Bad restaurant, frankly. I came because of the backyard and was surprised by the people who praised it The internet service is good, as for Super Pfizer, it is very bad in dealing. There was a problem with the order being late, and we called her and she said, “I am Super Pfizer!!! Ok, you are there to solve the problem.” Food, may God honor the blessing, except for Caesar and fried chicken is possible Bad pizza and bad noodles Sessions are normal I won't go back to him

Had a great brunch experience here. All the staff were so friendly and nice and it's a lovely atmosphere to have a meal. The brunch menu could be more varied but it's a very reasonable price for a champagne brunch.

As a coffee aficionado, I was thrilled with the selection and quality of coffee offered at this 5-star hotel. Until I had the best frothed piece of art cappuccino here in Biltmore hotel very rich flavor and a perfect presentation , every cup was a work of art. And the food Absolutely divine. Each dish was crafted with precision and flair, especially the <Philly Sandwich > showcasing the talents of the hotel’s culinary team. Dining here was truly a highlight of my stay.” Recommended 100%

My brother and I recently visited the cafe at Biltmore and had an amazing experience. All the staff were extremely hospitable, but particularly Mr Vinod, who went above and beyond to ensure our time was enjoyable. We ate from the festive menu and were very impressed with the quality and quantity of the food. It will definitely somewhere we would visit again in the future

The Biltmore hotel is a well known luxury hotel in the heart of Mayfair. It's owned by the Hilton group with rooms that start at £700/night. Needless to say, I haven't stayed here....and the fact I live in London. :-) We decided a couple of days prior to check out Cafe Biltmore. It had been on my list of restaurants to try and for some reason they had quite a lot of availability. If I remember correctly, the weather was terrible and there was a(nother) train strike. When we arrived we were struck by how beautiful the hotel is. It also gave that distinct luxury impression of privacy. There weren't many people around although the hotel was apparently well occupied. We made our way over to Cafe Biltmore and there was only one other table seated outside in the terrace. We opted to sit inside. As our menu commenced a table of eight sat inside not far from us that created a nice atmosphere. We were greeted courteously by our waiter and took a look at the menu. The menu has recently changed and we opted to go straight to mains: - Fish and Chips: This has got to be the best fish and chips I've ever tasted. The batter was so light and cooked to perfection. Of course, the fish was fresh and broke off into large chunks (fish that has been frozen gets all flakey). - Wagyu beef burger: For £18 this was oh-kay. I wasn't that impressed with it. Chips good, but how do you mess those up? Actually, I have seen restaurants mess up chips. We had our meals and this is where the service stepped up a notch. Vinod, the manager, came over and asked us about the food. I'm no expert and he politely listened to our suggestions which encompassed perhaps going for hickory smoked bacon and maybe a smoky sauce to complement the Wagyu beef. Just my personal preference and, as I have zero Michelin stars, take from that what you will. Vinod then offered to give us a tour of their steak restaurant Grill 88. Again, not that busy for the evening and we decided we'd come back in a week or so to check it out. Overall, a nice cafe. A little pricey, but it is the Biltmore. I preferred Grill 88 but this is a recommended option if you're in the area and want a quiet business lunch or dinner.

Food was ok. My octopus was a little disappointing but the pancakes, burrata and chicken schnitzel were tasty. Service was good but always room for improvement. There weren’t that many people around so atmosphere was quite dead. Nevertheless- I enjoyed it and would go back. Would just order something different.

Went here thinking they had nice terraced seating in the sun based on photos I saw online, but you’re basically sat in a car park, awful. The wagyu burger was dry, and the lamb chops main dish was two tiny little chops, I’d expect more than two for the price.

Do not recommend it. Got hooked by their famous “summer terrace”. Earlier this year booked a table for the birthday dinner specifying the occasion. On the arrival, it was pretty clear “the terrace” is some rather small passage with almost no natural light in. Only when I raised the question concerning the space we were sitted in we were informed that real terrace was closed due to some works. I should remind you it was summer and their latest posts on social media were promoting a beautifully decorated terrace. Unfortunately, I felt played. Apart from that, the food was very average and the playlist didn't match the pomposity of the building. You would expect much better experience for £100 for two (without desserts or alcohol). We left shortly after arriving and no one even seemed to care.

Unlike what you see in the photos posted by the owner, the cute terrace has been permanently closed which was disapointing to know of it when we reached.. The brunch prices are steap and don't include coffee or drinks i.e 2 courses for £48 or 3courses for £65. The courses are relatively small compared to other brunch serving restaurants. The eggs royal were ok, though they used quite tough bread and not brioche.. the pancakes were not good and tasted like they were made in old oil... The coffee tasted good thankfully but the arrogant staff made this experience disappointing.

I had lunch with my friend there. Their bread was absolutely amazing! (Definitely the best I’ve ever had) Kale and apple salad was refreshing! And we especially love the fried chicken burger. The chicken was very juicy and tender and not greasy❤️🤌🏻 We also ordered the mussels but they were quite fishy😫 The service was great but they seemed to forget or miss our order so we waited for our main dish for more than 30 minutes after the appetiser… (not the “express” lunch it was claimed to be) it was nice of them to offer a complimentary chocolate cake in the end.

Nice space, food was mediocre, a cheese platter with no nuts/grapes, presented only with cheese and a couple stale crackers. The Seabass was good. Overall not worth the price, would not return and not recommended.

Pros: lovely waiters, the guy serving champagne is a comedian, food is tasty. Cons: we waited over 1 hour and still hadn’t received mains, outdoor had zero charm and ambience - no music was played so it felt quite stale. Husband booked Biltmore Cafe for Mother’s Day lunch. We arrived at 12.15 and sat outdoors. Maybe because it was early they had limited staff so it took a while before we could place our order. My son’s apple juice took at least 15minutes to arrive and even my husbands and my drink arrive quite a while apart. Our starters were tasty, however my sons kids burger was just a hard chunk of meat. We then waited an hour and still hadn’t received our mains so cancelled them. They also added 2 Mimosas to the bill even though I only had one. The terrace is really nice but had zero ambience, no music or charm. Overall, quite disappointed especially as it was the place we chose to celebrate Mother’s Day.

I was surprised that it was quiet on a Friday evening especially in a hotel restaurant but I supposed there is much competition in this part of London. I really enjoyed the food at Cafe Biltmore. Though the menu is not extensive but this did mean that each dish was well executed. The portions are not large but extremely satisfying. Higher price point than your typical café but Jason Atherton has managed to maintain quality. Must offer the sourdough bread! It was so hot and fluffy! The service was attentive and we felt well taken care of. I would visit again for special occasions and a comforting meal.

AFTERNOON TEA service £45pp, included finger sandwiches (vegetarian option for us with the salmon) variety of tea's (11/12 options available) and mini cakes with scones and clotted cream. Our visit consisted of a party of 6 for a farewell gathering. Came here expected way too much- so it seems. At £45pp you wouldn't have thought one would be seated on a stable table! 2 of ours had a mind of its own and wobbled all the way through our Tea experience... My husband put his foot on our table to stop it from rocking!!! STRIKE 1. The set Tea menu consisted of 11/12 types of tea, upon ordering our Tea's we were advised one of the flavours were not available/out of stock. STRIKE 2. Set menu alsoconsisted of finger sandwiches where we ordered the vegetarian option with salmon. These took some time to arrive by then we had ordered our Tea's and devoured them in no time. A couple of the plates were served with crusty dry bread and the salmon was forgotten! Which 1 plate was replaced upon request. and Salmon served a while later. Our sandwiches were not replenished after we had finished them. STRIKE 3. Scones were warm and slightly dry. Cakes were nice nothing special. STRIKE 4. Waitress we had was lovely, some that were lingering around wasn't so friendly. STRIKE 5. Manager came over to check on our experience to which I could not hold back and expressed my unsatisfactory experience as kindly as I could to which we were given 1 complimentary truffle each. Appalling! Just under £300 on a very sad experience :( embarrassed to have taken our guests here. NEVER return or recommend. THIS DOES NOT REPRESENT YOUR TRADITIONAL ENGLISH AFTERNOON TEA EXPERIENCE.

Good meal on the terrace at cafe biltmore - staff friendly, courteous, and efficient which was great. Starters were particularly good, the cured salmon in ponzu and the oysters with the thai vinaigrette were delicious. The mains however were a bit underwhelming - nduja pasta lacked that punch of flavour and textural variety, and monkfish curry was nice but again lacking that wow factor. Desserts were good, lemon tart worth going for and chocolate moelleux was rich and tasty. Cocktails were well put together and had a decent list of non alcoholic cocktails too. Overall price c.£100 a head for three courses plus a couple of drinks each. Whilst it was an enjoyable meal I don’t think there’s enough standout dishes here to make it a “must visit”/“destination” restaurant, despite the excellent service. 14/20

I recently stayed at Canopy while searching for long-term accommodation in London due to a work relocation from Shanghai. This hotel is incredibly pet-friendly, and I had a wonderful month there with my cat and dog. The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to DLR, Elizabeth Line, and Central Line. Nearby, you can find Tesco, Sainsbury's, Co-op, as well as numerous Chinese supermarkets and restaurants. What stood out the most was the friendliness of ALL STAFF. I would like to extend special thanks to the front desk team, the housekeeping staff, and the Guest Relationship Manager, Devika, for their assistance throughout my stay. They not only provided me with recommendations for suitable rental areas but also frequently checked on my pets. They prepared pet bowls, treats, and a cozy bed for them, and adjusted the housekeeping schedule to accommodate my pets.❤️ Without a doubt, my month here has set a positive tone for my life in London. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for those traveling with pets, as it truly is a pet-friendly haven.🐱🐶:)

Nothing to write home about. The restaurant is very small and verging om dingy/ dark. Most of the lights were flickering constantly. That's fine if you're going for a 'hole in the wall, off beaten track' vibe, but if you're markering for fine french dining in EC, maybe change a light bulb occasionally. The restrooms were pretty dirty and their decor unloved for that level of restaurant. Food wise, the bread served with the meal was wholesale cheap stuff that you would expect to see at a Premier Inn, and the butter tasted weirdly off- ie like it had begun to ferment from being left unrefrigerated for too long. Serving salted butter might be a better choice for such instance. But again, for high- level French dining, fresh whipped butter and warm fresh bread is usually a nice addition to the meal. The main meal was certainly pleasant, fresh and well balanced. Starter was trout ceviche followed by cod. It lacked any real depth of flavour and seasoning. I would expect to have just as pleasant a fish meal in any upscale seaside pub- ie tasty and fresh but not sophisticated (but probably at half the price paid here). There was no wine pairing or recommendations by the waiters. The wine was again fairly underwhelming and the selection was rather limited (which is fine if curated well, but this wasn't the case). Waiting staff were prompt, professional and friendly. The restaurant is so tiny that you find yourself bumping into them on entry and exit, however. In summation, if you have plenty of disposable income and not much time to book a reservation in advance, then this will probably just about fit the bill, but it would be better value for money to get on the Eurostar and hit the nearest bistro when you get to the other side!
