Caffe Nero in City of London, Westminster

The staff on the day that I visited were exceptional.

My favorite Cafe Nero out of all locations! Staff is always super friendly, a pleasure every time!

Great service, excellent staff. Coffee time and great location, I will be back.

Not too bad coffee shop, been few times here whilst at this part of London, sometimes service can be bit slow & washroom facilities out of bounds, could be cleaner then again I've seen worse lot worse !

Coffee is great,, cozy atmosphere for reading and working. Bathrooms were dirty! That was my only complaint. Location is near Harrods and Paul is near .. Prices hmmm 2 coffee and one cake is 10 Pounds..

The bacon roll was heaped with bacon, that tasted exceptionally good. The Cortado, whilst a nice taste, was a little too creamy for me. I would go back.

The staff were all very nice, and they have a great selection of food and drinks

Good coffee made the way I like it. I liked the little individual tables so that you can peacefully either read or do some work. Friendly staff. The only thing I didn't like is that the toilet was a bit dirty and no toilet paper or hand wash soap available!

Delicious coffee, but unfortunately only paper cups for consuming coffee drinks on site are possible. Unfortunately not very sustainable. It's a shame, it could just be better...

It's a great spot to meet interesting individuals, and they also serve exceptional coffee worth trying.

Had the hot chocolate - there was enough cream on top, but the chocolate was not hot enough and soon ended up with a cold milky mush.

Server asked me whether I wanted a medium or a dark roast for my flat white before making it, makes it, charges me extra for the roast type (no warning). I don't care about the extra 40p or whatever the charge was, but this should be illegal honestly.

Very comfortable and friendly service. Opposite Harrods and doesn't look great from the outside but very nice inside

Today was my second visit to cafe Nero and I must say that this will be my last visit. As soon as I entered it felt like a sauna. After placing my order I asked the gentleman who served me to turn down the heating. He seemed reluctant as he was wearing a t-shirt himself. There was no air circulation in the shop and I just wanted to leave quickly after my drink. To make things worse the toilet was also out of order. I asked the gentleman if there is any hand sanitisers which was not available. I'm definitely reporting Cafe Nero to the local bourogh and food and safety department as this is basic hygiene, which must be made available.

Favourite coffee place. I get free weekly coffees via the vitality app.

A rare thing in central London, especially around Knightsbridge/Belgravia - a cheap convenient comfortable little cafe with plug sockets and wifi.

This is a peaceful café in a busy area of the city. It has a beautiful pistachio and chocolate cake that is really yummy. The coffee is always lovely in Nero. I like the idea of having individual tables. It has nice music playing and a quiet atmosphere.

Cafe Nero beats Pret A Manger every time. The coffee is superior and it's served in ceramic cups rather than paper ones (unlike at Pret). It makes all the difference. Also, there are a few vegan food options available. Not many, but the few they have are good.

Quickly became my favorite coffee shop in the neighborhood. Love the classical playlist in the morning.

The taste of the cappuccino is not appropriate, and I do not recommend visiting the place. The barista does not understand his work

Quite busy Café, but order was handled quickly and we got all we ordered at the same time. Toasts were very good, and so was the chocolad cake. All though the Café had a lot seats inside, it was quite full. We managed to find seats and have a coffee in peace.

This could’ve been nice, had there not been the loud music and passive aggressive service. For the prices I paid I would expect to be treated decently and not like a huge inconvenience. They started doing my order as a to go so I interfered and told them it was actually to dine in. Mistakes can happen and I didn’t ask them to change what they had already done and yet they continued picking a paper mug for each drink and I had to correct them every time. Then when we were seated and tried to have a conversation, someone came to collect the used dishes even though we hadn’t finished. They didn’t do it politely nor quietly but passive aggressive. It was not crowded so there really was no need to do that. I regret the money I spent.

I've not used CNero for years, excellent coffee. The blueberry muffin was OK, just a little dry.

I like most Nero cafes, but this one wasn't great. Made a mistake with 2 out of 3 of our drinks and then seemed annoyed that we wanted the ones we ordered.

Good place to start your morning in Knightsbridge. Excellent cappuccino. Pastries are hit or miss. Good atmosphere.

Don’t come here for the coffee. Asking for a flat white will get you a scorched cappuccino. Baristas aren’t trained properly

wonderful location, exceptional area BUT you should be exterminated... yesterday we went out with a friend to enjoy a coffee BUT unfortunately we didn't get to drink even half of it, before enjoying all the coffee we was suddenly interrupted by the appearance of 2 mice who walked undisturbed among the tables....very disgusting

Toilet facilities are diabolical! Covered in layers of filth and dust. No hand soap either.

I was here earlier this morning (my first visit). I waited a few minutes in the line, as there was one person in front of me being served. A rude customer then pushed in front of me (as if I didn't exist), and stood in front to get served. Despite the fact that the worker clearly saw me waiting, he decided to take the order from the person who had clearly pushed in. When I questioned him, he shrugged his shoulders. I walked out and will never return. Rude!

I love the terrace here, away from traffic and you get the lively Kensington vibe. Perfect after visiting the V&A! Really friendly staff.

They need more staff as often long queues

A disgrace. The guy could not acommodate a simple customer request, and instead was talking to me as if i was mentally deficient. This is a nice shop but unfortunately with a braindead team, NERO please improve your staffing standards as the success of a business is driven by its people. I am ordering here for a few years and was always getting the same with no problems, however the new team seems to be less capable of human interaction unfortunately

Coffe and snacks are good but hygiene is poor. Dirty tables and seats and toilet is so disgustingly dirty. Baby changing facilities so dirty would not let my child on that!

Was very busy with only 2 staff members. The coffee was nice and the 2 staff friendly. Just feel they could have done with more staff to help clear away :)

If you are searching for an Italian expresso, Caffè Nero is the right place. Very tasty is the panettoncino as well. I recommend it!

Très bon café, les paninis Tomates/Mozza/Pesto et Brie/Bacon sont délicieux. Le carrot cake l'est également. Un bon endroit où faire une pause déjeuner ou sur le pouce, nous y reviendrons !

In need of coffee I always prefer Nero's. I love the coffee and the place not to busy so easy to find a table and enjoy the experience.

Lovely coffee just down from the V&A so avoid their over priced poor quality food and get a sandwich from Sainsburys (or Waitrose if you must) both of which are next door and a drink here.

I mean it's a coffee chain it does what is says on the tin. Caffè Nero is the only chain I frequent personally. Great to decamp to, and work from. Staff could do better in terms of wiping tables and chairs immediately they become free.

Very friendly staff. Asking every customer how their days are making the Nero experience so positive. It was very busy but they were proactively and seamlessly clearing up the tables almost immediately after customers were leaving. Very impressed 👌🏽

To be fair, the trainee staff were quite slow and chatting to each other. Wouldn't normally mind but was in a rush and finally when my order came it was wrong. Noticed they forgot the previous customer's muffin too (and dont have the one left that they had ordered. Better direction probably needed.

The store always closes early on Saturday and Sunday at 2pm. The Google page shows 8pm yet it's almost as is the store just decides to close on their own back. They are also very rude when they are open. As a customer who loves the coffee and attempts to come every day, this specific store which is near my work place has long queues with one trainee who is on the till and also making coffee, at times the queue is 8 people long and there are other staff just washing cups and fiddling around when the priority should be to serve customers quickly. I should not be the third person in the queue and waiting 10 minutes to be served due to one trainee doing all the work. Very bad service in this store not not what you expect when thinking of Caffe Nero.
