Order savory foods for party and cakes absolutely delicious and order was on time to pick up

I ordered a chocolate cake for my sons birthday party, 3 days before his birthday.If i could give them 10+ stars i would. I had ordered something quite difficult. The amount of details preciseness exceeded my expectations. The taste of it was amazing. I couldn't be more delighted from the service and the cake itself.

Absolutely loved the lunza and halloumi toastie! The service was exceptional, first time here and will definitely be going back. Stocked up on good old flaounas too. They are the best I’ve tasted since my mums of course!

Not nice. My family and I have been regular customers for many years, they know my face. Went in yesterday and waited as they served 2 other people ahead of me who came in much later. One initiated conversation in Greek with the server who immediately ignored me and served him. I found this incredibly rude. One staff member even said to the other in Greek “serve this lady first, she is waiting” -I don’t think they realised I could understand them! When we were finally served the server was flustered (with growing queue behind me) and forgot items in my small order. I’m glad she did as the overpriced snacks were awful! Baklava inedible -if you know what mastichi gum is, it tasted purely of that. Complete rip off -even if they gave it away for free I’ll never go there again. Plenty of Cypriot bakeries in the area to choose from. My advice is to visit one of those and shop elsewhere!

I would like to thank Aroma for the excellent boxes that Litza put together for our mother’s funeral. I spoke to Litza on the phone and she was extremely helpful suggesting these boxes. The boxes were in its individual bag which made this feel very personal for your guest. The boxes included the original olives, bread, halloumi cheese with an additional three pastries. Every thing was delicious. Thank you Litza .

Love this place, full of greek pastries, breads, and savouries... staff are friendly, even when busy, which they always seem to be which is a good sign... food cooked fresh, cafe and seating area, with amenities. Parking can sometimes be a bit hit and miss but there are parking spaces outside and around the area. Car park further down high street by McDonald's.. we go for a treat once in a while, would love it if they opened a local one near Windsor, how fabulous would that be???

Absolutely wonderful cafe. The service is brilliant the food is delicious and fresh always. I have been here more than 100x and I recommend it highly if you’re in the area.

Very disappointed to see that Aroma are cutting corners. I pass in every time I’m in the area but not worth the stop anymore. Where are the nuts in your thatilia? The koulourie bread was half the width. The bite size olive bread was a slither of the olives. The photo was taken from the centre of the bread that should be the widest part. It’s tiny. Not impressed at all.

Never get anything in the morning as they give you yesterday’s stock. We had over 50 people round celebrating my daughter’s 21st first birthday and I’ve never been so embarrassed to serve such poor quality products.. We have bought from them in the past and have been pleased which is why I’m so disappointed with them and hence why I’m writing such a poor review.

I have been going here since a child and the staff has always been so friendly and kind. The food does not disappoint and they have such a wide variety too.

I live in Scotland and im getting married on the 23rd of October 2023,. I ordered Gourabiethes from Aroma by email and they we're made and delivery wrapped perfectly, they are delicious. I thoroughly recommend Aroma there service is fantastic ,very professional and polite.

My recent visit to the dessert shop was a heavenly experience. The variety of desserts, from decadent cakes to artisanal ice creams, left me spoiled for choice. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, perfect for indulging in sweet delights. The desserts themselves were a symphony of flavors, and the presentation was exquisite. The friendly staff provided excellent recommendations, making my visit even more enjoyable. I left with a satisfied sweet tooth and can't wait to return for more delectable treats.

Litsa who has been greeting and serving customers for 27 years.. On every occasion i have visited she always greets me with warmth and a lovely smile and is so polite...she is the reason i return every time.. Such a Nice Lady...

Thank you Aroma Patisserie for the lovely 170 fresh Pariorga boxes you prepared for Barry's funeral! Each box contained 1 small bottle of Commandaria, 1 x Koulouri Bread slice, 2 x Halloumi slices, Black Pitted OIives, 1 x Spanakopita,1 x Tyropitta, 1 x Boureki with Anari and 1 x small Kouba, beautifully presented in a small Aroma bag with a bottle of water.

Lots of traditional Greek foods and deserts. Love the Greek Galatopoureko desert, and their selection of pastries; Kolokotti, (pumpkin, rasin pastry) Spanahopitta (Spinach pastry) Halloumopitta (Halloumi pastry) etc. So flavourful and satisfying- great seating area also to sit in for a Greek coffee and cake etc. I highly recommend.

Today at 11:30am I bought a Fruit Cake for £38. I asked the elderly lady if the cake was freshly made. She said yes. Around 4pm we celebrate the birthday and ate the cake. It was still frozen inside. So far for 'freshly made'. Also I bought two vegan pastry from the counter which was priced 80p for Takeaway. Another lady charged over £1 which would be the 'Eat-in' price. This was my first visit and will be the last.

One of the best Greek patisseries in Palmers Green for savoury pastries. Their lokma, koubes and there halloumi and lounza sandwiches are amazing. They have a wide selection of different things to try from red velvet cake to a basticha. Definitely give this place a visit.

Nice food, undoubtedly. However the manager's attitude needs a revamp. I was quoted one price for pastitsia over the phone and the manager demanded a higher price when I went to collect. Embarrassing to say the least and loses customer trust.

Dear Litsa, We came to you to provide the canapies and pastries for our daughter Sofia’s wedding on the 3rd December 2022. On our first visit to Aroma we had no idea of what we should provide for our 250 guests. The lovely Litsa guided us as to what canapies and pastries would be ideal for the wedding reception and the evening. Litsa then gave us a taste of everything so we could decide, she was patient and gave us time to think and discuss it with our daughter. We then came back with the bride and made a final selection. On the wedding day the food provided by Aroma was outstanding, the guests at the wedding were so complimentary about all the canapies and pastries that were provided at the Sheraton Grand Park Lane Hotel. Litsa we can’t thank you enough for all your hard work and for making our day so special, We look forward to the amazing koubes at our next children’s weddings!! Lefteris and Anastasia

Aroma is a mainstay of North London and the go to place for you bread and pastries. Their Greek sweets are to die for and we are always made welcome by the staff.

I walk in today to buy sweets for my family , as my friend recommend me that it’s a nice decent patisserie. The moment I walked in and I start looking sweets , the lady that she was mopping the floor took a plastic spoon and started eating chocolate ice cream from the fridge of the store in front of me without hesitation. I walked out immediately. That was really horrible to see.

Great patisserie, promoting the Hellenic and Cypriot culture through food and desserts! Please open a store in Colchester too now that it has become a City - the Hellenic and Cypriot community is prominent there too now and keeps growing, there're two Greek schools now and a large orthodox church with a smaller chapel of St Helen too, and lots of students from the university of Essex there! The University of Essex in Colchester boasts the 2nd largest population of Hellenic and Cypriot students in England! Pleeease expand to Colchester! The community here needs a patisserie/bakery/cafe to indulge in Hellenic and Cypriot goodies too! Apart from Greek Gyros shops, nothing like that exists in Colchester just yet, so you'll have prominence!

I ordered a cake for my son's 3rd birthday party a month ago. I spoke to the pastry chef and then called to confirm my order. On the day of his birthday, we turned up to collect the order only to find that it hadn't been made. We were so disappointed considering all had been discussed and confirmed. My son was upset not to get the cake he wanted for his birthday, so we had to take our business elsewhere. My experience was that this business is unorganised, then tried to blame me for not confirming. The pastry chef was incredibly rude and did not apologise for this mix up. I would not recommend Aroma as they are incredibly unreliable and there is a chance you will be disappointed. I would also say the cakes are too expensive.

I bought two New Year's cakes they were very dry. The staff are friendly there but check your order before you leave if its busy they could mix up your order. The till is very tiny so your order is squashed with somebody else's order . Overall is just an ok place to go it is very expensive.

This is one of a chain of pattiseries in North London. I think Palmer's Green is pleasantly smart, and so Aroma fits in the environment well. There is a good selection of cakes and savouries. The service is good and prices reasonable. This is a good meeting place. Not large but space enough to feel comfortable in private conversation.

I bought £500 worth of pastries For my father's wake unfortunately the pastries were not good I took some back to show the owners but they were not interested and were not helpful or sorry at all it was disgraceful they don't care about the customer I found them very rude. They are lucky they have some good staff.
