Lovely friendly lady who served us lovely tea and coffee, followed by great ice cream,the best in Looe,would come again.

I recently visited this shop with my grandchildren, unfortunately the experience is not to be repeated. The woman who served us gave the impression that she didn’t care if we bought any5hing or not, she was miserable and rude. Throughout the service where we bought five ice creams and one coffee she never used the words please, thank you, hello, goodbye or any other pleasantries once. The impression was that we were disturbing her from her busy life sat in an empty shop. The ice cream was of poor quality and contained large ice crystals making it unpleasant to eat and the portion size was the smallest I have ever seen served anywhere. My advice is avoid this shop and spend your hard earned cash with one of the better vendors in Looe.

Rude over priced tiny portions. Attempted to give constructive advice. To be dealt with vile attitude and no customer care whatsoever. Avoid plenty of nice and better value places for icecream. Also much more pleasant in other establishments.

Good quality ice cream and pasties,all locally made which is good,other sweets and rock available as well as tea and coffee.takeaway only.
