, and we were not told the drinking machine not working until we'd got a table. Ordered two full platter, all of the chicken was dry, overcooked and burnt. Asked for Peri powder for fries, waiter shouted at me saying I did not order Peri fries. DESPICABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!

Love Nando’s food and the team at Alty do a really good job. Tried the Garlic Churrasco burger for the first time. Very nice. The ordering process is straightforward and the food arrived promptly. The staff were welcoming and friendly. My only negative is that the cutlery wasn’t very clean. I was rooting around for the least bad options but still giving it all a wipe before using. Otherwise a great experience as usual.

waited 1 hour for food and it came out freezing and the chips were rock hard garlic bread was hard chicken was cold . tasted like it was sat waiting for a long time and service was terrible.

I love it! The staff is super attentive, kind. The food was great, abundant, good portions, and delicious flavor.

Chicken can improve, is a bit dry, what is really annoying is how dirt was the toilets, you can’t even see your self in the mirror, I can’t blame the personal is just the administration seems that hire young people and don’t have a proper training, the staff was so polite and check several times but never smile and seems that they were tired… need to improve motivating the staff and overall cleaning even was close upstairs section was dirty.

First time in a Nando's. It was ok. Place was clean, friendly staff, app purchasing made a group order easy.

I ordered two portions of spicy rice as sides to go with my takeaway order. When I got home, I was shocked to discover that they were only half full. I rung up to complain and was dealt with by a clueless staff member who had zero customer service skills in addressing my complaint. He sounded half asleep. I asked to speak to a ‘manager’ who was just as bad - he had to be prompted to take action and ensure portion sizes are adhered to so that customers are not short changed. The whole place is run by youngsters who do not care or understand what customer service is. Judging by the other comments here, Nando’s head office needs to be alerted. I have never had any problems with takeaways from the Parrswood breach so I knew I had been short changed at Altrincham. I would double check your order before you leave the Altrincham premises if you must get a takeaway from there! Caveat emptor!

Oh dear.... to be brief, staff attitude just awful, food over cooked and took far too long. Well below the usual Nandos standards.. disappointing.

Very pleased with my trip here, staff were very polite and fast working, all tables were cleared at a fast pace and nothing was left around for too long, the food was excellent (I had butterfly chicken meal with peri fries and garlic bread as the sides, the misses had 4 boneless thighs meal with peri chips and garlic bread + we had a beautiful chocolate cake) the chicken was cooked to perfection as well as the chips, bottomless drinks are a good addition with the meal which adds great value for money. The main toilets are a little hard to get to as you do have to go up spiral stairs but they do offer a disabled toilets that are easily accessible on the main floor, toilets are very clean and well managed.

Take your money don’t bring the food

Sadly tonight our food was not the greatest. The chicken was dry in the butterfly chicken and the sides were not hot. I also had to complain about a group of male teenagers who were vaping at their table. When we left, the males had not been spoken to by management even though 3 times a member of staff said someone was coming to deal with the issue. Not my usual experience of good service and good food. I was disappointed in nandos tonight.

i didn’t get none of that due to the false ADVERTISEMENT the store wasn’t open at 11:30 online it says 12.15 so we waited till 12:15 and the guy came out and said 1 that’s it

I, like most people love Nandos and have been to a fair few. I've never had to wait for 30 mins for the food though, anywhere...

Over priced food which was ok but this is a chain establishment so you come to expect that.

We've eaten here a couple of times now and the food has always been good. If anything slightly higher on price than what it should be given the fairly basic chicken dishes. Overall though tasty food and good atmosphere.

Lovely food and was cooked well. Nice and hot. Staff possibly short staffed hence not the most polite girl working there but it looked like she was also the only member of staff they had. Main thing food was nice.

Lovely nandos, classic experience with nandos really. Feels more expensive than it actually is and the prices aren't bad for what you get. The staff were welcoming and it wasn't too busy in this nandos which I've come to be surprised by as they are usually rather full. Would recommend if accessible as there is no parking at the nandos.

Awful- had to wait ages to be served then see other customers who ordered after us get their food before us - cold food when it did finally arrive- sent it back to be replaced with…lukewarm food in a freezing cold pita which of course went soggy and broke apart. A mess, made an order through the Nandos website. Sent via deliveroo and nothing turned up. I phoned the the store, help line, deliveroo, deliveroo Nandos team and still nothing more than we will get back to you in 48 hours. DO NOT ORDER OFF THE NANDOS WEBSITE. No way to track, no way to get refund, no way to re order. I know have to get food from somewhere else with £55 taken out my account (stolen) from Nandos. Will I get it back? Who know? Shocking

That restaurant that looks very nice from the outside. but when we got inside we were shocked. We sat at a family table on the second floor. Tables, under tables, chairs, walls were very dirty, there were traces of ketchup everywhere. the walls were plastered and dust was visible. After seeing all this, I didn't want to eat anything although I was so hungry. I took pictures of all of them. I can add if I'm allowed to. Shouldn't a corporate company that does a lot of work have its place cleaned frequently?

Standard nandos, like every other nandos that has ever existed.

We ate here three times in three days (twice take out dinner, once dine in lunch). My son LOVES this restaurant. He is coeliac and Nando's knows how to handle his food so it is safe. Finn was our server - and he was amazing. An asset to the company. Thank you!

Did an order for collection from here and spent over £100, Lots of items were missing from the order and the store manager didn't give us any help with the missing items. If I could give 0 stars I would 😂 ordered a click and collect at 7:58 for 8:20. Get there 8:18, don’t get my meal until 8:50 AFTER everyone who has ordered after me got their meals???? Ridiculous 😀

Trainee manager was great, pretty much all the other staff, especially the kitchen staff were useless. Waited over 45mins didn't even bring starter out after telling me its coming out. had to get it refunded at the end and its like they didn't believe me haha awful

Really disappointed, we were brought our mains two minutes after receiving our starters (we were with our young child so absolutely no where near finished). When I explained we had only just been brought our starters, the waiter said he would warm the mains up later when we wanted them. I was so shocked at this and said I wasn’t happy paying £40 for warmed up food, however when our mains were brought the mash had clearly been dinged and the burgers were cold. Won’t be visiting again.

Me and my boyfriend went tonight for food. As we were sitting, we noticed a lot of people complaining about their orders or returning them. Anyway, we ordered halloumi sticks to come before our main as we were really hungry. After waiting 45 minutes, I asked a member of staff where they were. They told me they were ready but so was the rest of my food and if we wanted it all together. I said yes. Our food finally came, but still no halloumi sticks! My boyfriend went up after our meal to explain that the sticks had never came. As the member of staff went into the kitchen to inform the kitchen staff, 4 members of the kitchen staff all turned around and started staring at me and started mocking me. They were laughing at me, staring and pointing at me and making jokes that I could not hear. Absolutely APPALLING behaviour. You are supposed to be adults with a job. Get over yourselves and f****** do something. I have never experienced anything like that in my life and will never be back

Nice little Nandos in the centre of altrincham. It's a good spot to meet friends for an informal spot of lunch. Everyone loves a Cheeky Nandos after all!! Staff were friendly, Food was on par for nandos. And the vibe was good.

AVOID! Terrible service. Made us wait 30 minutes to get a table and then the table they gave us was not even clean. Then me and my friends had to wait another 25 minutes for our food in which mine did not even come. Woeful service, some rude staff also. Shout out to the blonde lady working in the kitchen for actually smiling.

Always up to expectations.. We stopped over for a quick meal and it was delicious as always. The food was served pretty quickly.. I have no complaints. Finding a car parking space in Altrincham isn't an easy task though!
