I don't visit here as often as I used to as I don't work in the West End anymore but when I get a craving for the best club sandwich in London I visit here. The food is reasonably priced and the service is always great as well. The only down side is it's size. It's not a huge place so at peak times I imagine it might be difficult to eat in.

Spinach soup was horrible, have no idea what it was made of. Dried potato powder, possibly? They charged extra for the bread (but hadn't told me at ordering). It was the cheapest kind of bread you get at Tesco's, only suitable for toasting. I had also asked for butter, but rather than receiving butter separately, the bread had been very thinly buttered for me. Will never go back, definitely.

We went for the full breakfast and I have to say it is actually the best breakfast I have ever had even compared to really expensive restaurants. it was excellent value for money. the food was to die for, every mouthful. whilst there we checked out the menu and I wished my trip to London would have extended so that I could visit again. it was a wonderful Italian selection with a fantastic choice. Will def be returning on my next visit.

In the hustle and Bustle of Covent Garden lies a bargain Freindly, tiny, ultra clean little Diner, my fifth time over five years, because we don't get to London as often as we would like, we stumbled across this little diamond eaterie, brilliant menu for eat in or Take away, nicely priced mainly English meals, but some specials mixed in. Staff always friendly, and food pretty quick once ordered, down side no toilet, but public ones 5 minutes away, and not much room for pushchairs, but couples family of four or fives, business meets, perfect. P.s this should be kept a secret really, because it's so nice.

Found this little eaterie next to the Bella Italia near Covent Garden. Always reassuring to find local workmen eating in a place, they have a low tolerance for rubbish food! Ordered 3 Egg, Bacon & Chicken club sandwiches and drinks. We could not finish the sandwiches they were so filling - two children and one small eater - and very delicious. Tea, just as I like it and a lovely Banana milkshake. Very well priced good food so near to the extremely overpriced Covent Garden fare.

We walked to Covent Garden for lunch and just 50 metres from the square is a little cafe serving freshly cooked food and fresh sandwiches. If you walk to fast you will miss it. The cafe was very busy with locals (good sign) but the service was very quick. We had two panninis one with salad the other with chips, a soft drink and a decent sized cup of coffee. My son saved a third of his to eat later, they are a good size.Total £15:00. It's not hard to find where the locals eat and so close to Covent Garden. Will certainly visit again.

Having wandered round Covent Garden at 09.30 on a Sunday morning looking for somewhere to buy breakfast, and finding most places either closed or expensive (e.g. £13.50), we stumbled across this tiny café with breakfast for £5.50. It cost an extra £0.80 for each of a couple of extra items (hash browns and black pudding in my case), but this was well worth it.The café was crowded at the time with locals including street entertainers about to go to work and a large number of local bobbies getting their breakfast sandwich. However we were able to squeeze in on a very small table for two.Breakfast came in two stages with the toast, egg, bacon sausage and beans appearing first, and then the waitress brought the hash browns and black pudding on a saucer and slid them onto our plates; this was fine and unpretentious and we didn't mind at all in such a busy café.The quality of food was really good; the only reason I haven't given the top rating for this café is because of its size and the number of people squeezed in for breakfast, so there was a small comfort issue. But otherwise really good, and I would highly recommend it.

I should have come here years ago; after all I have been wandering these streets for more than 30 years.Breakfast was two rashes of excellent quality bacon perfectly cooked, a really good quality sausage (not a 'catering sausage' but something I'd happily buy myself for home) a fried egg cooked just the way I like it (firm white, runny yoke top lightly cooked so not gelatinous) and, because I requested no baked beans a huge pile of freshly cooked firm (therefore fresh) mushrooms. Tea was good and hot (just a little weak for me - I'll ask them to leave the bag in for longer next time) and the toast was outstanding, three perfectly toasted slices from a fresh crusty bloomer-loaf generously buttered) For £5.50!!! I added a pound for the table service (tip only). Others were tucking into mounds of beautifully poached eggs on spinach etc as well as standard breakfast fare. It's clean, it's warm, it has a big bright window looking into St Paul's churchyard next door. Staff are lovely. Truly excellent.

Stumbled upon this place whilst wandering around the West End recently. It looked a little dodgy from the outside but we took a chance (I hadn't read any reviews beforehand) and I'm so glad we did. The place is tiny but we were able to get a table straight away. The decor is basic - perhaps functional would be a fairer description) but the food is good, plentiful and cheap. We both had the special of the day which was ribeye steak at £7.50. It wasn't the biggest steak ever but it was very tasty with really well-cooked fries and a side salad. With a mug of tea and a can of coke for £1 each. It would be extremely difficult to get better value for money anywhere else in London. We were so impressed with our visit that we made a bee-line for Masters Diner when we were in London again a few days later. This time I had the full English breakfast (fried egg, sausage, 2 bacon, beans and 2 slices of toast) for £5.50 with extra items at 80p each. I couldn't fault it. My partner had a pasta dish which I think was called the Masters Special (bacon, onion, spinach and cream with a choice of spaghetti or penne) which she said was lovely. I can't remember the price but everything in there is cheap. All of this was prepared fresh but quickly with the staff in the open kitchen area working like a well-oiled machine and served by the lovely waitress with a smile. I will definitely head back there again next time i'm in the area at lunchtime and would thoroughly recommend it to anyone not looking for posh nosh.

Where can you find a Full English Breakfast that's both tasty and plentiful in Central London and all for under £6 including a cup of tea or coffee? Answer is Masters Diner in Covent Garden! An old fashioned style cafe serving both tourists and workman alike with a fast and friendly service. I have been here on more than one occasion so I know it isn't a fluke. I was loathe to put anything on Tripadvisor as I don't want other people to know how amazing this little place is. Brilliantly located, very low key, but really good well cooked food, wide ranging menu, so there is something for everyone. It ticks all my boxes, prices are very very reasonable, service is excellent and friendly and there is no frilly pretentious nonsense, just good food. But the absolute winner for me is no stupid sachets on the tables, sauces, sugar etc are all out of bottles and proper containers. Hate fiddling about with sachets!! We regularly visit this area and how we have missed this place I do not know. Would we head there again - most DEFINITELY. Give it a go. Appearances can be deceptive.

We just wanted a quick lunch/brunch around covent garden found this little diner which was great for what we wanted and very good value for money. Later the same day we had a meal in China Town, both my husband and I wished we were back at Masters Diner as the food was so much nicer.

I love this little un pretentious place. Welcoming staff, big mugs of hot tea and delicious simple meals at real and not inflated London prices. When we stay in London we always get up late and miss the hotel breakfast. We love to come here and have it all fresh cooked for only £5 including two rounds of toast and tea or coffee. Beware there is no toilet in this restaurant so if you need to go use the public ones just around the corner before you go in.

I was with my boyfriend, and we were not sure whether to visit an actual restaurant but most places in Covent Garden are not exactly cheap. Instead, we settled for a little cafe on the opposite side as we were hungry and it decided to rain with all its might. Well I am glad to say we chose it as this little cafe, modestly hidden between two other businesses delivered a very pleasant meal. The cafe itself is small inside: the kitchen at the front so you can see your food cook and the tables at the back, enough to support a decent amount of tourists or Londoners. It's not particularly fancy inside I'll admit, but there are some nice photographs dotted about the walls to make it pleasant, and its size gives it a cozy atmosphere. The food was excellent: all home cooked, and ready in just a few minutes. The waitress was a wonderful person who was quick to take our order, and someone you could easily converse with a welcoming, charming attitude. I was shocked at the value of the food: two meals including drinks for less than £13 pound was fantastic, and it truly was lovely food with so little waiting time. For some lunch, or even quick meal I would most definitely recommend this cafe. I am definitely going here again.

Discovered this Diner purely by chance in Covent Garden, on a Business trip to London. After a long day and night of sightseeing and networking, a full english breakfast was in order the next morning! The breakfast was very reasonable, and came with a nice cup of tea or coffee, or any drink you liked, and optional extras such as bacon, beans etc was on offer. The toast that came with the breakfast was very thick and buttery, two slices were heaven! The other attraction was that the Diner was filled with locals from around the area, which was very reassuring, we knew the food must have been good if builders from the nearby construction site were there!I am about to go back to London for my US Visa in June, and shall definitely be stopping by for a good traditional breakfast to fuel the day!

Our second time visiting Master's today.4 people + 4 meals + 4 drinks = £27.40 !! We had ciabatta & chips, burger & chips, breakfast and pasta. It is tiny inside but worth the visit. The service is friendly and efficient. Food is made to order but you don't have to wait long. When we are next in Covent Garden we will return for the 3rd time !

Tucked away in a corner of the square which is home to the best company in the world you almost miss this Italian. Breakfast is particularly good. The boxes with poached eggs are yummy. The orange juice is also very good. Large selection of fresh fruit. Staff very friendly and very helpful. Even when empty is a good vibe. Seating comfy with good visibility onto the walk way for people watching if that’s what you’re into. Nice decor. Overall a very good place and highly recommend.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Europafoodxb food store, and I must say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish. Nestled in a charming corner of the neighborhood, this food store is a true gem for food lovers. The variety of products available is astounding. From fresh produce to gourmet cheeses, artisanal breads, and a fantastic selection of wines, Le Supermarche offers something for everyone!

Customer service was top-notch. The staff were very accommodating and invested in a positive experience. When I asked about a menu item, I was offered a chance to taste it first. Food was great and a good value. Seating area is small but clean. There’s a reason they’ve been around 40+ years. Recommend!
