Delicious, will be ordering from Trishala again.

Food tasty but not hot. Order not even complete and for the last hour at least have not answered either of the phone numbers on their own website. Talk about customer service gone wrong! Will be contacting credit card company.

Really disappointed service from the lady staff at front they need to get proper staff for entrance coz that the first sight impression for the restaurant. She was like really grumpy. Overall experience was disappointed.

Bad service and food is really bad

Beyond the poor service, the wait time was excessively long, and when the food finally arrived, it was neither tasty nor hygienic. Given this experience, I cannot consider this place a true “Indian Restaurant,” as it fails to reflect the warmth and hospitality typically associated with one. I would not recommend dining here.

One of the worst restaurants I have ever seen wish I can give 0 ratings. Lady at reception doesn’t know how to behave with kids probably she doesn’t have one any at home. We went with my kids and nephews as they are little one start playing with dishes and spoons she is snatching without asking us. She doesn’t know any word of customer services. I would never ever recommend anyone to visit this restaurant and specially this horrible woman. She need some laughing classes.

I recently dined at Trishala with my family and unfortunately encountered a deeply unsatisfactory experience. The service was extremely poor, with an elderly staff member exhibiting a lack of respect and professionalism towards customers. His communication was curt and dismissive, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. Furthermore, the service was incredibly slow, with an excessive waiting period exceeding an hour due to insufficient staff. This lack of attentiveness was particularly evident as the staff member appeared to prioritize non-Indian customers over Indian patrons, which was deeply disappointing. Based on my experience and the numerous other negative reviews I've encountered, I strongly advise against dining at Trishala. The quality of service is unacceptable, and I would not recommend this establishment to anyone.

Food amazing as always from trishala. Delivery driver went to wrong address and phoned me asking for the code, apparently he has to drive to the location on the app or it won’t take the code?? He said he would have to drive back there. This needs sorting out just eat!!!

First time visiting Trishala, and considering it was empty, we were a little unsure. But this won’t be our last visit as we weren’t disappointed. Lovely service and fabulous vegetarian choices on the menu. Highly recommend the Dahl Makhani with the Pashwari Naan. Only a short walk from Kooky.

Absolutely fantastic Indian restaurant. There was a slight hiccup with my first takeaway order and they went above and beyond to make me feel valued as a customer and correct it. The taste was never in doubt. I would 100% recommend. The dishes were delicious!!! Best in Red Hill 👍👍👍

Food never turned up when ordered. I rang the restaurant and asked for help twice but was told that it wasn’t there problem as food had left the restaurant. No effort to help. Really disappointed they couldn’t even give a phone number to help sort the problem. Very very sub par customer service

Terrible service regarding delivery! Delivery time was put back twice, food then never even got delivered. Called the restaurant multiple times asking for help on what to do as I have paid for my food and not received it! Was told not their issue and to try just eat. Don’t offer delivery services on your food if you are not going to even bother with it. this isn’t the first time this has happened judging by other reviews. Terirble way to treat paying customers.

Usually order takeaway as good value for vegan Indian food. This time came to restaurant and had lovely meal. Any vegetarian dish they can make vegan. Additionally, I was told that they are adding more vegan dishes to the menu. Service was great, dishes came hot and the food was pleasantly spicy and rich in vegetables. Get so sick of curries loaded with potato. My many side orders were filled with aubergine and broccoli amongst many others. Definately worth a visit.

The paratha bread was falling apart and I could not even use it to scoop up the curry ! Was it that old???

Love the food at Trishala. They have some really different combinations like the venison curry and samosa chaat starter. It’s a bit challenging when eating in as like most small establishments they’re juggling between eat-in and delivery through partners. However, the food makes up for it and had a great meal tonight as usual when we go there.

Amazing food. As we're vegetarian, we loved their paneer butter masala, daal tadka and veg biryani.

Food was hot and no problem with it apart from taste was not what we liked as it was not like tukka masala we have had from other India takeaways

It’s a pity that i am having to give a poor rating to this restaurant despite the food being good. We had ordered dinner for delivery and even paid a premium for an earlier delivery. The delivery time on the tracker went from 25 minutes to 40 to an hour. Repeated phone calls to the restaurant went unanswered. The delivery person kept standing there while the restaurant gave preference to the people there. This was confirmed by him and we could see it on the tracker as well. We did not have the option of cancelling the order because the delivery person was already there. So we paid extra and still ended up getting sidelined without being given any answers. A very Bad and expensive experience.

The food was very tasty as always it was a bit colder than usual but I think that’s down to the driver .

All I would suggest is, maybe label what is in it on the lid as we both had lamb, one Jalfrezi and one very spicy.

Missing items on our order when called the restaurant they was rude and unhappy to help!

Order a delivery when it turns up missing items ring the restaurant straight away hoping they can deliver them to be told no as ordered on just eat it’s nothing to do with them rude and unhelpful.

Fabulous food, different enough to be authentic but unique enough to be different! Wouldn't go local elsewhere anymore.

It is north Indian restaurant. For non vegetarians Lal mans could be a different option to try. We tried Veg Kofta and Dal makhani and it was tasty.

Wouldn’t even give 1* for food. I ordered Chicken Tikka Masala and Pilau Rice and together on a plate just tasted like a Tesco Ready Meal. The Man working there was standing behind the counter staring watching all the time. I got home, felt really I’ll and had food poisoning symptoms. On the toilet for 1hr30mins, went to bed and threw up everywhere. Never going here again and will definitely not recommend to anyone that’s interested. Thank you for ruining my night, honestly the worst Indian restaurant I’ve been to.

Without doubt the best Indian food in East Surrey. We have been eating in this restaurant and getting takeaways for 5 years now and it never disappoints. The vindaloo is breathtakingly good and the staff are so nice.

Incredibly poor customer service. Delivered the wrong food (and half the value) then spent the entire time blaming the driver. Refused to resend the correct food. Rude over the phone, also hard to contact. I won't be ordering again.

Had butter chicken, mixed vegetables curry, lamb korma with naan and prata. The food is good overall. The lamb korma was a little sweet for my liking. Everything else was good so far. It's a mom and pop run place so service will be moderate. If you are in Redhill area it's worth a visit or you can do delivery.

Lovely food but we expected the poppadom to have come with some dips (turns out it was just 1 poppadom by itself), the food is quite pricey (very delicious) so it would be nice to have an extra poppadom and dips thrown in as a nice gesture like some other restaurants do.

I've been eating Indian food all my life! Order a meat madras pillou rice and chapati. I hate to moan about food and never do but the madras just tasted of burnt paprika and was bright red in colour??? The pillou rice was good but the worst thing was the chapati!! Absolutely dry and rock hard even after sitting in the bag and was unable to chew it! Never had that before

I made an order through Deliveroo, and spent around £30 for one person. I waited 45 minutes, and expected a good quality meal for the prices. Unfortunately this is not what I received. I tried it as I didn’t want to judge with my eyes, but it tasted exactly how I imagined. The food looked/tasted old, cold and flavourless. Considering the wait time, I assumed it would have a much fresher taste, but was disappointed by the lack there of. When I called to question why I had paid nearly £1 for one poppadom (which was basically dust in a bag) and overall my dissatisfaction with the meal I could not eat, I was met with an extremely unhelpful and unprofessional response. I was spoken over and not given the opportunity to voice my experience. I was extremely disappointed, considering I am relatively new to the area, and have had wonderful experiences elsewhere; This was a real shame. Deliveroo were on the other hand wonderful, and provided an apology for the experience and a full refund; to which I was very grateful . The quality and service do not match their price points. I will definitely not be returning.

Food was luke warm - it's ok. But there was a bone in the food which i nearly broke a tooth on. very dissapointed
