Went out for a meal and found myself at the Trigger Pond. It's always a nice change from the other pubs I go to. I was seated quickly, which I thought might have been difficult the weekend before the schools start. I ordered the cavery, and was served by a pleasant lady called Sharon. She went through the other options available but I went for the cavery. It was served at the right temperature, and the right proportion of veg to meat. A big thank you to the chef, as food was great, and a big shout out to my server who made a solo visit very enjoyable. I will be returning..

Visited Trigger Pond, yesterday, 26th August. Not our first time for 2 of us,but first time for friends daughter. When we arrived got a wonderful warm and friendly welcome from Sharon. It was very busy,but the service was excellent, drinks order was taken and served within minutes,as was our food order. We all ordered something different,but food was very good. All the food was very hot and really tasty. Sharon really made sure that we were looked after and that everything was satisfactory. Really can recommend visiting Trigger Pond, very clean,warm and friendly service ,and good value for money. Plenty of parking ,which is free. Will definitely be returning here very soon.

I love the TP but a walk up and all tables reserved. Please management, this is just ridiculous- I don’t want to sit on high chairs in the bar. Keep some tables free for non regulars . Food was good service very slow.

Roxy and Sharon were working behind the bar. Both were so polite and welcoming, taking the time to talk to every customer whilst maintaining a fast working pace. This was just what I needed after a bad day at work.

I have to say we have been to trigger pond a few times now and everytime meals are good and members of staff are polite there is a lovely lady called Sharon her service is outstanding polite service with a smile chatty lovely manners always go above and beyond to make sure your time is to perfection with no issue thank you

My all time favourite pub to come too, the service is always spot on & always looked after like a VIP from the fabulous Sharon & Simon, nothing is ever to much trouble even though I'm such a fussy person, they know excatly how I like my latte which is always served to perfection & lovely & hot as they always make it extra hot for me that's how I like it 👌 the service is spot on & they definitely know what customer service is all about, I look forward to a Monday lunch as always greeted with such a lovely welcome & a lovely warm smile 😃 your both such a credit to the team. We always enjoy our visits to the Trigger Pond, no matter what day or time we book in there is always a friendly welcome from the staff. The service and food is the best and Katrina always makes an effort to get to know her customers and takes an interest in whether we’ve had a good meal. We love to come to the quiz on a Friday evening, the atmosphere is great and everyone seems to have a great time, even singing “Happy birthday “ to fellow customers brings everybody together. I would really recommend this pub to anyone looking for a first class experience, you won’t be let down by the hard working staff! Keep up the good work guys!

Had a great time at the trigger pond! The staff are all really friendly and welcoming. Service was fast on bar from Ben and Charlie (I think?) later on when I went back for my pudding! I had some of the grazers and a pudding and they were delicious, would definitely recommend the ice cream sundae! Will be coming back for sure 😊

Had dinner at the Trigger Pond on sunday while down visiting family as we usually do. As always the service is second to none from both Roxie and owner Katrina. The food was absolutely fantastic but thats what ive come to expect as this is the standard they have set over all our visits. The girls even realised we were a family member missing from this visit and enquired after her and said to tell her they were asking after her and a speedy recovery. So that shows we only go in about 6 times a year when we visit area and staff remembered us

Charlotte our waitress was a fantastic server, good choice of meals and friendly pub overall. Good amount of sears weren't waiting too long for seating

Went over to visit family and decided to have our tea here. The food was amazing after having the mixed grill I'm glad I didn't go mega as I was stuffed! Still left space for a rocky road mind, plus it was quiz night! What an amazing night we had. Karina was fantastic an amazing host we will be back again soon.
