Trapdoor Se10 in Greenwich

Recommended to us by a friend - we loved y it here. Very cool vibe and super friendly and attentive staff. The food was excellent and very reasonably priced. They catered for my daughter who is a coeliac and dairy free (although no puds). Would highly recommend and will definitely be visiting again

What a find! Loved it in here. The food was lush and served very quickly nice and hot. Great staff very attentive. Nice decor and vibey place to go before going into the O2. Gratuity is included in the bill but they deserved it. Thanks will be back.

We loved this restaurant. We visited the O2 for The Brits and decided to make an afternoon of it. Had a lovely late lunch. Burgers and fries were amazing. Will definitely be back.

If you are visiting the o2 for an event, do not get tempted to queue with the masses at one of the many restaurants near the main entrance. Just keep on walking to area H (quickest up the staircase at the main entrance and through the shops otherwise it will take 4 hours to walk there 😆). Visited yesterday after an event and couldn’t have had better service or food. My friend and I had 3 starts and 2 sides to share all of which was incredible. Cocktails were great too. Compared to the other eateries in the o2, much better value for money. Great atmosphere and service. Will definitely be back and would make the effort to visit even if I’m not there for an event.

Trapdoor is the perfect hybrid between Gaucho and some of the more informal places in the O2. The food quality is up there with top London restaurants but at a much more accessible price point and the drinks menu is extensive with lots of delicious and innovative cocktails. Service is spot on, being attentive but not over bearing and the interior decor is any music lovers delight with amazing art work and photography. Trapdoor is the perfect place to go anytime, not just when there is an event on in the arena.

From the website this place looked amazing and when you arrive it does not disappoint. The decor is excellent and the music that is played in the restaurant suits the decor perfectly. That's the good news. The menu is quite limited , it's priced ok though. We were sat at the back of the restaurant and after a small wait they took both our drink and food order. The drinks took ages in fact I had to prompt the waiter more than once. The starters arrived, buffalo chicken wings drenched in the sauce which was a little on the sour and Saltley side. The mains followed and the waiter decided he wanted to try and put these on the table before clearing the starters. The mains were average. When the bill arrived they did put on 15% service charge, sorry not having that. The sad thing is this has everything to be a great place, upstairs there is a bar and great lounge and you can tell they have spent money on the place. So please sort the menu out, train your staff.
