Japanese resturant with ready made fresh food to go and a kitchen , you can order by your self with screen, or go to cashier the seating area is high chairs only with high tables. It is a self service shop. The calories are mentioned clearly on the price tag

I was visit in this shop today around 2pm,the whe I come ro pickup up my chicken teryjaki the lady who give me my food ask me if I want try miso a d I don't need to pay .She said is very cold outside so she decide to give miso soup for free to few custumer and one of them was me . That was suprice for me ,wS very nice from her side .I will definitly o.e back to this shop but not just for free miso 😉 Dariusz

The manager Asia was absolutely rude and patronising. I have never experienced such bad service especially from a so called manager. As I was placing my order she automatically came right behind me to see what I was adding as if I was going to steal. I was looking for more ways to add and instead of being helpful she decided to snatch my food bag and search what I was adding. Bearing in mind this was 10 seconds into my transaction. I am fuming as this is the first time I have ever had this happen to me. As a Muslim woman it is very disrespectful to accuse me of stealing when I was looking for help to place my order especially as a regular customer.

How one can order food which not exist.

I went the other day just before the closing time, was really hungry as I just ended my class at uni. The food was alright but what made me so thankful is that the service given to me by one of the staffs, I believe her name is Relia or Reliza the one with the headscarf, can’t really remember her name(sorry), talked to her for a second, I didn’t know that itsu has amazing staffs with impressive attitude like that, just similar to where I’m from in Thailand. The service eased me and the food fill my tummy 👍. Thank You itsuuuu really really love your service, I’ll definitely will come back again along with my friends this week. Love ❤️

Always consistently great every time I go to Itsu. Have to say, I mistakenly lost my headphones when I was there and the staff member, Reliza, went above and beyond to help me! We couldn't find them at the time, but she did after I left. When I was back there two weeks later, she gave them to me! Magic! Very helpful.

Healthy fast food, good concept and pverall good experience

I went here for lunch with my friend, the food was really well prepared, tasty and the service was friendly. All of the boxes looked so nice I didn't know what to choose, that's when I someone came up and helped me out, I think it was the manager because she didn't wear the uniform like other workers. Overall I highly recommend this place.

No cashier, had to order from a McDonald's style computer. Toilets were engaged, and a homeless man was in there. I suspect the lack of staff was why the homeless man decided to use this toilet.

Food - very good. Service - self serving order screen. Atomosphere - calm and quiet.

This store is by far the nicest I have visited, the staff are always helpful, shelves well stocked and cleanliness is always 5 star. I visit regularly, and have to do a special shout out to Asia and Fjodors who have always helped me, when I wasn’t sure what dishes consisted of, or when I was coming to terms with the self serve tills. This store is on Eastcastle street, situated 5 minutes from Oxford Circus station .

Sushi are amazing! I never found as fresh as here. Udon and rice, they are served hot and full :) my favourite menu Аге classic and miso soup. They are a perfect match!! Also, the service is wonderful as well, front people smiling every time I come 🥰

Food was good, staff very friendly but I felt a bit uncomfortable because the manager was a little too loud and rude to his team members who were really trying to do their best

Excellent Itsu. Food is similar everywhere but loved this bright clean eating space so near the West End. I ate in on my own at lunchtime and it was relaxed and everywhere in this store was super clean. You check out your own food but there was a staff member on-hand to help if you struggle. I had the light Salomon Sushi, some dark chocolate rice-cakes and tasty Kombucha drink.

This place is clean, it has a toilet checked per hour, also the staff are great and amazing!! They’re very helpful and organised well. I go here regularly for my lunch time. Will recommend you korean spicy stir fry udon + egg for the hot food. But if you prefer to cold one, i’ll suggest you to try salmon superfood salad🤍

Good place for a quick healthy bite.

One of the itsu clean, tidy and sale assistance are really kind. Available also toilette even it is just one for all the shop! The sale assistance that serve us was really kind. It was not really crowded place even it is in central London.

The sushi has a bad smell, the staff are rude and unprepared, and it is unbelievable to find a sushi place without wasabi.

This location does not have self service kiosk to order. The service was quick. However, the Coconut and Veg Meatball was very watery. Not usually like this.

Usually go there for lunch, quick and delicious. I usually go for soups.

Cheap food. Pretty tasty and more healthy than McDonald’s or KFC.

Good food, fair price and a lovely atmosphere. Just didn't like recycling signs, or the limited number items that can actually be recycled. Apparently the non recycling bits, everything on my tray, is transformed into energy, if was just that simple!

Good place. Staff is so attentive, he saw me wearing hijab so when I ordered veggie soup, he changed mine to another one because it had a bit alcohol. I visit there many times to enjoy fresh sushi and hot soups. So far I have never been disappointed.

I love itsu. I hate this store, twice I've gone it and both times the customer service has been horrible. Especially the man with the glasses. He's just plain rude.

The miso soup is good and the price is reasonable, but the teriyaki chicken rice bowl is far too marinated and sweet and is overpriced I think.

Fru fru food served to the ever-growing hipster community that now call London home. Overpriced, underwhelming and not worth a revisit. Their emphasis is on "healthy eating", but it's all a simple ploy to serve up tasteless food, countless various dishes with avocado or edamame beans everywhere. And 8 quid for a rice bowl that is 70% rice, sans any type of sauce to help swallow it down, is an absolute rip-off. If you're vegan, vegetarian or a hipster, then this is the place for you. If you're more comfortable with a sandwich or something actually edible, then best avoid.

Very bad experience. My friends asked the person behind the till if they can switch rice with veggies and she said no. Then we saw that it was written that you can do that. Then after we complaint about it, the bold guy with glasses started mumbling. I asked him what is wrong and he started giving me lessons. I asked what is his name and he refused. I asked him twice and he called POLICE. HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE? take care of your staff. Also, he was keeping the toilet closed as he said we need his approval to use the restrooms. Who is this dictator? Worst cust exp ever

lovely staff and great choice of grab&go good quality sushi. The food is freshly made with care. They have many warm options, with different kind of rice/noodles based choices, and a dumpling&bao corner. Great vegetarian/vegan choice too :)

New dish with duck added to the menu is really yummy.

Als ich rein kam, waren leider alle Hühnchen Gyozas leer. Mir wurde sofort angeboten, welche frisch für mich zuzubereiten. Das dauert nur 7 Minuten und fürs Warten bekam ich eine Portion Gratis und drei Desserts geschenkt. Preis/Leistung, Kundenservice, Sauberkeit und Geschmack: PERFEKT. Hätte ich niemals gedacht, kann ich jedem empfehlen!

Clean and obviously up to expectations. Around one of the popular area know as Market Place. Surroundings very crowded especially after 5pm.

Great place for oriental fast food

Fresh food Asian style. Prizes are ok but should not go higher. Only problem is that some dishes are overpowering on fresh ginger. I like fresh ginger but not as the only taste my pallet should experience when eating fresh veggies.

Pretty ok Asian food, wouldn't say it's special but you get a decent meal for the price you pay.

Nice place to eat, nice and fresh sushis, but not very clear. There is no information about the different prices when you buy to eat in there or to take away. They should be clearer to avoid surprise from the clients. The drinks are quite expensive. It's better to buy a sushi there and buy the drink on Costa or other Caffe next doors. Good service.

Its quiet there. I really like the chicken tariyaki. It tastes home made. They also have a good selection of sushi, drinks and snacks. Its affordable for a nutritious meal, served within a warm ambiance. Highly recommend.

This restaraunt is always very clean, the food is always very fresh. I enjoy coming here, but it would be nice to have some seats inside rather than just stools to accommodate people with shorter legs!

Avoid the crispy seaweed thins. They taste like someone dropped an old tissue in a stagnant harbour. Everything else was fabulous. Especially the Korean Pork Rice.

Great sushi all the time. Love there salads and the assorted sushi. Must try the terraykki and hot sauce with the sushi. It's fast, affordable and healthy food all the time. A must try.

Really friendly and efficient staff. Have some good veggie options - udon and veggie gyoza is great. Also their desserts and sweet options are surprisingly good and far better than most high street food chains

Fresh sushi with half price at the last half hour before closing time. Great if u want a quick bite.

Good for convenience but if you're looking for real quality food Itsu isn't the best place. The taste of the chicken and seafood isn't great. On the positive side, the staff is friendly and the environment is clean and pleasant.

Nice food, quite atmosphere in the evening

The store is big enough to cater to the mad crowds of Oxford Street lunch times but unfortunately the Tuna was extremely chewy and the Salmon tasted, for the lack of a better way of describing it, like a bad fart. Had to leave most of it and eat the Edamame. Staff are nice though I was left waiting a little bit at the tills to be served even when the store had no other customers. This is nowhere near 'good sushi', it is merely a convenient imitation and not much else.

Half price 30 minutes before closing time! :D
