My wife and I are both vegetarians and we had vegetarian afternoon tea here. The taste, service and atmosphere are perfect.

Only went for a cup of tea. Met a friend in ‘bubbles and something’. Cake options were a bit fancy for my taste.

I was offered money to fake a 5 star review. Watch out.

Exceptional Stay at Café Royal Hotel – Highly Recommended! I had the pleasure of staying at Café Royal Hotel on Regent Street for almost 20 days, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and professionalism, which made my stay not only enjoyable but truly special. A special thanks to Mrs. Marie Charlotte Gautier, the Director of Rooms, for her warm welcome and attention to detail. Mr. Parson Fernandes, the Assistant Guest Relations Manager, consistently ensured my comfort with his kind hospitality and personal care. Mr. Alexis Petratos, the Front Office Manager, displayed exceptional professionalism, and Mr. Luca Sannino, the Assistant Head Concierge, went above and beyond with his outstanding recommendations and arrangements that made my stay even more memorable. The entire staff, from housekeeping to the door greeters, represented the true spirit of Café Royal. Their dedication and high standards are clearly reflected in the experience they provide to guests. Though I was in London for work, my stay at Café Royal made it feel like much more. The hotel and its incredible team transformed my time there into something truly unforgettable. I highly recommend Café Royal Hotel to anyone seeking luxury, comfort, and impeccable service in London—this will undoubtedly remain my ultimate destination.

The location of this hotel is fantastic. There is no place in London with a better location than this hotel. The National Gallery, major museums, Covent garden, China town, shopping mall & street, Musical theatre, Restaurant, Department store, the London Eye, Westminster, and the Houses of Parliament are all nearby. The subway station is also close. The concierge at the Hotel Café Royal provided the best service I've ever experienced. When I arrived in the UK with my son to watch the Tottenham vs. Arsenal match, I couldn't activate my ticket because Google Wallet wasn't working. We stayed last weekend to celebrate our anniversary. Huge thanks to all staff for making our stay so special, but especially the kind lady at the front desk who checked us in. Absolutely fabulous service all round. Deluxe Room was very comfortable and had a beautiful bathroom with heated floors and TV in the mirror. The spa was amazingly serene with great amenities. The hotel is in an Iconic building, it was such a thrill walking out of the doors to be right there on Regent Street and Piccadilly! Would love to stay again for a special occasion.

Valet parking and luggage handled well, a great breakfast and every member of staff we encountered presented a polite, professional and friendly demeanour. The most incredible two night stay. I absolutely love the service and location of this hotel. The rooms are of an incredible size and the attention to detail is like no other you would have experienced. Shocking service from such a reputable company using unlicensed cars and subcontracting their guests out to dodgy companies. No wonder complimantary service.

Please do not come to this hotel, their service is very bad, they talk very rudely to their guests and their food is also not good, I have been sick since last one week, I eat the food of their hotel

I now prefer this place for afternoon tea. Informal but opulent. The room is exquisite, atmosphere is friendly but posh. The service is excellent. Will definitely go back with friends and family.

Obsessed with the Akasha spa! Service is always top notch, the spa is never too busy and is very large. Have never stayed in the hotel but looking forward to one day based on my experiences in their wellness centre <3

Will never return here again. Was taking pics with my friend in the lobby and a guard came to us and told us to delete all pics. I’m absolutely surprised by how poor trained he is? He saw our pics in the alex dilling restaurant and even questioned that too, as if the staff in the resto didn’t see us take pics?? “Are you sure they allow pics in Alex Dilling?” What is this question? We took it in front of EVERYONE THEY WOULD’VE STOP US IF IT’S NOT ALLOWED. If we can’t take pictures sure no problem. But he talked to us in a very condescending tone and disrespect, never have I ever get this kind of service in a such reputable hotel. Ridiculous the amount of money I’ve spent here vs. The kind of service I get. Live up to your name pls, I feel ashamed this even happened in the first place.

Stayed for four nights of pure bliss. Really great hotel. The spa is a welcoming oasis in a bustling city. Very nice rooms and fantastic service all around. The staff is so warm and made our stay memorable. We would definitely stay here again!

An outstanding stay, the attention to detail was perfect from the doormen to the restaurants. You had me at the glass of champagne during check in. Cake and Bubbles was fabulous too. Highly recommended. Thank you The only reason the marks aren’t top, top are the tech in the room wasn’t great.

Excellent hotel, location and service and stuff

We booked over a month ago for afternoon tea for Mother’s Day, and we called the restaurant the morning of to confirm our reservation, and although we selected gluten free options, and they suggested they offered no gluten-free options. We asked if there was anything they could do, and why they didn’t call us when we made the booking to suggest there were no gluten free options. We were unable to speak with a manager and they couldn’t give any other alternative gluten free options from any of the 4 restaurants. Therefore we have been forced to cancel our reservation on the morning of Mother’s Day, and as you can imagine there are no other options to book elsewhere on Mother’s Day in London as everywhere is fully booked. This is apparently the service you receive from an alleged 5 star hotel. Absolutely poor

The hotel is right off of Piccalilli Circus and in a convenient location to explore Soho, Covent Gardens, and Westminster. Rooms are modern and well decorated with useful technology, the marble bathrooms are beautiful, and service was excellent. Breakfast came with the room and was excellent. The only downside was that the wifi was terrible in the room and our devices could not hold a connection.

Absolutely fantastic place food was fantastic definitely worth a visit

I went to the Oscar Wilde Lounge yesterday for my partners birthday and it was a lovely experience. The decor was stunning and the service was amazing. We were served by Gift and David - both were super polite and were really attentive. The food was scrumptious and the ambience with the live piano player was delightful. The cherry on top was when they sang 'Happy Birthday' and brought a cute little cake with a candle :)
