Totally Delicious Ltd. in Stafford

Visited today with family and the only cold drink choices without sweeteners were iced coffee (that had barely any coffee in) or cans of water.

Popped in for a drink prior to the deacon blue concert. I was as told that the only beer option was canned red stripe as draft was off. When at the counter to collect WARM over priced redstripe overheard the staff say that they were not selling the draft now because they wanted to get rid of the cans. I don’t know if they were out of date or what. Needless to say if that’s how they run things I’m out.

Had fabulous Staffordshire oat cakes here, and the staff were really really helpful. I was cold and they helped me find a table inside with my motorbility scooter as soon as one came available x

We visited twice in the last 3 days. The smoke from the fire pits there blowing over all the outside tables was terrible. It is totally bad for your health and extremely bad for those with lung conditions such as COPD and asthma. We were not able to stay and enjoy food and drink at what is an otherwise excellent venue with lovely views. I feel extremely sad for those working there and breathing it in all day! It’s certainly it good for them

No complaint about the friendly attentive professional staff or of the food and drinks served. what is now a worry is the number of people with dogs inside the restaurant. in many cases more than one dog around the tables. some yapping others being fed under the table some on knees feeding off the table. not only are the staff at risk from who knows what when they clear a table but many dogs cause a potential trip hazard as well. We definitely think twice now before entering here to eat and drink. I'm not against dogs just the way some owners have little respect for hygiene.

Called here on our Boxing day out. A very warm welcome by the very efficient Emma and her staff. A well priced menu, excellent quality food and efficient service. Every member of the staff were helpful giving just the right amount of attention.

We have coffee here most weekends but have now decided not to bother again! Despite always asking for a hot coffee it is always warm. Also the staff have a habit of putting their fingers around the drinking area of the cup and don’t use the saucer or if a mug the handle. It’s very off putting! Today we decided to have an ice cream the girl that served us had one glove on and was holding the cone in the hand without a glove. I asked her if she could put a glove on the hand that was holding the cone and she said I only ever use one glove! The glove she did have on was covered in chocolate ice cream and was dripping into the vanilla. I think the staff could do with a lot more training in food hygiene, and how to serve customers.

First time we visited here and we will definitely be back. Waited for about a minute before we were greeted with a happy smiley face and taken to our table. We had some cheeky little banter with the waiter and were not disappointed with his recommendation off the menu. A very friendly atmosphere coupled with delightful refreshments. What more can you expect?

What an amazing experience! We went at the busiest time during lunch, group of 6 and we were seated almost instantly, kids were offered colouring kits. We ordered burgers and beers, and for little ones lunch bundle. I noticed the lady manager swooping a pint of a tray and returned it as wasn't full to the brim, less than 1cm 'empty' that I would have not noticed anyways as we were all absorbed by the woderul view of the lake. I don't get the 1-4 starts reviews. This place is amazing, food served within 10-15 minutes from ordering in the peak times (that is not easy achievable of restaurant is not well orchestrated), tasty and right temperature. This is from someone with 10+ years of work experience in hospitality covering various rolles up to management. I want to say a great Thank You and see you soon. I would. Do not give to much weight to the 1-2 start reviews, I do not think they reflect the quality of this ppace

Nice view out across the lake at Trentham Gardens. Made a friend, have named him Batman (See photos) Service was excellent. We had a small issue with some wasps and the waiter came and helped us move indoors. Nothing was too much trouble. Tea and toast was good too

Went to the lakeside cafe for some breakfast at 11am, breakfast served until 11.30. Notice at the entrance said please wait here to be seated. We waited, no one came so we helped ourselves to a table and joined the queue inside. Member of staff was walking the queue asking customers to make sure they had their table numbers ready to order. Got to the counter at 11.15am to be told they wern’t doing food at the moment and breakfast finished at 11. We left and went to the takeaway kiosk. Waited 20 minutes to buy sausage rolls only to be told they were still in the oven and wouldn’t be ready for another 15 minutes. Perhaps a management review needed!!

Celebrated my 60th birthday here. Had an amazing night. Wonderful private venue overlooking lake and gardens. Delicious food, attentive staff. Chose ice cream option for desert, a hit with everyone. Thoroughly enjoyed by guests who said professional staff in informal setting.

Disappointed with the food not as described had to leave the salad absolutely swimming with dressing and not as described or on show, will not eat here again overpriced , and they are not interested when they get it wrong.

Disappointed that purchasing an iced latte excludes you from using a Trentham Gardens discount card and excludes from using a loyalty card. How incredibly mean. This cafe really does let itself down.

We visited today 16/08/23 as we usually do 4 times a week spending an average of £50/60 but on todays occasion one of the drinks tasted of cleaning fluid / mouthwash, We asked the young lady if she could change it to which she said no you ordered it so you drink it , very rude indeed We were going to book a pod for 8 of us but that’s a non starter now , totally delicious need to do some customer training so Jeremy , Emma , Lizzie need to up their game as we will not be returning

Stopped by the gardens today for a little walk with my mum and thought we’d stop in the tearooms for a quick coffee. The staff were all so lovely, and the girl with the pink hair made them so well we had to come by again later for another! Super smiley and chatty.

My child has so many allergies and the staff here went above and beyond in helping us. Our second visit was during a very busy period and they were still so helpful and friendly. Can’t thank them enough for patiently checking ingredients etc. The vegan ice cream with no allergens was perfect for the hot weather. So glad we stopped by here as they made life so much easier for me. Thank you!

Terrible experience, will not be dining again! Only went in to grab a drink as the rain started pouring- a horrible Greek sounding male was talking to another member of staff, swearing and talking about inappropriate subjects.
