Great place, cannot recommend it highly enough! Service is very friendly and efficient, meat cuts and burgers are perfectly cooked and delicious and the cocktails are as good as in many high-end cocktail bars in London. In fact I would like to personally thank Lele, Zelman's Head Barman - immaculate skills! Nothing was too much trouble for him, even when we went off the menu. With some of my favourite near by places being closed now due to pandemic, such as Roka's Shochu Lounge and Blind Spot, Zelman Soho is currently top of my list. Keep the good job guys! We hope to visit you again in December.

Another great meal at Zelmans with a newbie I took to taste the best meats in London. The service was incredible as always and despite not having the brisket or mushroom sides which I adored, the authentic and beautifully prepared Japanese Wagyu more than made up for it. Highly recommended to all discerning connoisseurs of fine meat!

This was one of the best meals I’ve ever had. The quality of the meats was outstanding. We had the meat plate with 4 different stakes on it. Accompanied by massive American Short Ribs. Delicious. Sublime. At times it was a bit hard to get served on a busy night but overall the service was good. Will definitely be back.

Second time here. First came when it just opened a few years ago- amazing. Great meat and great atmosphere. This time the meat was ok but nothing special. Short rib was overcooked, rib eye was fine. Atmosphere became too ‘clubby’. Love goodman and their steaks are always great! Would not go back to this place though.

Overpriced food ok but not worth the amount charged fillet steak bland no seasoning. Fillet cut into slices not a whole steak felt ripped off. Chips dry and I choked on one it was so dry. Drinks also overpriced.

Zelman had been recommended to us and so we had high expectations. Our steaks weren't bad and the service was good. We visited on a Sunday lunchtime and it was quite empty and soul-less so really lacking in atmosphere. It was very expensive. We also noted they refused our OpenTable Dining Cheque which was disappointing.

Had to request for some of the menus as there were not all provided. Piece of meat was not tender. Food is too basic for the price. Waiter trying hard to upsell.

I got poisoned there by chips with truffles or by mozarella salad which were on the side of rib-eye steak and bottle of wine. The steak was good, no questions, service was good as well, but getting poisoned is the other absolutly unpleasant thing.

I’d recommend it if the special offer was on. My steak was VERY fatty though and my beetroot carpaccio a little tasteless. Very nice staff who were thorough to advise me in my intolerance-free food and to allow me to upgrade my chips.

Too noisy,, waiter was too obsessed with telling a long story rather than listen and consult about the right selection for us, it took 45 minutes to order food!

I took two work colleagues for a meal at Zelman Meats and it did not disappoint. The Steak was utterly superb, perfectly cooked with a great range of cuts. This was enough for me to leave a good review, however the service we received from our waiter was phenomenal. He was perfectly attentive and well informed regarding the cuts and wine selections. Thank you Zelman Meats for a fantastic evening!

Male server forgot to order our two appetizers and when we asked him about them. He answered in a smart tone and what would that be and sheepishly walked away

Extremely disappointing. The Picanha was recommended medium rare and that’s what we asked for. It came rare and cold. The ambience was like a youth hostel with leather upholstery, the terrible music too loud, the clientele (at 6.30 - maybe not very representative) a mix of tourists and passing trade. The wine list was short and extremely expensive. And none of the food felt like it was cooked with love or respect. One good point - the staff are lovely, fun, attentive and professional. But I can’t recommend it.

Love the relaxed ambience and the friendly staff! Upon entering, the team informed each other that we were waiting by the door so we got seen to and seated quickly and our waiter was great at fixing our wobbly table as well as explain the different cuts and specials from the menu. As we had a birthday, they were so kind to give us dessert on the house with a candle on top! Not my first visit and definitely won't be my last.

The food and especially the meat at Zelman is top class. The picanha and ribs paired with the truffle chips and a salad gets you really far, but most other things I have tried are delicious as well. Cost around 60 quid a person for pre-dinner cocktails, wine and food.

We went for a quick bite before the theatre and have to say it’s one of THE best places we’ve eaten in London. The staff are great we got a very warm welcome and a really nice waitress the service was excellent, the restaurant is really nice a chilled atmosphere, smart decor and really cool artwork on the walls. The food is amazing highly recommend the prawns for starter and the Chateaubriand is the business!! If you’re thinking of going don’t think twice just book it!

When I first visited the place, the meat was the best I've tried. However, when I came for the second time with my friends, the meat was too well-done. I don't know what happened to the place but more there should be more control of the chief who is cooking the meat.

Meat was way over cooked. When I go to a restaurant, I expect the kitchen to cook the meat the way I ask for it, and not impose on me how well done the meat should be.

It was a very good experience and was not expensive. The services and food were good and I would recommend my friends to go. One of my favorite restaurants when I stayed in London.

Very average. Although we were only the 2nd table in their the staff couldn’t really be bothered to serve and food took a long time considering. Menu was limited and all in all didn’t live up to the reviews. Would definitely not go back

This place is great! Service, food, everything is excellent. I’ll come and order one of everything as it’s all delicious so it gets pricey but it’s so worth it!

So we finally got around to going to Zelman and we were not disappointed! We arrived a bit earlier but were shown to our table which was very nice (was a table for 2 but we had a spacious booth). Our waitress was great - when deciding on which steak to have between 2 of us, she suggested mixing and matching between the Chateaubriand and the Sliced Picanha which we did, and had the mushrooms and triple cooked chips which were really great! We had the Prawn Tempura as a starter, my advice is get more than one if you are feeling hungry (only 3 pieces). Dessert was great as well, the apple pie to share was delicious! Oh and you have to make sure you order the Holy F*ck Mayo! A nice twist for a Steakhouse and I will definitely be visiting again!

Third visit, good place for friends gatherings, simple and tasty meat and sides. Nice wines. Great staff. Recommended.

Returning to Zelmans for an anniversary lunch, and the food was just as good as what we had remembered it to be. The triple fried chips with truffle are the best chips ever! And the the quality of the meat and drinks menu are exceptional. Zelmans menu isn’t too fussy and the options are enough to leave you fully satisfied. The waiting staff are welcoming and knowledgable on the menu and there is always a friendly and relaxed atmosphere in the restaurant. I would highly recommend Zelmans for a great dining experience.

Fantastic informal version of up-market Steakhouse - perfect and knowledgeable service for both food and drinks. Incredible cocktails and delicious food for meat-eaters. The menu is not extensive, however what they do, they do extremely well.

A carnivore’s delight. It doesn’t matter what you order, it’s all good. The wait staff is attentive and explains things very well. The drinks are top notch. Be prepared for the meat sweats followed by a meat coma. Love this place!

Zelman meats is a feat option if you like Goodmans ones by the same group, it’s lesss expensive not as much choice but the sides were better than Goodmans . Great ambience nice staff

Having been asked several times if it was a special occasion I was disappointed that nothing was done. Steak was good but sides expensive for what they were. £60 odd per head was on the steep side

It&#039;s expensive. It is very nice but over £54 each for just a main course &amp; 2 tins (330ml) of IPA each (£6 a can) is too much imho. The place itself was nice &amp; the staff v friendly &amp; helpful. Advice - Don&#039;t meddle with how they cook the meat! They do it medium rare...I wanted it more medium, what came out was almost well done so wish we&#039;d said nothing.

Really good, with excellent service. We were in the back room, music might be a bit loud for some in the front. Only quibble was price of King Prawn starter, which I thought was ott. But other than that, would recommend to anyone looking for a great steak with great service.

Zelman&#039;s is about steak, pure and simple. You can get chicken, pork and seafood, but, seriously, why?<br /><br />The steak is going to be perfectly prepared, the sauces complement the meat perfectly.

You’ll leave in a meat coma - we did! Menu is limited but our server was helpful in guiding us to order the right amount for the 4 of us. <br /><br />Drinks are creative, wine list ample and food served interestingly.

As always a great dining experience - great steaks, decent wine (try the Ara Pinot Noir) and attentative service. It’s akways a winner

Very friendly place and excellent meat! A bit loud but I recommand it for a dinner with friends.

It&#039;s all in the name! Zelman Meats does meat, and they do it very well! They also do some lovely fishy starters and great oysters, but this is really about the meat. Well described, good value high quality cuts of meat, appropriately selected wines to pair with the food, and lovely sides. Not a good place for vegetarians! Meat eaters: celebrate this quirky and authentic venue!

Lovely staff, provided very good service. We have chosen a Rib Eye from special, even though we ordered medium rare (and it was medium rare made) but it was still wasnt very soft and was chewy. So i wouldnt rate the steak well, but i will come again to try another type of steak, chips were outstanding and burrata starter was delisious
