Visited today with kids. Ordered 2 regular waffles and a cookie dough. When the waffles arrived myself and the kids were very disappointed. We were presented with half a waffle with two Ferrero on top chopped served with whip from a machine. The menu stated a scoop of ice cream so that's what we were expecting, not whip from a machine. So for £8.49 for a regular waffle and whip is definitely not value for money especially when you visit with more than one child.

Brilliant place and friendly staff

Bought a waffle with banana, strawberry and belgian chocolate, the waffle wasnt cooked at all and felt like eating dough, mentioned this to the staff and she gave a smile as though its a free treat. Worst experience ever.

This desert shop was nice, was busy which you expect, they was great choice service was nice, but for the price you pay was expensive I thought, 2 treats and 2 drinks was over £25.00 and they was small.

I leave this review as I hope this will change. I have been a long time customer and would always go to treatz for milkshakes. However, the milkshakes have completely changed from what they used to be and most of it is whipped cream, milk and very runny. Furthemore, it is more expensive than other places. Rassams is my go to place now due to this but if they change I will be coming back to treatz. All the best no bad review intended.

We were greeted with a warm friendly welcome and shown to a booth. Although it was a cold evening the restaurant was warm and cosy. My partner ordered pancakes and was blown away with the actual portion size! All desserts were extremely tasty! Perfect for our sweet tooth’s! Excellent value for money & great customer service! We’ll definitely be back! 🍰

It was my first time trying Treatz Desserts. I got the Milk Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough with chocolate sauce and vanilla ice cream from Uber Eats last night. The ice cream came in a separate tub. The cookie dough was so good! The ice cream was okay but the cookie dough was definitely the highlight of the order. I will definitely be ordering from here again.

Excellent service by the young man who served me. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name, but I remember he had a tattoo on his left hand. He was very sweet and friendly. Would highly recommend this dessert place!

I have had the pleasure of visiting Treatz on numerous occasions with my family, and each experience has been better than the last. During our most recent visit, we were served by Joseph, who provided exceptional service and was both courteous and engaging.

My first visit at treats at what a shame it was. Being someone who has a sweet tooth and regularly visiting Dessert parlours I think it's fair to say I know what I'm looking for any what can generally be expected. But I was stunned by what they charged and what was issued. I ordered a waffle £8.49 only to be issued with a half a waffle. The milk cake arrived which contained no mil and I was given a shot glass containing the milk. Now you can imagine how much milk I was given, considering it was meant to be a MILK cake. £7 for a mojito which was 80% ice, I was so stunned. I had spent a total £55 and it was sooo not worth it. Will NOT be going again. There was better, cheaper placed who actually give you your money's worth.

Poor show for a milk cake. Tiny portion. Tiny tub of "milk". Not value for money at all. Other dessert places offer larger portions for lower price with much more milk. Unable to share a pic otherwise I would.

Such a warm, welcoming environment. The owner is absolutely lovely, great customer service, great desserts definitely recommend this place to all that want to try. My fave dishes to try would be the fondue, brookie, tiramisu and cheesecake, moqtails and mint tea are also really lovely for drinks.

Do not fall for the viral videos.. place js averageat best. Even with the extra sauce option i got the most undercoocked dry crepe in my life with basical 0 toppings

the portion size you could fit through a coin slot absolutely tiny and not worth your money at all, £10 for the smallest bit of food you’ve ever laid your sorry eyes on.

We've come to Treatz as a family several times. Each time, the staff (especially the manager, whose name I can't remember unfortunately), are so polite and efficient. He knows us now and always greets us with a smile. Desserts are always fresh and served quickly- the cookie dough is my favourite. Perfect for a family or a group outting.

Dined in with my sisters and nieces . Such a nice environment for family and friends. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. A staff member called Zain in particular was very helpful and kind. Would really recommend to anyone in Sheffield!

I am a loyal online customer of Treatz Sheffield on London Road, and they never cease to amaze me! Their customer service is impeccable and I mean it. It’s crazy how they always….always pay close attention to customer’s special requests. Today, they went above and beyond by giving me a generous scoop of ice cream just as I requested. It shows how the staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. And of course, their desserts are always delicious and satisfying. I’ve tried this a few times (6) but only just got round to doing a review. Last tried Dec 2022. This is a clean desert parlour. Good friendly staff with lots of seating. I’ve tried milkshakes, milk cake and traditional deserts as well as karak chai. All very nice and no complaints.

The French Toasts are amazing. We keep coming back for it.

Usually good food but yesterday waffle was not the same taste, not warm and strawberries looks really old. Also fly on plate and many meat flies about in restraunt don't think I'll be back

Husband made a query about a dessert, wondering if they served it. Customer service was absolutely appalling, he left feeling embarrassed that he'd even asked the question. There was no other customers in. Wednesday 17th April. Totally out us off. We have 2 little girls we like to take out for a treat but this has totally put us off.

The only dessert parlor you need visit when in Sheffield. Hands down the best in Sheff. ⚡ Karachi Chai is the one.

Friendly staff. A chap called Sandeep really stood out on my last visit. Exceptional customer service. Karak chai is awesome too.

Very rude service was antagonised by server and manager and was made to feel uncomfortable and unwelcome through no fault of my own. Don’t recommend stay far away !

Some of the staff members should not be public facing if they can't show up to perform basic customer skills. Definitely not recommend. Makes sense why the place appears all most empty.

Been a few times. Desserts is good however a few months back went in with a group of us (20+) which they said they could not accommodate and when discussing had shown poor attitude. I think the guy was having a bad day. 3* as been before and are normally okay.

Great friendly service and top notch dessert

First time visiting here and really liked it! My dessert (Ferraro crepe) was delicious and I liked how they are very generous with the toppings! 😍 big portion at a reasonable price. Service was great and I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in, waiter/server was polite. Defo will come back again inshallah!

It is one of the best places for sweet deserts around. 🏜 the host is delightful, and their service is the first rate. Prices are very reasonable, and choices are plentiful. It's my favourite place for relaxing in class. Try their mocktails for a twist of magic or authentic Asian chai for a taste of Middle Eastern delight

Been to them all.. but this one has the best service best food and best decor im suprised it not full more often 😋 slight downside is mocktails are too expensive the blue one is 8.99 and its just too muxh they should be around 5.50 non alcoholic.

Stopped by for dessert late Saturday night. Delicious dessert and great portion sizes. Not too expensive either.

Had to wait too long but was busy so must be decent. Once seated (after more than 30mins) service was good and desserts good too!

1st time for breakfast here, super english breakfast and their karak tea, pancakes and french toast great too!

Fantastic desserts today with my partner and our friends. Had a good and long look at the menu, could not fault it at all, we came from doncaster for the evening out in Sheffield and it was a lovley ending to the evening. After deciding what I wanted based off the images on the menu I was very surprised and happy that I got exactly what I wanted. 10/10 from us. Thankyou ❤️

I visited this place a couple of years ago and I remember it was nice, so I tried it again yesterday and was compelled to write a review. I had a Cinnamon and Honey cake covered in caramel accompanied by a scoop of delightful coconut ice cream. The dessert was absolutely amazing, what an excellent combination of flavours. I also took an Americano coffee, this was also well made and an excellent accompaniment to the dessert. Would definitely recommend this place, the service was good also.

Have no issues with this restaurant when went eating in. Had a lovely experience fast serving time and a great dessert. On the other hand when ordered on Uber eats the experience is the complete opposite ordered back in March and the food arrived around half an hour late and was freezing cold both desserts ordered had to be reheated. In some respects I can understand that things like crepes can cool down quickly but it was literally stone cold and hard. As for the cookie dough we ordered which are usually very hot when first cooked that was also freezing so it was like our order had been stood for ages. I didn’t write a review at this time as it was the first time I had ordered for delivery from here so I assumed it was just an issue with the Uber driver being delayed which is sometimes unavoidable so I accepted it. Just ordered again tonight the order was meant to arrive at 22:45 and I didn’t receive it till 23:06 which wouldn’t of been an issue if this hadn’t happened previously. Now I’m starting to think the restaurant are responsible for the delays and not the Uber drivers. Ordered a crepe again which arrived freezing, hard and tough again. Also like the previous order in March this needed to be reheated to make it partially edible which obviously warmed the food up but it was still hard and tough which isn’t really acceptable when you’re paying around £11 for one dessert including delivery. I think this is a great place in person which I will visit again. But I’m going to steer clear of ordering for delivery again as the standard just isn’t acceptable when ordered through delivery.

Ordered one waffle from Uber last night, came within 15 -20 minutes but was sooo cold more like they warmed up the old spare waffle and send it….Tried Treatz first time over Rassams and was clearly not up to the standards and more expensive….Giving 2 star cuz Uber refund me the money…

Wouldnt pick here over rassams. More or less same prices, some are a bit more expensive and not as much to choose from. Dishes are smaller aswell. Desserts were good just not worth the money in my opinion, when you can get cheaper or more from rassams 2min walk down the road, Desserts came out really quick, was quick service.

Incredibly delicious Chocolate Brownie Sundae - these guys know how to do takeaway dessert! You do pay a bit extra going to a Treatz compared to some of the more local places but they don't disappoint in flavour - the ice cream is to absolutely die for and the food always comes fresh and well thought out i.e separate hot and cold if ordered on takeaway.

The best dessert place in Sheffield by a northern mile. Lovely decor inside, a great selection of desserts and shakes to satisfy even the sweetest of cravings. I had the cookie dough, banutella shake and a karak chai. Tastes great, the service was impeccable and the setting perfect.

I got takeaway (14.99£ including delivery) for a The Perfect Combo. I loved the cookie dough - it satisfied my dessert cravings without being too overpoweringly sweet. The shake and ice cream were ok, but the packaging for everything was very satisfactory - I like nice packaging. The price is on the costlier side but it’s not a bad bargain.

First time visit usually go down road for a dessert but fancied something different so decided this place very welcoming great gentleman served us 5* service desserts was really nice. Happy I tried Treatz out will diffently be back.
