Encontrado durante el auto recorrido por la zona, excelente descubrimiento. El menú es algo limitado pero fue realmente bueno. Sándwiches de pan tostado (a la parrilla) súper, porciones perfectas, nada más que calidad. Altamente recomendado.

¡Absolutamente amo Trents! No encontrarás mejores tostadas y papas fritas en Londres o mejores anfitriones que Arthur y Aurora. Si Cheers se reinventara como una cafetería en el centro de Londres, sería Trents, un lugar cálido y acogedor donde todos saben su nombre (y orden).

Mis colegas me presentaron a Trent hace un par de semanas, así que probé primero el pedido / recogida en línea, y funcionó de maravilla: la comida estaba lista cuando llegué allí, y felizmente comí chips calientes y crujientes y uno de los mejores tostadas que he tenido en años. Tirado de cerdo con algunas otras pequeñas adiciones y perfectamente tostado con crestas en el pan. Agradable. La semana pasada, las mismas personas me llevaron a almorzar. El ambiente es súper amigable, ¡como ir a ver a tu familia a almorzar! Era un martes, así que era un día de ensalada, y qué gran ensalada fue. Este lugar es increíble y los propietarios (marido y mujer) son muy amables, me encantaría volver con frecuencia. Vale la pena una visita.

Las tostadas rezuman con magnífico queso derretido. Los propietarios son tan amables como vienen y realmente te cuidarán. En general, un gran lugar para escapar de la locura de Londres en cualquier día de la semana. Muy recomendable y un verdadero favorito para muchos que trabajan localmente.

I stumbled upon this cafe restaurant by chance and was on my own, just walking up the street after a meeting in the area. Had a really lovely Niçoise salad for a quick lunch. It was a peaceful haven from the busy street and the food felt nourishing and healthy. Staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. Man next to me was just having cake and coffee. A gentle place, that gave me a sense of happiness and respite from busy London ona sunny spring day. I highly recommend it!

Trents café in Leather Lane, London is special. The simple dishes - salads, soups and wonderful toasted sandwiches - are prepared with great care and lovely ingredients. The ambience is relaxed and friendly, and the location is buzzing. But what makes Trents different? The people running the place. Arthur looks after front of house, while Aurora in her red bandana stays in the kitchen, braving the heat and cooking up enough food to feed an army. The point is, the whole experience is personal and you're made to feel more like welcomed guests than paying customers. I've been to Trents quite a few times now and soon I'll be leaving the area. But I know I'll be back because Aurora and Arthur are like old friends and I appreciate the effort they put into making Trents the lovely place that it is. Oh and did I mention the wine...? Definitely worth a visit.

We stumbled on Trents a while back and have been returning customers ever since. It is consistently good and never fails to hit the spot. The salads are to die for, the chips, the toasties out of this world. But what makes Trents is Aurora in the kitchen who makes the food with love, to be served by Arthur with equal love. It really is a special place and i can't recommend it highly enough. Oh and the wine is sublime.

We stumbled upon this gem on Leather Lane for lunch after visiting the hair salon around the corner. Mr. Trent was in and such a delight to talk to. On this rainy day, we tried a soup and toastie that did not disappoint! My friend had a wine opened for personal enjoyment by Mr. Trent and she fell in love with it. My tomato soup was delicious! I would highly recommend this restaurant and it is such a beautiful atmosphere for gathering with friends.

Delicious food prepared with care and served in a friendly way. Really recommended. Porridge, English breakfast abd cappuccino are super!!

One of my family’s go-to places for Saturday brunch. Open until 2pm. Highly recommend the shakshouka though everything is tasty. Very nice owners too.

As we live around the corner, we often go to Trents when we feel like heaving our brunch out but without much pompousness. The food is always great, the ambience is nice and the service is extremely pleasant! And the price is very fair for the food you get. Highly recommended

Just had a superb salad lunch there. Delicious flavours and a generous portion, with lots of optional add-ons. Small and cosy, with a friendly atmosphere. Leather Lane has lots of stalls selling street food, but Trents is a stylish and comfortable alternative at a very reasonable price.

The interior has a trendy modern decor and it’s a good place for a weekday breakfast. The coffee is good. The location is good. They have a variety of breakfast and lunch items. Vegetarian friendly.

Plenty of choice on this strett but this place gets it right for a treat breakfast, atmosphere and service.

Been here a few times with my family, the food and service is excellent. The servers are kind and very calm, the atmosphere is very trendy but the music inside is perfect for the calm setting. Food was delicious and a great value for money if you want a great full English breakfast in London.

Tuve el placer de pasar mi mañana aquí y este vertido en sobre el almuerzo. Tenía lo que creía que iba a ser un jamón y queso estándar sandwichera, pero fue incuestionablemente (! El mayor sandwich) que he probado jamás. La masa agria era fresco y delicioso y la calidad de jamón y el queso era simplemente delicioso. Así melty y absolutamente delicioso. The toasties here are amazing. Friendly staff. All round great little place. I've had every toastie on the menu, favourite has to be the super tuna melt.

Probably one of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had in London. Wonderful staff. Really excellent venue. Great menu. Fantastic food and great price. Would highly recommend and will definitely go again.

Mi marido y yo disfrutamos de dos maravillosos desayunos aquí durante nuestra estancia en Londres. Los propietarios son encantadores y el Aurora Arthur y atrayente. Aurora, el chef, cuida mucho y orgullo en cada comida que prepara. Arthur cuida mucho de sus clientes. Nos gustaría comer aquí una y otra vez. La calidad de la comida es excelente, y tanto como sea posible, la fuente de la comida local.

I had a fab 3 days here. The coffee, food, people and building were lovely. A visit to Trents is a great way to start the day. Brilliant!

I have been a fan of Trents since our organisation relocated to Farringdon last November. A work colleague told me that Trents had started to offer the ham and cheese toastie as a take away so I decided to try it for myself today. My previous experience of this Trents signature was eating in restaurant for lunch and it is delicious perfectly cooked with crisp salty fries. Not so the take out! On returning to the office I discovered I had a cheese and ham toastie absolutely smothered in mustard (I HATE mustard so that went straight in the bin) but hey I still had chips or so I thought until I discovered that they were covered in coleslaw, tomato ketchup and mayonnaise - none of which I had asked for. As a chip purest I like my chips naked just salt and vinegar so they joined the toastie in the bin. Won't be going there for take out again. Trents if you are reading this please remember that mustard is not for everyone and less is definitely more!

Sólo tenía su almuerzo hoy y será esta una parada regular en el futuro. Tenía el sandwich cubano (sacó de cerdo) que era estupendo, las patatas son acertadas. Mis amigos tenían ensaladas que todos devoraba y que parecía fantástico, a todos nos encantó nuestros almuerzos. Es un espacio pequeño y genial, muy bonito y acogedor y bien decorado, moderno y limpio, con un ambiente acogedor. El personal es súper simpático, estoy 100% de volver!

El menú parece intrigante. Se trata de un espacio pequeño y genial. Me paré porque sólo he visto un sándwich muffuletta en ningún otro lugar en el REINO UNIDO. No fue así. Sabía más como un Rueben. Un sandwich, que era muy sabroso, pero no es lo que dijo que era. Quizás vale la pena intentarlo, pero no esperes nada más que aceptable.

Este lugar perfecto para empezar su día. La cafetería tiene un ambiente cálido y acogedor. Después de nuestra tercera visita nos sentimos como clientes habituales. He de darle las gracias por Trent mi más reciente adicción a la comida; tostada de aguacate con huevos escalfados! Altamente recomendado!

Came here on a Saturday and had a lovely brunch (full English and poached eggs) which was well priced for what you got. Waitress was lovely and friendly. It's quite quiet on a Saturday so a lovely place to relax. Will return!

Londra ha una magia ed un'atmosfera unica. Scopro questo piccolo caffè durante un viaggio con la famiglia ed alcuni amici, e vi assicuro che ne sono rimasto colpito, l'ambiente è accogliente e coinvolgente, i prezzi sono modici e nella norma ma i proprietari sono davvero gentili e cordiali. Se andate, provate la varietà di tea o i buonissimi biscotti al cioccolato, fatevi scaldare da un caldo caffè da portare con voi oppure viziatevi con un FULL ENGLISH BREAKFAST. Grazie siamo stati bene, e se tornerò a Londra verrò a trovarvi. Consigliatissimo

Been to Hatton Gardens a few times now over the years and always struggled to find somewhere nearby for a decent bit of food. This time we chose a different direction and stumbled upon Leather Lane market which was closing up.(2:30pm). We were drawn in by the nice decor and that they served a Muffeltta toasted sandwich on the menu, something I had wanted to try when we had gone to New Orleans a few years ago. The owners are French but the food was a nice mix of different cuisines. We decided to give it a go and I of course had the Muffeletta which is a toast cheese sandwich with deli meat and gerkins. It also came with a garlic dip which was heavenly! Wife had the Thai Curry which was also good. Staff were chatty, friendly and attentive. Top notch! (note that they stop serving food at 3pm though and close at 6) Defo recommend!

Chose to give this spot a try after a disappointing breakfast at the hotel. The Full English Breakfast was the real deal, with hearty, tasty portions. That and a cupper were just what was needed. It became my breakfast spot for the rest of the week. Reasonably priced and smiling service. Highest recommendation.

First visit to Trents, had heard a lot about it and it didn't disappoint, delicious salad with a lovely friendly atmosphere, look forward to coming back to sample more from the amazing menu.

We were in Hatton Garden July 3 and just happened upon this little gem. Nothing not to like: French owners very hands on, and charming. Food to match, what a vegetarian quiche (i don't usually go for this but it looked so good and didn't disappoint), lovely salad, and tho my triple-shot flat white had no artwork, it was excellent. V hot day, but I had a fan right behind me. Good roomy tables, really an oasis amidst the bustle outside. So well done Arthur plus super-wife (Aurora?). We will be back.

I've been to visit Trents for the last two mornings for breakfast. Aurora and Arthur (the owners) are fantastic! I felt like part of the family when visiting. The produce is picked up on Leather Lane and quite fresh. I had well poached eggs, and a side salad as a special order. I had a simple request to have salad instead of toast and it was happily accommodated! The coffee was the best I've ever had. The atmosphere is charming and there is great people watching as well.

Quality casual dining and takeaway spot with scrumptious food and delicious wine options. Service with a smile always - can't recommend highly enough.

From the minute you walk in you feel at home - Arthur and Aroura welcome you like a friend... the food is amazing and the coffee good to go...Can't recommend it enough - if you are over Farringdon way pop in and experience the Trent Love...They have also just started wine in the evening which provides us locals with a welcome oasis from the mad crowded pubs...Relaxing and warm - for a chill zone...

I've been here on a number of occasions as it's near my work. Food is very tasty and fresh and staff are always really friendly and welcoming. They normally do a nice curry or chilli of some kind. I also highly recommend their salads.

I came here with two other people for lunch. I had the special, which was a chilli dog, and the others had salads. We all enjoyed our meals, my chilli dog was especially good and a good sized portion. I also had a nice cup of tea too, and the others all ordered hot drinks. In total it came to about £30. Lovely overall and the staff were very nice and friendly.

A regular haunt for me. Simple cafe style, reasonably limited menu. Also has a takeaway stall immediately outside on the market serving hot chili. Decent coffee, friendly service. My pick of the menu would be the halloumi salad.

This is a bustling little cafe in Leather Lane. Great service and really nice food, all at a great price ! If you are in the Faringdon/.Hatton Garden area - great for lunch.

Fresh and interesting food for lunch at very reasonable prices. Family run and relaxed with great salads, wraps and a good range of pasta and other dishes. There is also a downstairs section for larger parties. If you are near Leather Lane, it's a good place to stop for breakfast, brunch or lunch. I had the duck wrap which was very good, and friends had the "super salad" with goats cheese which they loved. Ask the owners/staff for recommendations or the special of the day.

This is the worst experience I have ever received as a customer.The staff were rude, and a gentleman who I was advised is the owner was incredibly aggressive and offensive during my visit. I tried to have a conversation to voice my complaint and was advised 'it was tough as he does not speak English' The gentleman then continued to verbally abuse me in view of other customers whilst I was trying to have a sensible conversation. I am a previous customer of this business and cannot question the food, however after this experience I would never return. I was both upset and angry at being spoken to in this manner.

A real gem on Leather Lane near Farringdon, a street which is rapidly becoming a foodie haven to rival nearby Exmouth Market.This is a lovely café of the modern sort (i.e. the total opposite to a greasy spoon!), modernised and stylishly done out with good well-prepared healthy European food including hot food, salads and soups everyday. Their goulash is delicious. It gets busy at lunchtimes which is a good sign on a street which is packed with alternative eating places. They've also got a hot food stand outside now for takeaways.The staff are cheery, friendly and helpful. Always a pleasure to go there.

Easily my favourite cafe in Farringdon & Leatherlane, although I don't go there as much as I'd like to I still pop in once a month at least. Recommend the spicy Mediterranean pasta, cooked with beautiful oil & great portions. The staff are always overtly, but not oppressively so & they make a point to remember your face & orders. Gets very busy from 12-2 so be aware, sign of the quality. I always bring a book & enjoy the bustle.
