The self service machines are a right faff to operate and if you are not on the ball, will charge you for double meat as it is made to look like you are ordering it as a part of the wrap itself that you were trying to order in the first place. Tried to edit order by the touch of a button and the whole screen blanked out. Put off and rather stressed off my lunch by this experience, I simply walked out and went somewhere else (which I imagine I am not the only one).

Not impressed, has gone downhill after so many years. You get more value from Chipotle down the road and better position sizes. Hardly any guacamole in my bowl even after adding it as an extra...literally a teaspoon..just in general the bowls are a lot smaller and you are paying more...back to Chipotle for me. I think by making the ordering all electronic it is easy for the Tortilla staff to not load the bowls properly as they should be, this is where Chipotle is better as you have people serving in front of you. I can now understand why there are more queues at chipotle... Not coming here again..never again.

Burritos here are delicious and the queue always moves quickly with the new ordering screens. Manager is quick to resolve any issues and is clearly on top of everything. Now part of my weekly pilgrimage.

Popping whilst passing as I was hungry. Reasonably priced and pretty decent food. Seemed a nice atmosphere and much was a bonus. I would like some more veggie options or meat alternatives but that’s personal preference.

Roti's western cousin, which looks desi but is foreign in nature. Shy with dal, shines in tako. Will not give as much comfort as Paratha, but number one in style!

This is the best Tortilla I have had by far! Sometimes having just good food is not enough but this place delivers not only on food but amazing atmosphere and spectacular customer service! The staff is fantastic and incredibly friendly. Cannot recommend this place enough!!

Ordered a chicken burrito to take away when I got home the rice was dry chicken dry didn't hardly get any roasted vegetables No guacamole or cheese so disappointed not even a bit of tomato sauce so it just falls apart Very very disappointed For £8+

This is the first place that comes to mind when I want a delicious and quick lunch, the speed these guys make the food with its unbelievable. There’s seating downstairs and one of my favourite staff Komali is always there to help and give a smile.

Messed up my order by first delaying it then giving me the wrong item, then have the chutzpah to offer me free tortilla chips

I came here a few days ago and they basically messed up my order, they offered to rectify it but I didn’t have enough time left as I had to go back to work, I came back in today and was ordering at the self serve checkout where the manager recognised me and apologised again and made sure I was taken care of! I really did appreciate this 10 out of 10 for food quality and customer service

I normally think Tortilla is the BEST Mexican food I've ever had in the UK. I used to go to the one in Canary Wharf all the time and it was amazing. This one I've been to multiple times and each time I have been disappointed. You can only order using the online tills which removes a lot of flexibility of making your own burrito (eg. I can't order the veggie burrito but ask to not put in any grilled vegetables and give me extra rice instead for example that I always did at Canary Wharf). There is nowhere to sit. Even Canary Wharf had a place to sit. The burrito is not wrapped well, the ingredients aren't put in proportion, and the burrito is usually served cold. All in all, very disappointed. Try another Tortilla nearby but avoid this one.

Foods okish. Staff look very unhappy bless them … they use a microphone for lunch to read out the takeaway numbers which seems a bit much for such a small place.

This was my first experience here, and I certainly would return. This was a very busy eatery but the service was very efficient. The seating area downstairs was clean and tidy. The food was great.

Very nice place if you want something for grab n go. The stuff are very friendly and i found them quite helpful as well as the kiosk is a bit mess , you need to scroll all the way down for more options. Except that the food and experience was really good. Must visit place

Excellent food. Irresistible tortillas. Menu is extensive and a lot to choose from. Definitely a good place for a lunch break. The beef tortillas was to die for. It can be expensive but worth it. Highly recommended.

A decent lunch, especially since you can customize your own burrito and make it exactly how you like it. The rest said that the menu burritos were a bit bland and boring, but I liked mine.

TERRIBLE - AVOID Went for the chicken naked burrito. The chicken was like dunked in soup. Normally its grilled chicked. Tasted disgusting. Poor service not listening to what I wanted or not in the burrito. Went to pay real poor customer service no forks or spoons. Told the till server she just pointed to the area where there was no forks or spoons. No interest in refilling or getting them. Awful

Delicious and authentic flavors! The tortillas are fresh and have the perfect texture. A must-try for anyone craving genuine Mexican taste. The workers are very polite and service was fast.

A really poor burrito and very average service. There were hardly any ingredients in the medium burrito, and what was there wasn't very well cooked. This Tortilla is simply too busy to provide a good food experience.

Pathetic service, no care for customer, just trying to cut corners and avoiding giving the stuff that is part of order. In a hurry to close the box without even adding last 4 key ingredients (I had to stop him and ask to add). Rude billing lady, no sense to work.
